Great hotel! Clean, renovated, perfect location. Staff was helpful and very friendly too. But management should take a look at room locks, sometimes it would get stuck.

Katerina palace feels like coming back home! I have stayed here 3 times now and won't book anywhere different

The hotel is in a fabulous location and our room in the main hotel was stunning… the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! The room was spacious, clean and modern; towels are changed every other day and the bins and bed are done every day

The hotel is clean, friendly and the staff are great! I stay in the studio apartments which are well equipped and clean. The bar has a great selection of drinks and food

Breakfast was delicious and the choice of incredible restaurants nearby were endless. The pool was perfect for us and the pool area was kept clean at all times

From the initial booking, all the way throughout the holiday, the staff could not have been more friendlier or do enough to make our stay special

It's a very basic hotel, built a long time ago but it's clean, spacious and well maintained. The location, sea views and access to the beach below your balcony is crazy good

+ hotel is located right next to the sea, has private beach with free sun beds + good views from the balcony + suite was okay, but reconstruction needed + nice hotel workers - breakfasts was awful, everyday! It should be illegal to feed people this way - suits located above the road could be very noisy - 10 euro/day for air conditioning is wild!

I've stayed in several hotels in Argassi. It had the most comfortable beds! We had wonderful stay! So great, that I organised my camp there. Everyone was over the moon and back. I think it is great value for your money

Location is very good near the see.(5 - 10 m. Room have old furniture but clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was average. Air condition not iincluded n price of room. You must extra paid

We stayed for 10 nights in September We chose the hotel mainly for the location as we had not been to Argassi before Our room on 1st floor was huge with a lounge and separate bedroom, we were in the main building overlooking the pool tucked away in the corner, nice and quiet The hotel was full but we never had any problems getting a sun lounger Breakfast was very good, a good selection...

The beds were awful! So rock hard that I did not have a single good night's sleep the whole time we were there and spent a lot of the time actually in pain because the bed was so hard

We did not raise this with management because we figured that the beds would be all the same so we just suffered it. Breakfast we did not find very good to be honest

Being vegetarian and vegan there was very little we could have. I bought my own non dairy spread and took it in to have on my toast but that wasn't ideal with stone cold baked beans

I'm sure they must have tipped the beans cold into the food warmers because even if you went to breakfast bang on 8am, the beans were cold. The jam selections for toast were very sparse

Argassi is a small but very lively resort with everything you need including many shops close to the hotel. Lots of amazing restaurants serving great food

Nice hotel. Good breakfast selection. Aircon was €6 per day extra. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Very clean, staff friendly and helpful with rooms cleaned every day with clean towels. Pool area is very attractive with plenty of sun beds available

As for the shortcomings, apart from being a little expensive, it is a bit far from the main commercial street, nearly a kilometer walk

Nice view from the hotel - there is a pool with sea view. However, very far away from everything. If you want to go eat in town, can only call taxi (15 euro for 3-4km drive)

The road downhill is very slippery, my friend fell on the road!! Better to stay closer to town at a more convenient location. Staff at hotel are very friendly and breakfast was nice

Personally, I think Zakynthos is much more beautiful than Santorini. This is another beautiful hotel. It can be said to be very good in all aspects

The hotel has a restaurant where you can order in the morning what you want to eat and they will have it ready by lunch time. To be honest, I prefer this better than buffet since you know that you are eating fresh food

Nefeli Hotel is located at Argassi. We visited there with my family and stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was clean and the staff willing to help with whatever we asked them for. The rooms were nice and of great value

The vacation in this hotel was amazing experience. The view from balcony was very pretty, the people were kind and helpful, the food was delicious and everything was perfect. I really recomend this hotel

The friendliest service and the best view. You can simply walk straight from the hotel to the beach yes, you read that right! The hotel offers private pool access and a small, beach.

The place was tidy and clean and breakfast was excellent and freshy cooked. Would recommend Dolce vita to families who want to have a great time

Returned for a second stay at Dolce Vita Residence and it was even better than the first. If you’re looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, with a great pool and incredible views then this is the place for you

Spent 5 days here in mid Sept and it was so peaceful, no getup and rush for sunbeds, turn up at anytime and there will be some available. Zoi and her family looked after us really well

The complex is small and friendly and very peaceful, rooms are aptly equipped with everything you need and are cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels provided every other day

We hired a car so going to Lidl was easy but there is a small shop and a fantastic bakery a few minutes walk. A perfect holiday where we were able to switch off

Its clean and cute. The room are clean. The pool is good the water very good in summer. In morning the food is good and tasy. On the terrace you can see the harbor. I recommend this hotel. ☺??

Everything is good in the hotel and the location is perfect. But the shower setting is quite low and shower area is small. During the showering, one hand is needed to hold the shower head.

The location is definitely good, and the front desk is quite polite. But the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner is facing the TV, and it won't turn on if you don't close the door

Breakfast offered a really good selection. Pool bar lunch menu was excellent. Loved the smallness of the hotel so not noisy at all. Always loungers available round the pool. The place is clearly well looked after

The snack bar food was very good and reasonably priced. The only 2 downsides are the ants which are everywhere outside and do sometimes get into the room, and the pictures of the rooms do not match the room you get

Wonderful experience! Right from when we were greeted from Alexandros the moment we arrived. The staff Ioanista and Atriana were so accommodating and friendly too. The hotel grounds were beautiful with lush gardens

What makes this place even more special though is the fantastic team that work here!! The owner, Alex, is a fantastic host and has picked his team brilliantly…nothing seems too much trouble for anyone

The rooms are nice, all based around the pool area so you are never to far from a cooling dip in the very clean pool. We are already looking at booking again for next year

The location is excellent, isolated from Solomon Square, and there is a simple supermarket less than 100 meters away. The breakfast is delicious and the drinks are excellent. The room has a beautiful view of the marina.

The elevator is incredibly small. The hotel's location is pretty good. The water tastes salty, like it's been purified but not completely. Breakfast was alright.

The room is right by the sea, and the sea view rooms offer ocean views. It's just a 1-minute walk from the pickup point for the Shipwreck Beach boat tour. Breakfast is plentiful and satisfying

The reception is staffed 24 hours, which adds a strong sense of security and convenience. They also assisted with arranging a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate of €15, which was very helpful

He used his advice often! The hotel is very close to the bank, the hotel and the square, so many snack bars! If you want to go on a beach holiday, it is advisable to rent a car (we found out only on the island), because there is no beach near the hotel where you can swim

During my stay over Easter, the city center was quite lively and noisy, but the front desk staff were very kind and proactively helped me move to a larger and quieter room, which made a big difference to my experience

The sunbeds - the best I've ever used. Thick memory foam beds and so comfortable. We never had any issues getting a bed by the pool either

The inclusion of the word “boutique” in a hotel's name is often misplaced or misleading, but in the case of the Bitzaro it is perfectly understandable : this is an exceptionally chic little place, the good taste of the modern décor being evident as soon as you step inside the cool lobby

We went to Zakynthos for the easter weekend. I picked this hotel because it was a boutique hotel. Having travelled a lot, I have found the boutique hotels offer the best in rooms along with service

Breakfast is very good, provided by discreet and pleasant staff, and anyone needing an early morning swim has only to walk across the road and jump into the sea with the bunch of regular locals

The cleaning staff were very good, and our room was always done to a high standard, as were the immaculately clean public areas of the hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful

The bathroom had a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower if you fancy that sort of thing, which I do. Overall, a 10/10 for the room. The breakfast was plentiful, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming

It's only five minutes walk along the shore road from the end of the port of Zakynthos Town, distance enough to make it easily accessible without being thrust into a sometimes noisy evening scene

Ideal location for shops & just a short walk to the beautiful Laganas Beach. Rooms are very clean & bedding/towels are changed regularly. Vasso is a brilliant host & so helpful and kind

Apartments were spotlessly clean and perfect for our 14 night stay. Vasso was the perfect host, always making sure we had everything we needed, very friendly and approachable

We originally had an apartment for the 4 of us but she offered us use of a second one so we had more space which she didn’t have to do but we really appreciated it

She let us use the apartments until we left for the airport at 6pm which was extremely generous of her. The apartments had everything we needed and more

In terms of location they are a very short walk from the beach or the main road where all the restaurants etc are so they are in a very good location. i would highly recommend staying at these studios

Vasso and petros keep the rooms and area spotless. Lots of people return here year after year. Self catering rooms have everything you would want in them. 5 minutes to shops and bars, 5 minutes from the beach

We were visiting the bar for live show. Every day there is a live show at the bar near the pool ( free). Very good atmosphere , good food drinks. Staff so kind and give good service. Good value for money

Was about 2 and a half miles walk from my hotel, but worth it. The staff, the atmosphere was so good that after walking 24 miles through the mountains of Zante the next day

If you're a party person and you enjoy the Brits, the area and the hotel is probably for you. They do a good job to entertain their guests

First time at Antonis and can honestly say it’s been brilliant. My friend has stayed here many time before and now I know why. Rooms are spotless and have a great A/C system. The pool and bar area is immaculate

I did not stay here so I cannot comment on the rooms but I gave 5* anyway because we loved coming here for a drink at night. Great entertainment, attentive and friendly staff and reasonably priced drinks

Plenty of sunbeds for you to get up and get one at any time and near enough all in the sun all day. The food and drink is bang on at a very reasonable price and the staff can’t do enough for you

It is a pretty good hotel that can be booked in the off-season. The room is not too big, there is free parking, it faces the sea, it is not far from the port and the airport, and the breakfast is also rich.

Just over the road from a pebbly beach but there are two points on the way into town where you can access the sea for those that like a swim

The sea view room you booked can see the sea. Across the road from the hotel is a long beach coastline. The tap water on this island is too salty to even rinse your mouth

The driver who picked me up at the airport said that you must not drink the tap water, even if it is boiled, and the hotel does not provide free drinking water

The Bar restaurant is probably one of the best places to eat, very very good food at excellent prices. The burgers are possibly the best we've ever had anywhere! The main dishes are mind blowing

Visited the bar for drinks and food. The skepasti is top notch and great value. Staff are lovely and go out of their way for their customers. Great place to sit and have a drink in the sun and watch the world go by

Quiet relaxing holiday on the main street in the middle of kalamaki town, sounds like an oxymoron but it really wasn't. Cronulla, don't change anything, everything is just right

The staff are all extremely pleasant and welcoming. A special mention for Tetta on reception who was always very lovely and made the effort to always chat our 1 year old daughter

Pool area immaculate, could always get a sunbed. A few beds were claimed each morning, but not a major issue. Breakfast included, was very good, hot food & pastries, biscuits fruit & cereal

Lovely stay, we asked for a high floor room, which we got, lovely big room. Tea making facilities, large comfortable bed, with a spare single in the room too. Lovely modern bathroom, again very clean

Nevertheless we are adults, and so long as you announce your intentions and give your partner the option to adjourn to the balcony for the duration this isn't too much of a problem! Locally, in addition to a couple of supermarkets, there are several other small shops and a number of bars and restaurants, and the main 'strip' is a short 5 minute walk away with countless others - a recommendation here...

Me and my family loved staying at this hotel, the rooms are average but I loved that my room was directly opposite the pool

Staff were very friendly and supportive, there's no halal food but on request they can provide halal chicken only

But remember the Greek hotel star system is different to ours. What you think is a 4 or 5 star, is not the same as the UK. But nevertheless it was still a good hotel. Excellent for food for main dinning

On the downside we found the Tavernas of Tsilivi a little too commercial for our liking, serving pasta and pizza etc. We struggled to find that authentic family run joint that we have been used to on other Greek islands

Although described as a resort, this property is more akin to a boutique hotel. I love this because there are only 6 rooms which makes the experience very personable

We really enjoyed our stay at Venus Resort. Only six rooms inside a very nice beach club. You’ll have the chance to wake up and swim. umbrella, sunbeds and beach towels are included for guests from the second row on

It also takes a minute to get back to your room from the beach so if you forget something, you can quickly go back and get it. The host Elena is fantastic - such a friendly, warm, and caring person

We also had our own private pool which was fantastic for the kids aged 5 & 7. We also were able to go to the main bit of the hotel and swim and lounge by communal pool

Positives: They are picturesque villas on a mountain side with traditional stone houses and beautiful pools from the pool deck. The owners are friendly and accommodating. Negatives: You definitely need a car to access

Kitchen provisions very basic as well. This can be best described as a budget accommodation in a gorgeous setting

The bathroom was simplistic and a bit shabby. No window in the bathroom and just a window vent. The two rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen diner was a good size and with a working TV

Absolutely amazing food – probably the best we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive stay. We also loved the private pool, which made the whole experience even more special and relaxing. A truly memorable stay.

It’s also about 10 minutes to Kalamaki Turtle Beach – not the prettiest, but still nice enough – and about an hour’s walk to the main Zante strip if you want more nightlife

We asked for a duvet instead of a sheet as it was colder at the time but the best we got was a thick woven blanket which was a bit mediocre. The staff were friendly throughout our stay

A big frustration was the lack of an iron and ironing board in the room – you have to go down and borrow one from reception and then they would be chasing up to return it right after, which got a bit annoying and I wouldn’t expect for a 4 star hotel

There is a bar and a large reception/ lounge area with comfy sofas and chairs, a pool table, air hokey table and also table tennis. The swimming pool outside is a good size with a smaller children’s pool

There’s a good choice of food for Breakfast and a wide selection of food available to buy at the restaurant at the hotel. All meals are absolutely delicious

there are now steps leading into the pool which was a welcome improvement than the wall steps. We loved staying here the staff are so friendly and treat you as family. nothing is ever too much trouble
