This is a lovely family run hotel. The staff are really helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The kitchen is basic but does the job. The pool is kept clean using a fancy robot thingy. The beach is stones so take beach shoes if you want to go down there. This is just outside the main town and you need to walk on the road for about 300m when you walk in so be aware of that.

After reading recent reviews for this hotel I was very worried about what we had let ourselves in for however we were VERY pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The hotel staff that met us were super friendly and helpful, the room was sooooo much better than we expected ... it was spotless clean with the most amazing sea view. Was it dated...yes, it would definitely benefit from a bit of a cash injection...

Visited in early October and the hotel and resort were pleasantly quiet, and got quieter as the week went on. We last visited Argassi 10 years ago and were surprised at how much it has changed. We had a lovely stay! The place was beautiful with a fantastic view of the ocean from our balcony. We stayed in a studio, which had a good-sized refrigerator and comfortable beds. The only downsides were the mosquitos—having mosquito nets over the beds would have made a big difference...

This has been our 3rd holiday to the Windmill Hotel and again we were not disappointed, truly amazing staff, comfortable clean rooms and amazing breakfasts. Greek hospitality is almost always great but here they made us more than welcome. Well kept up hotel, the apartments are basic but the balcony with ocean view make up for it all. Housecleaning went out of their way by arranging the children's towels and toys the kids left lying around so the kids felt extra cared for. The restaurant had good food and a notable personal touch added to their service

Had a great 10 days here. Athina, Ellie, Dennis, George and the cleaners were all kataplictico! Rooms basic (expected) but had everything you need and cleaned 6 days a week. Beds a bit hard, though (for me!). Will be coming back next year if we can!

This is really a very bad experience in my life! First of all, air conditioning needs to be paid for separately! I remember it cost 12 euros a day (note: if I remember correctly, it was this amount)! Booked the day before we travelled. Took the last room which was amazing. Corner room which had a balcony overlooking the pool, hills & a (distant) sea view. Well soundproofed. The accommodation is located within 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot from the airport. Please note that there is a separate fee for using the air conditioner. There are rooms surrounding the pool, but it is a bit noisy.

We stayed for 8 days and had the best experience. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. You can ask anything and they help you with a smile. The food and drinks are excellent and good priced. Hotel is in good place for restaurants and for beach it has pool also but unfortunately it closes at 7pm and their wifi is really unusable not even for whatsapp.

This was awesome. We had the junior suite with a panoramic view, jacuzzi beautiful bed and beautiful bathroom. With the sitting room it seemed like this was a special apartment for a special couple. The staff was perfect. Elana was great. We did not want to leave.

A unique place overlooking the entire beach in Tsilivi. Very tasty breakfasts with the opportunity to spend time listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the beautiful view. Standard hotel rooms, but they have everything you need. Very pleasant service and well-kept surroundings. Direct access to a small beach from the hotel. The nearest taverns and town center are no more than 1 km away.

Everything was exceptional! There is no other option for when we return to Zakynthos! Eleni and Anastasia were always smiling and happy to help us. The view was absolutely beautiful, especially the sunset watched from the terrace. The cleanliness is exemplary. The room is spacious and bright. A perfect 10 for everyone who takes care of this hotel.

We have been visiting our friends staying at this hotel and have been treated as their guests with very welcoming service and kind approach. The hotel is located on the beautiful cliff with stunning view and very well furnished rooms. Breakfast has variety of options : sweet and sour. Great location, staff are so friendly loved our room it was spotlessly clean beds are comfortable and we was overlooking the pool,bar in the night played music into the early hours but was more of a distant sound so it didn't bother us. We went half board food in the evening was top quality offering a four course meal, never had the same thing twice throughout the week. We will definitely come back

Thanks to this hotel I'll change my understanding of a "standard" word. It's the first time I got such room quality as a "standard". I was not informed of paying quite lots of money and getting the room with the poor quality I got - I guess neither the room nor the bathroom were renovated there for some 20+ years... (our part of the hotel we got the room in). Also the swimming pool area could be cleaned...

Just dropped by they are not yet open but are very busy preparing the building for the upcoming season. Stayed many times before it is a lovely hotel and the host's are brilliant.

Wifi is not working, or it is working extremely slow. You need to pay 6 euro for air conditioner. Breakfast is 7 euro and it is ok. Personel is kind, but you will not get any additional tea (if you will drink the one from room)

What amazing hotel, staff are wonderful, especially the bar staff, rooms are lovely, food is also great.

Hotel doesn't look like photos on jet2 website, we went middle of October so we knew lots of places would be closed down and weather unpredictable but the weather was better than expected... Fantastic service from the staff, they all worked so hard and were very helpful and polite. Rooms could have been a little bit better as I slipped a little a couple of times on the floor after a shower, a floor squeegee would have been nice. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee etc but plenty of access to refreshments in the main area. Two flights of stairs bit much for heavy suitcases and anyone...

Just returned from a wonderful week here. Friendly staff, nice small resort, shop just across the road, food was lovely, clean bedding everyday, just perfect. Beach is 1 minure from the hotel, perfect for watching the sunrise. Managed to see the fisherman feeding the turtle aswell. Also visited Shipwreck bay, zante town, kalamaki and more!

Fantastic stay from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We even cheekily asked for an upgrade to a room that opened onto the pool — expecting to pay — and to our surprise, they gave it to us for free! Firstly, the staff here are fantastic. Professional, polite and warm with excellent customer care and service. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, very comfortable and great facilities. The on site restaurant food is very good and the view absolutely wonderful.

Hotel is really nice with friendly and helpful staff. Organized earlier check in, our laundry to be picked up and helped us with car hire. Nice pool and beach access. Room was clean and spacious. Only negative for us was that we went to breakfast at 9.30 and not many foods were being replaced as it finished at 10am - so limited selection at that time. Apart from that all was good.

We just came as a group of 10. A very friendly staff and a place that can offer everything you want from a hotel . Close to main town but not in a crowded place .

The rooms were clean, well sized, with the facilities to meet all our needs. The communal pool area was always clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is quite remote but that suited our purposes, to have a relaxing trip, but maybe not ideal if you want bars and restaurants on your doorstep.
