The rooms are very clean though kind of small but definitely enough. The food was delicious but not much of Greece culture. Since it was very packed the restaurant was kind of loud. All in all it's definitely recommendable and good in price Quality

My family and I have stayed at Nefeli twice, both times during the off-season. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was moderate but offered a variety of options to suit every taste.

It is all good. Personnel are very friendly, our room is clean. I just dont like our bed. It has space in between, like two single beds together, and it's moving all the time. My child's bed is just a folding bed. I expected to be at least bed sofa-bed. The pool is small, but it is really okay. The problem is that some guests put towels so early and they are not even there to swim! The pool is for everyone who wants to swim, but many can't swim, for example, children. Some complaints about it, and management didn't do anything about it. Maybe they can at least put some rules that no reservations in the pool, no leaving of towels when the person is not there. Anyway, the food was great, the best delicious food from breakfast to dinner! I hope they can change the pool rules soon. Thanks for our great holiday season!

Booked the hotel for a 7 days period.
Pros: The staff is amazing, really helpful and there when you need. The food is really good, lots of choices and themes across the week. They have music nights every 2 days.
Cons: The hotel looks good and modern, but the rooms are quite strange. Ours was a micro-room, really small with a tiny balcony which was supposed to be a double room. Friends of ours had a double room as well, but 4 times bigger while another friend had a superior double room which is more expensive, but small as well, which does not make sense.
The pool is really small for the hotel size and the beach is at 7-10 minutes away, walking. Being a Greek beach, is stone-ish and steep, so is important to note that is not an golf with tranquil water.
The cleaning of the rooms is lacking. Had to tell the cleaning staff to change the bed sheets.
Overall, the food and vibe are really good, but the some of the rooms are only to sleep and that's it

The Nefeli Hotel features great service, they make everything possible, rooms with luxurious amenities and a charming flair. The rooms are structured like a little village, making for a cozy feeling and the buffets for breakfast and dinner are straight-up amazing. I have never experienced such a good food offering in a hotel before and could not find a single item that I disliked. I definitely plan on coming back and fully recommend it.
Parking is available right behind the hotel on a little side street. Its location close to the highway makes it a great starting point for exploring the island if you have a rental car.
