Our family of four stayed at this hotel in July. The most impressive part, of course, is the Caldera view — it’s absolutely breathtaking! You simply can’t beat the location. A big thank-you to the attentive and helpful staff!
Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel grounds felt peaceful and relaxing. Overall, our experience was very positive and truly memorable.
The only downside was the limited dining options. I wouldn’t recommend booking half board — if possible, try exploring and enjoying the many different restaurants around the island. Greek cuisine is absolutely delicious!

Staff was amazing! Angelo, Foz and our cleaning lady was extremely helpful and kind. This property was great. Only negative is it was away from the major attractions. I would still recommend! The accommodations and staff make it worthwhile!

We wanted peaceful and relaxing and thats exactly what we got. Staff were amazing in reception for excursions, hire cars and recommendations. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff also amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything more. A very memorable holiday and will definitely book again next year. A holiday dream in our opinion. They know what they are doing and doing it perfectly. Couldn't recommend them enough. Five stars 🌟

This place is literally incredible. The service from Fanis in the dining area was phenomenal. He was always very professional, humble, kind, and attentive. The receptionist office was always full of helpful and personable people. And finally, the Caldera view is spectacular!!! We loved being close enough to Fira and Oia to dine and shop but far enough from the hustle and bustle to rest and relax. The foods near here were always delicious. There is also plenty to do on this side of the island.

Our flights were significantly delayed, we missed several connections- I canceled our reservation under the impression the entire Santorini leg of our vacation (we were only there for 4days) was ruined. I was not refunded any money even though I canceled more than 24hrs in advance. On arriving to the airport the next morning, we were informed they could get us on the next flight- even though we were told otherwise the night before… Maison Des Lys refused to reinstate our reservation. I lost more than $1400 just on this hotel. Terrible customer service

Exceptional service and breathtaking views. The private pool is pristine, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring that every need was met. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of throughout our time there. Highly recommended for a memorable experience

Wouldn't recommend for anyone that wishes to go out and enjoy the area. It's too far away, rooms are decent at best. Even the best rooms are mid. This was the worst place I stayed on my month long vacation in Greece and italy.
