Hello,
My name is Patrick. I unfortunately left yesterday with my best friend Uwe and wanted to write a review.

About the room:
It was good, but the air conditioning unit was unfortunately a bit loud, so we hardly used it at all. It was also loud from the neighboring room, especially at night. Maybe something can be done about that; that's the only drawback.

Location:
It was easy to get everywhere. There were some nice, good restaurants down the street (I recommend Vergina 1, super nice and the food is really good).
The beach was also about a 10-minute walk away. And you could quickly get to Rethymno town by bus (you have to buy tickets at the kiosk or supermarket, though).

Service:
The service was great, especially Mary, a very pretty, friendly, nice woman who was easy to chat with. Another star for her.
I'll be back just for Mary's sake 😊

We had a fantastic stay and were made to feel very welcome by the staff. It was very relaxed and quiet, the old town was only 10 minutes away in a taxi with lots of things to do. The hotel staff were allways willing to help, and Mary even sorted a rental car for us and was very friendly and made sure we got a good deal.

A very friendly family managing this hotel. Always ready to help if needed. Very peace full place, near to the restaurants and shops. Room clean up starting at 8:30. Nice music ambiance near the swimming pool. Ideal for relaxing. Very good breakfast too. Xavier from France.

We stayed at this hotel as a big family group of 20, and right from the beginning, Mary and Cristallenia made us feel really welcome. They were super helpful with any questions we had and overall, we had an amazing time! The location was great close to shops and restaurants, and just a 10-minute drive to Rethymno, which was really convenient.

My son and nephew, both under 2, absolutely loved the pool and the rooms were very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this place for families with young kids.

We did have a small issue on the first night with one of the night staff who was quite rude and refused to give us toilet paper, which wasn’t ideal. But Mary handled the situation really well, and we appreciated how she took care of it.

It was an amazing experience!! Very comfortable family room for us and our 2 year old. Spacious bed and very clean. Better than expected. Would definitely come again! Mary was also very lovely and accommodating!

+ This hotel is perfectly located to the Rethymno downtown and beach. If you don't want to go to sea, you can easily stay by the pool. Taxi station is close to the hotel. There is also a big supermarket LIDL in 3 min walk. The personal is very helpful although only 3 people are working there. Many thanks to Mr. Babis who is doing his best to all the guests of the hotel.
- I'd recommend varying breakfast as which we mentioned during our stay it's the same every day and by 10 am everything is almost finished. Also, it will be good if for rooms without balcony they will create a system which will allow guests to dry clothes and towels.

Adorable little boutique hotel and the staff is fantastic and friendly. The pool is small but well maintained and they do well with the space they have. The eating, pool, and bar areas are all open and create an airy and open environment. The room was newly renovated and very cute! The beach is only about a ten minute walk away with plenty of restaurants and shops along the way. My main complaint is the WiFi was very spotty and incredibly slow.
