Paradise Resort in Akrotiri

My wife and I booked a last minute trip to paradise resort through love holidays
Akrotiri is a lovely quiet area of Santorini but the island is easily accessible by car or quad
Hotel staff are a family and are very friendly and welcome
As the hotel only has a few rooms, the pool area was always quiet and we would have it to ourselves most days for a few hours, and even then, the most we saw was maybe 5-6 others
We went last week of August, so at the end of the summer holidays and the town was also perfectly quiet
We really enjoyed our stay and the only improvement request would maybe to have more variety for hr breakfast buffet, although the food for the rest of the day was very good

We would like to thank George & his lovely family, for my making our stay for a second time, so comforting.
As they made us feel at home, when yet again they showed how pet friendly they are.When they let us bring, our 2nd cat Locky with us!!
By even, arranging to clean our room every morning, while we took our cat with us to have breakfast.. The buffet breakfast, was really tasty, too.You could have your breakfast indoor or outdoors in a warm & inviting atmosphere.
Also our room was on the second floor, with a balcony. Watching over the beautiful bougainvilleas & a view of the wonderful pool. Which we loved, so much. That we didn't go to the beach, this time round. Our room had an suite & air conditioning.Which you need in Greece, in the Summer. It was simple room , but nice & comfortable. All you really need, in the beautiful island of Santorini..
While the location is ideal, being at a walking distance, from the amazing Pre-historic site in Akrotiri. So you feel, you are in an area with so much history behind it.Just like, going back in time.. The location is excellent. As Akrotiri is a peaceful village, with its little castle, traditional houses, but with restaurants nearby , supermarkets & little shops.
So the location is great, as you have access to buses, s rental cars & you go go to any part of the island.
Thank you George yet again, for making our stay in Santorini, so incredible. As we felt like like, we were in a homely & warm environment. Locky our cat, thanks you too.For he had fun too..

It was pleasure to live here 5 days. Perfect place to eat good, you have market 30 seconds from apartment, 1 minute to pharmacy and good restaurant. Everyday someone clean your place and give fresh towels. Very Polite and happy staff. Thank you!

We had stumbled upon this gem whilst taking a walk from our accommodation

This place oozed a welcoming aura and the food was so tasty, we decided to go back again, and again

We were met by the most beautiful family who were welcoming and attentive and were willing to adapt the food to our taste. ....oh and their fresh orange juice is spot on

I left feeling sad as we formed a friendship with the family. Very hospitable and down to earth. I'd definitely choose this as my next stay if returning to Santorini.

I’m a fan. We were amazed from the second we walked in. It definitely has the cute and cozy Santorini Mamma Mia vibe :) It might seem a bit “old” and “broken down” at some spots but that’s just part of the flair and most importantly it was all really clean. Also the pool, which you were able to basically use 24/7 was completely clean. A negative aspect though was the fact that you were never able to get any loungers at the pool because they were constantly blocked by some towels laying on them (which isn’t really the hotels fault though). The Food was minimalistic but always really good. The absolutely best thing though was how dog friendly this hotel is. There was this cute little dog (the „queen of the hotel“) living there and she was so cute but also very well behaved. The dog was just as friendly as the staff. The staff was so welcoming and nice, they made it definitely feel like home and welcomed us with open arms.
What can I say… great experience and we‘ll defined be welcoming back.

We found Paradise Resort such a pretty, relaxing and welcoming little hotel. The pool area was comfy and relaxing with padded sofas /chairs and a shaded garden area. More sunbeds are needed to stop the towel hogging due to lack of beds.
Continental breakfast was sufficient for us as we ate out each evening. We never drink in the room but ours lent itself with its lovely views. We did enjoy our lovely relaxing stay and hope to return next year. Well done Paradise

What can I say, an absolute gem of a place. Even though we arrived very late, around 22.30 pm, they were there to greet us and provided us with refreshments.
Georgia showed us around and was extremely helpful and friendly all week. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her.
The resident little dog Yoko was a joy, too.
Accommodation is beautiful, so clean, the pool area is gorgeous. The food in their cafe/bar is lovely too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Akrotiri. Fantastic location.

We have had such a lovely and relaxing stay at Paradise Resort, Akrotiri. The staff are so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was more than adequate and set us up for the day. Everything that you need is within walking distance, bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The area felt safe, it was quiet and in a beautiful setting.
We booked an island tour which was really worth the money and our pick up was less than 5 mins walk from the hotel which was perfect. We also hired a car for the day that Georgia at our reception kindly organised for us.
Georgia, baby Lucas and the rest of the staff felt like family by the time we left and if we were to return to Santorini, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone for a perfect holiday :) Becky and Emma

Just returned from this perfectly located family run hotel. I was a solo traveller and felt like one of the family by the time I left.
Friendly, helpful and most of all relaxed.

I loved the pool area, the hotel was was very clean and comfortable.
Thanks to all the staff for making me feel so welcome! Thani (?) Georgious, baby Lucas, sweet pea, Kristina, Georgia! George and Christhanos...not forgetting the cute dog.
It was an emotional good bye!
