Interesting concept with separate villas and main building. Accommodation is great with all one may need. Breakfast buffet good with plenty of choice. Huge underground parking and other great facilities

Our stay was great! The place was clean and the reception staff was super nice. I just wish they provide disposable slippers and maybe add small toiletries for the guests like in other nice hotels

I would tell eveey Body i know, to go there and enjoy the Hotel an it's Service

The room's air conditioning was very noisy; I complained to the front desk, but they didn't fix it. Later, they sent someone to check it out, but they couldn't resolve the issue either

Wonderful stay in nice surroundings The Radisson is a wonderful hotel in very nice surroundings. It was very convenient for us as it is within walking distance of the Villa Sorgenfrei where we had a family event

Good service, good quality/price, nice recreation area, good breakfast, parking. Calm area - tram to Dresden.

Also a special thanks to Marc at the front desk as well as the rest of his colleagues who work at the front desk who helped me alot with an order I was placing to another hotel where I couldn’t overcome the language barrier

Room was clean and comfortable and housekeeping did a fine job at servicing the room each day. Walking distance to the UBahn and Tram lines. Many restaurants and wonderful bakery share the rear courtyard

Not bad, good downtown location.

Friendly team, big rooms , cafes and supermarket, pharmacy is 2 minutes walk. 5-10mnt drive by car from most of the locations we had to go.

Had an excellent stay! The breakfast was great and the hotel is in a good location for going to Bayern Munich games

1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only. Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food

Excellent location downtown with good public transport connections. Car parking next door is prohibitively expensive, use the one a block further away for 1/4 the price (for 24 hours). Friendly staff, excellent breakfast

This is the first place I've been where they claim they have AC and actually have it. And it's the kind of AC you'd expect at American hotels. Great location, across from the train station

The location is a bit out of the way, but there's free parking nearby and a tram and train combination to get to the city center in 45 minutes

It's an affordable and clean hotel which is located in a quiet area across the zoo. You can easily access transportation from the hotel, and there is a u- Bahn station within 5 min walk

Public transportation is just a few minute walk from the hotel and breakfast is perfect. Early check-in is also possible if you email them ahead of time. Great place great value! I will be back again!

Had an exam not far away so book the night there. It was very convienient going to the zoo and rewe was just a shoet walk away.

The night for our honeymoon we had a greah decoration and a few extra specials for free and when ever it was you can feel it. Customer with all wishes and extras always welcome

Further this time there were many people with cloth in the Sauna because there were not informed before. At least what the people told us when we give them the hint

A few month ago (may) the staff was a bit better informed about diary possibilities in the restaurant and also the chefs

The hotel features 172 rooms and suites, offering stunning views of the Bürgerpark or Hollersee. During my stay, I enjoyed the Lakeside Suite, a lavish Superior Suite with breathtaking lake views

The bus stop is convenient (2 min walk) or the tram is also accessible (5 min walk) but not close to any other means of transportation. The personnel in the hotel is really nice and breakfast is remarkable!

Cleanliness and hygiene are impeccable. Convenient shopping: almost all German supermarket brands are within 100 meters, including dm, rewe, aldi, edika, lidl, mediamarkt, hagebaumarkt, etc

I am very satisfied with my stay at Feringapark. I felt comfortable in the room, the breakfast was good. I found the breakfast rooms very inviting and quaintly cozy

4) the signs or directions are not very clear from the underground car park to reception. Confusion about how to get there is not very pleasant

The only inconvenience might be the small front desk, which is often unattended; check-in and check-out are self-service, although you can ring the bell to call for help

Room cleaning also needs to be arranged in advance. Personally, I think this is actually an advantage, as it avoids unpredictable disturbances

The location is good and next to the Hagenbeck zoo, also the hotel guests can have 20% off for the zoo park ticket. The hotel is with different animals Theme and different continents for different floors

I love the option to forego room cleaning and empty the mini bar instead! As we only stayed for 2 nights we made up our own bed and enjoyed free beer in the spacious bathtub instead

Parkhotel Hagenbecks Comfy bed, new nice bathroom. Furniture a bit tired. Sunday is a day of rest for staff, no restaurant or bar open. All closed after breakfast!!!

I first discovered the Brenners Park Hotel when the Lanesborough in London joined the Oetker Collection and I looked at other properties in the group

The hotel made a big deal of not changing radically during the renovation. I didn't stay before, but this is a classically elegant hotel. It made me think of a phrase that I like: 'things of quality have no fear of time'

I then saw that the hotel was undergoing a major renovation, re-opening last year. I decided to take the plunge and try the hotel, whilst visiting friends in Germany

* Location The hotel is perfectly situated in the charming town of Baden Baden. I was there for two nights and would have happily stayed longer. Brenners is centrally located overlooking a beautiful garden and river

The hotel has a private access to the garden and it's lovely to stroll through the garden into the town centre. The lots to see and do in Baden Baden - including the Merkur Funicular, which is well worth taking

It is a nice and comfortable hotel at a walking distance of approximately 8-10 mins from Mannheim central station and from the Wasserturm

Good hotel well located. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very nice. Only small inconvenience is that you can hear the tramway passing by from the room.

Bist but not busy The location to the train station makes it super convenient. It is also close to the city center and very near many historic attractions.

Stay was good and the people super nice. Quite loud outside. Breakfast was very good with good variety.

Staff at the reception and breakfast area was very friendly. However, the hotel room is a bit outdated and just average. The breakfast was very disappointing. Not much variety and the bread was dry

Many plugs for electronics, some older buy fine furniture. It was definitely warm - but the staff was more than happy to bring a fan up upon request, and that solved the problem

The whole stay was amazing. The staff were friendly, the room I booked was spacious, and it had a beautiful view of the icy mountains. The sauna and gym were free of charge! 🤩

Great location! There's a supermarket downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. They also have an underground parking garage. The room itself was very spacious, and the front desk staff were warm and polite

We got assigned a suite on the 5th floor that was really spacious. There was even a sauna room, which we didn’t take advantage of. The elevator from the 4th floor to the 5th was old and needed attention

Oddly enough, there were no sockets at both side tables next to the beds, which means we could not charge our hand phones at our bedsides. Although, my friends in the next room reprted No such problems in their room

The toilet was brightly lit and there was a hairdryer and vanity mirror. I must add though, that climbing in and out of the bathtub can be hazardous. Not sure if it's safe for old folks

The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk outside Lübeck with limited parking outside. The bus station is no more than 3 minutes away. The family room was not spacious, but more than sufficient for one night

Lovely and conveniently located hotel with really friendly staff. It's a short 10mins walk to the Innerstadt and right next to the main station. The room is really clean and everything is well maintained

Nice and central with free parking. Decent breakfast (included) and friendly staff. Only minuse is the lack of ventilation in the room.

We were much surprised that they waited with the breakfast buffet for us! We really appreciate this service. Hotel itself is very clean and conveniently located close to the historical city center

my wife got sick after dinner in a sushi restaurant. Next morning we overslept and we were too late for breakfast

In a word, the perfect location for its proximity to the city center, service and cleanliness

the hotel is located close to an important metro station, just 2 minutes walking. we got an upgrade at the room that we reserved. the new room was bigger with a great view and big bathroom

Very nice staff, good rooms, fair price. If you're going to c3 and on a tight budget, go for this. Only two stops with S-bahn from dammtor/CCH.

Hotel booked for working activities and not for tourism, accommodation is nice and the personnel are nice and kind. Had a dinner into the hotel's restaurant and taste is good despite the selection of meals

My expectations for breakfast were a bit different (not so big choice of products). In the end a thing to take into consideration, the wellness area is very nice, clean, quiet and match the expectations

The only thing that disappointed me is that the wellness' area receptionist doesn't speak English

Sting 3.0 We had a great time here. The pullout couch was very comfortable. The reception was very helpful and booked us a taxi to the train station.

Only Tried 5,5 worlds, will have to come back. Not cheap (even with"summer rate) but absolutely great water fun with relax areas all over

It is one of those places where you don't mind walking around barefoot. There are plenty of seats to relax in. the massages are also great however, they do tend to end early you don't get the full time

My wife and I have been here many times both to the hotel and spa. Each time we have had a great time the staff is friendly and very helpful. The spa is very clean there are always workers cleaning

The hotel was also very nice great food and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. I also brought my children 8 & 5 they had a good time

I recommend bringing entertainment for them there is not much for kids to do there. I would recommend this spa & hotel to anyone. Plan on going back in the future

My friends and I have enjoyed our stay in this fabulous hotel during our holidays and would like to give credit to one of the best host and customer service named Rolan who had been very entertaining and accommodating to all our needs

The housekeeping was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot water and pulsating shower in the bathroom. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker/kettle in the room

We also noticed that the hot drinks that were dispensed from the machine were NOT hot at all and just merely warm. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous at all times

We stayed at your hotel for 18 nights in total as we were visiting our son and his family for the Christmas holidays. He lives nearby so this hotel was VERY convenient

We had a fantastic time staying in the hotel, the place is pretty clean and the service staffs are all professional, will surely come back

We were able to order individual servings of such items but it was not the same as being able to freely pick and choose what we wanted

The evening meals were wonderful and there was really no need to eat out, especially if you had had a busy day. The staff were exceptional, especially Clint in the restaurant, who was extremely efficient and friendly

Everything was well thought out, including good lighting in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. I have never seen a buffet breakfast with the number of choices that were on offer here

Nothing was too much trouble. We had room 110, overlooking the Piazza, however I would suggest that if possible you upgrade to a marina facing room - for a view of Table Mountain

Nice hotel & spa, situeted in a calm location directely by the principal road and the National park. They have good kitchen, and good massage and beauty treatment options. Staff is nice, quick and reachable all the time

We had a wonderful stay at Park Hotel & Spa Katharina in Badenweiler. The food was absolutely incredible - every meal felt fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented

All the employees were very kind. The rooms are spacious, clean. You get a key like from the Middle Ages, to really feel like you are in a castle. The surroundings with the gardens are beautiful
