Wow what a find. I travel a lot and I can honestly say the Diana Palace has it all for a very enjoyable stay. The room type I stayed in was lovely. The food was delicious with so much variety. Dietary issues taken serious. The people who run and work in the hotel are so warm, friendly and helpful. A fun Entertainment Programme. I am so looking forward to coming back

I recently stayed at Diana Palace in Zakynthos with my brother and his girlfriend. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with well-kept, lovely rooms. Personally, I found the food a bit disappointing, as the selection was the same every day but you almost forget about that because of the amazing people who work here. We stayed for three nights. There are small shops and restaurants around the hotel. However, the hotel facilities were always out of order. The power circuit breaker in the room tripped on the first day and the water supply was cut off for the next two days.

We had one of the top rooms. Couldn't fault it. Food was nice and plenty of choice. We ate far too much because we wanted to try everything. They had nice tea but tiny cups. Bring a mug. All inclusive food, drink and ice-cream for the kids. The pool was cleaned daily and everything was clean and tidy.

Fantastic week at this hotel. First time here and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room had a stunning view and always cleaned everyday, beds are very comfy but no kettle in room . We had a bad first impression with our check in. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and this continued for the week. Everyone we spoke to had had the same impression, nobody knew her name she was known as ‘the blonde one’!! Other than her the room was acceptable, but definitely only 3*. The bathroom is quite poor. The one room key is ridiculous! Paying for air con is ridiculous and expensive...

Great hotel, clean and tidy, lovely friendly staff , good choice of breakfast. Right on the beach and walking distance to plentiful of restaurants, bars and shops. Good transfers from airport and within easy reach of zante Town by road fun train or taxi. Was our first visit to argassi, would definitely recommend and hopefully return one day

Hotel staff and restaurant are great has a tremendous view and the rooms are big and clean

Nice view from the hotel - there is a pool with sea view. However, very far away from everything. If you want to go eat in town, can only call taxi (15 euro for 3-4km drive). Pick up service usually don’t come up to the hill and asked us to walk down the hill all the time. The road downhill is very slippery, my friend fell on the road!! I didn't expect that high quality for this price. We highly recommend Ionian Hill Hotel! We liked the room, service, location and flexibility. We got our room earlier than expected when we arrived. Katerina palace feels like coming back home! I have stayed here 3 times now and won't book anywhere different. The hotel is clean, friendly and the staff are great! I stay in the studio apartments which are well equipped and clean. The bar has a great selection of drinks and food. Love my afternoon pina colada round the pool! Can't wait to return next year in may and September.

We visited Zakynthos and Katerina Palace for the first time in September ; we joined friends whom have been going to Katrina Palace for many years and we weren’t disappointed. This is our second visit to the Katrina Palace. Our first was in the studio Apartments, which was basic, but functional for our needs. As we ate out everyday . We decided to do Bed and Breakfast on our second visit. The tourists tax is 10 euros a day. So 140 euros for our stay. The room was lovely, with free air con and safe. The staff are fantastic and friendly, especially Katerina, always happy and smiling, nothing was too much trouble! The location is very quiet and close to the main strip. Very clean and maintained on a daily basis. Rooms would benefit from a full length mirror for the ladies and some english TV channels. Shower trap/drain cover was loose and the shower head connector was leaking in our room. The grids...

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity. Was not that easy to find, have to watch out for small signs posted on the outside wall. The rooms were always clean, the personnel is always super friendly and helpful. Good to have a chat with them and ask for tips where to go, you might find hidden treasures to visit. The breakfast area was nice and the food was also fine, nothing really special, but okay.

Lovely hotel; quiet, clean and in a perfect location. The thing that made the holiday were the lovely, friendly and helpful staff especially Katerina who couldn't do enough to help us and nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely recommend.
