Interesting concept with separate villas and main building. Accommodation is great with all one may need. Breakfast buffet good with plenty of choice. Huge underground parking and other great facilities

Our stay was great! The place was clean and the reception staff was super nice. I just wish they provide disposable slippers and maybe add small toiletries for the guests like in other nice hotels

I would tell eveey Body i know, to go there and enjoy the Hotel an it's Service

The room's air conditioning was very noisy; I complained to the front desk, but they didn't fix it. Later, they sent someone to check it out, but they couldn't resolve the issue either

Wonderful stay in nice surroundings The Radisson is a wonderful hotel in very nice surroundings. It was very convenient for us as it is within walking distance of the Villa Sorgenfrei where we had a family event

Good service, good quality/price, nice recreation area, good breakfast, parking. Calm area - tram to Dresden.

Room was clean and comfortable and housekeeping did a fine job at servicing the room each day. Walking distance to the UBahn and Tram lines. Many restaurants and wonderful bakery share the rear courtyard

Not bad, good downtown location.

Friendly team, big rooms , cafes and supermarket, pharmacy is 2 minutes walk. 5-10mnt drive by car from most of the locations we had to go.

Had an excellent stay! The breakfast was great and the hotel is in a good location for going to Bayern Munich games

1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only. Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food

Excellent location downtown with good public transport connections. Car parking next door is prohibitively expensive, use the one a block further away for 1/4 the price (for 24 hours). Friendly staff, excellent breakfast

Further this time there were many people with cloth in the Sauna because there were not informed before. At least what the people told us when we give them the hint

The hotel features 172 rooms and suites, offering stunning views of the Bürgerpark or Hollersee. During my stay, I enjoyed the Lakeside Suite, a lavish Superior Suite with breathtaking lake views

I am very satisfied with my stay at Feringapark. I felt comfortable in the room, the breakfast was good. I found the breakfast rooms very inviting and quaintly cozy

The hotel is very close to different supermarket and shopping areas and close to some offices

The bus stop is convenient (2 min walk) or the tram is also accessible (5 min walk) but not close to any other means of transportation. The personnel in the hotel is really nice and breakfast is remarkable!

Personal sensitivities are disruptive. 3) The same with the parking ticket: once the 24-hour parking ticket didn't work and I had to exchange it. Apologies were asked many times

4) the signs or directions are not very clear from the underground car park to reception. Confusion about how to get there is not very pleasant

The location is good and next to the Hagenbeck zoo, also the hotel guests can have 20% off for the zoo park ticket. The hotel is with different animals Theme and different continents for different floors

I love the option to forego room cleaning and empty the mini bar instead! As we only stayed for 2 nights we made up our own bed and enjoyed free beer in the spacious bathtub instead

Parkhotel Hagenbecks Comfy bed, new nice bathroom. Furniture a bit tired. Sunday is a day of rest for staff, no restaurant or bar open. All closed after breakfast!!!

The location is a bit out of the way, but there's free parking nearby and a tram and train combination to get to the city center in 45 minutes

It's an affordable and clean hotel which is located in a quiet area across the zoo. You can easily access transportation from the hotel, and there is a u- Bahn station within 5 min walk

Public transportation is just a few minute walk from the hotel and breakfast is perfect. Early check-in is also possible if you email them ahead of time. Great place great value! I will be back again!

Had an exam not far away so book the night there. It was very convienient going to the zoo and rewe was just a shoet walk away.

It is a nice and comfortable hotel at a walking distance of approximately 8-10 mins from Mannheim central station and from the Wasserturm

Good hotel well located. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very nice. Only small inconvenience is that you can hear the tramway passing by from the room.

Bist but not busy The location to the train station makes it super convenient. It is also close to the city center and very near many historic attractions.

Had a calmer day here, variety of Saunas and spa, the pool bar is out of this world and they give a taste of every part of the best rituals in the world 🌎

In connection with a nearby business meeting I had one night at this quite nice hotel. The breakfast was very good with a big variety of things to choose from

For dinner I went to the close by Q-Alm that seems to belong to the hotel. Here the restaurant was more rustique and the prices lower

It is one of those places where you don't mind walking around barefoot. There are plenty of seats to relax in. the massages are also great however, they do tend to end early you don't get the full time

Many plugs for electronics, some older buy fine furniture. It was definitely warm - but the staff was more than happy to bring a fan up upon request, and that solved the problem

The whole stay was amazing. The staff were friendly, the room I booked was spacious, and it had a beautiful view of the icy mountains. The sauna and gym were free of charge! 🤩

Great location! There's a supermarket downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. They also have an underground parking garage. The room itself was very spacious, and the front desk staff were warm and polite

We got assigned a suite on the 5th floor that was really spacious. There was even a sauna room, which we didn’t take advantage of. The elevator from the 4th floor to the 5th was old and needed attention

Oddly enough, there were no sockets at both side tables next to the beds, which means we could not charge our hand phones at our bedsides. Although, my friends in the next room reprted No such problems in their room

The toilet was brightly lit and there was a hairdryer and vanity mirror. I must add though, that climbing in and out of the bathtub can be hazardous. Not sure if it's safe for old folks

The hotel is in a great location if, as in our case, you're going to a concert on the piazza. It was also clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't have any towels in the room

Don't expect anything special. Unfortunately, there was a large hole in the towel and several silverfish in the bathroom. The bar was already closed Friday evening, which is a shame. The food and service were average

I first discovered the Brenners Park Hotel when the Lanesborough in London joined the Oetker Collection and I looked at other properties in the group

The hotel made a big deal of not changing radically during the renovation. I didn't stay before, but this is a classically elegant hotel. It made me think of a phrase that I like: 'things of quality have no fear of time'

I then saw that the hotel was undergoing a major renovation, re-opening last year. I decided to take the plunge and try the hotel, whilst visiting friends in Germany

* Location The hotel is perfectly situated in the charming town of Baden Baden. I was there for two nights and would have happily stayed longer. Brenners is centrally located overlooking a beautiful garden and river

The hotel has a private access to the garden and it's lovely to stroll through the garden into the town centre. The lots to see and do in Baden Baden - including the Merkur Funicular, which is well worth taking

Travel with friends Good size contemporary room with closet; offers plenty shelves and holders to hang clothes and accessories. Our bathroom has a tub which is nice for soaking; good size bathroom and it’s clean

Lovely rooms, very comfortable. Only issue was the lorry driver out front from 6/6:30 every morning unloading pallets which would wake me up.

Modern and clean property. Insulated so you can not hear noise from neighbouring rooms. Right next ti the train station for easy link to and from the airport. If there is ever a spare room I will definitely use again.

Absolutely fabulous The hotel is located right next to a U bahn station. The rooms are great for one person, so it was great for me

The staff was very helpful, and the stay was very discreet: there is not much of a lobby so u can feel very private, like a home. I highly recommend Harry's hotel

Self service washing and ironing is available, the area is relatively quiet, I woke up with the calling of birds

The evening meals were wonderful and there was really no need to eat out, especially if you had had a busy day. The staff were exceptional, especially Clint in the restaurant, who was extremely efficient and friendly

Everything was well thought out, including good lighting in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. I have never seen a buffet breakfast with the number of choices that were on offer here

The evening meals are the same. A small amount of options and small portions, but delicious. The pools are great and the pool area is clean, with complimentary tea, coffee and water to drink

Nothing was too much trouble. We had room 110, overlooking the Piazza, however I would suggest that if possible you upgrade to a marina facing room - for a view of Table Mountain

The hotel has their own (paid) underground parking garage (1 EUR/day cheaper than parking a full day in the nearest parking garage) The building is very beautiful and old even though the cheaper rooms are not of a grand design

Still clean and good rooms though. Ours was with a 'tempur' style mattress and bath tub. Refrigerator in the room but no water kettle. There is a coffee/tea machine in the lobby though

I can imagine that the rooms are hot in the summer (no aircon), but no problem in the winter. We did ask for extra blankets and received them, but they were only needed on the most cold nights

In the end, I found out that the hotel actually had an agreed price with the company, and I was satisfied and continued to stay for a week

Nice hotel on the edge of the old town (easy to drive to, but still the whole old town is within walking distance). Also near the main train station if you come by train

The hotel was ok fairly close to transport and comfortable but a little on the bare bones side the staff were friendly helpful and spoke english

Good location but be sure to book parking if driving otherwise you'll need to use a public parking garage, which depending on when you go (we went during the Christmas market season and it was insanely busy) you may need to walk a little

It's very close to the train station hall as the crow flies, though you need to walk a short distance along a cobblestone path with your luggage. The room is classically decorated and cozy

This is our fourth time to stay at the Park Post Hotel. We consider this our home away from home when we visit beautiful Freiburg

It's also very close to tourist attractions, within walking distance. Freiburg left a very good impression

The reception staff are very welcoming; when I asked where I could get hot water, they provided a large electric kettle. Fruit is always available for guests on the first floor

The hotel is located slightly above the lake and is very peaceful on a night. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre and the lake. The staff were all very helpful and spoke excellent English

The gardens and outdoor pool are beautifully maintained and the hotel is perfectly positioned for excellent walking and cycling, and the station is a 5 minute walk away

Schluchsee (in September) is a quiet resort (compared to Titisee for example!). The hotel is 15 mins walk from the train station. The staff are friendly and helpful

I think we were the only English people there, but they translated the menu for us. The food was excellent, served in an elegant and spacious dining room. Our room had a balcony which was nice

There is building work on going at the hotel and half the garden and the outdoor pool are part of the building site. We were warned about this before we travelled and it did not spoil our enjoyment of the hotel

Breakfast is downsized but ok. They have parking for cars,vans or small lorry which is great. Extra plus.

Queens park hotel is located in Berlin and offers its customers lodging along with breakfast and dinner and WiFi

I stayed for a week last month as it was a good location for my visit. My room on the second floor was a good size and was cleaned each day. The bed linen , towels and bathroom were clean. I didn't cook or have breakfast

The curtains do not keep out light and black out blinds would be a great asset. I hope to stay there again next year

) Truck delivery of the food in the hotel's kitchen through the Breakfast room during the Breakfast time - Staff, although friendly, was not, however, guests to (no "Good Morning" as a response, it was not asked for the pleasure of the stay) All in all, we were with the price-to-performance ratio rather unsatisfied, as had been expected for 69 euros (+ 12 euros for Breakfast) any more
