Wow what a find. I travel a lot and I can honestly say the Diana Palace has it all for a very enjoyable stay. The room type I stayed in was lovely. The food was delicious with so much variety. I recently stayed at Diana Palace in Zakynthos with my brother and his girlfriend. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with well-kept, lovely rooms. We stayed for three nights. There are small shops and restaurants around the hotel. However, the hotel facilities were always out of order. The power circuit breaker in the room tripped on the first day and the water supply was cut off for the next two days.

We had one of the top rooms. Couldn't fault it. Food was nice and plenty of choice. We ate far too much because we wanted to try everything. They had nice tea but tiny cups. Bring a mug. All inclusive food, drink and ice-cream for the kids. The pool was cleaned daily and everything was clean and tidy.

Katerina palace feels like coming back home! I have stayed here 3 times now and won't book anywhere different. The hotel is clean, friendly and the staff are great! I stay in the studio apartments which are well equipped and clean. The bar has a great selection of drinks and food. Love my afternoon pina colada round the pool! This is our second visit to the Katrina Palace. Our first was in the studio Apartments, which was basic, but functional for our needs. As we ate out everyday . We had a bad first impression with our check in. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and this continued for the week. Everyone we spoke to had had the same impression, nobody knew her name she was known as ‘the blonde one’!! Other than her the room was acceptable, but definitely only 3*. The bathroom is quite poor. This is a lovely family run hotel. The staff are really helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The kitchen is basic but does the job. The pool is kept clean using a fancy robot thingy. The beach is stones so take beach shoes if you want to go down there. This is just outside the main town and you need to walk on the road for about 300m when you walk in so be aware of that.

After reading recent reviews for this hotel I was very worried about what we had let ourselves in for however we were VERY pleasantly surprised when we arrived. I've stayed in several hotels in Argassi. It had the most comfortable beds! We had wonderful stay! So great, that I organised my camp there. Everyone was over the moon and back. I think it is great value for your money. Yes the aircon is to be paid separately just like all other hotels in Zakynthos. The rooms have a big fridge included as well, cleaned every day. Another visit the Palmyra did not disappoint, a well run hotel with spacious rooms with waterfall showers in the bathroom. Complimentary toiletries are nice bonus . The aircon is excellent and is a must . All the staff here are polite and very helpful , a special mention goes to the housekeeping staff who came in every day at our request, brilliant. Greek hospitality is almost always great but here they made us more than welcome. Well kept up hotel, the apartments are basic but the balcony with ocean view make up for it all. Housecleaning went out of their way by arranging the children's towels and toys the kids left lying around so the kids felt extra cared for. What a fantastic place to stay, had 3 nights in a bungalow with sea view. Due to the fact the first hotel I booked was shocking. Was greeted by a lovely lady called Katia, who was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for me to make my stay enjoyable. Arrived at the hotel it was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms both were cleaned to a high standard daily. We found there was always space around the pool and just a few steps and you are in the warm clear sea. The absolute best. The owners are incredibly nice, the localisation is good as it's close to the beach, the rooms themselves are very good-looking, there's a pool here, a garden, you can pay and have delicious breakfast and other meals here... in general, if you're still hesitating whether to pick this hotel or not, please do, you'll be more than satisfied.

Very cool! Although it is not in the town, it takes about half an hour to walk to this hotel, but it is also on the pick-up route for each group. It is very quiet, the environment is very good, and the facilities are great. It is relatively cheap to stay alone, and the price/performance ratio is very good👍

We had a lovely stay! The place was beautiful with a fantastic view of the ocean from our balcony. We stayed in a studio, which had a good-sized refrigerator and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the bar served reasonably priced food and drinks. Free sunbeds were a great bonus! The only downsides were the mosquitos—having mosquito nets over the beds would have made a big difference...

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity. Was not that easy to find, have to watch out for small signs posted on the outside wall. The rooms were always clean, the personnel is always super friendly and helpful. Good to have a chat with them and ask for tips where to go, you might find hidden treasures to visit. We are just back from another stay at Villa Contessa. We always have such a quiet and relaxing holiday there. All needs are catered for by the wonderful host Spiros. He booked our car hire and a taxi to the airport. Also little things like a bottle of water and some wine in the fridge for our arrival. With good restaurants and the beach a short walk away it suits us perfectly.

Lovely hotel — great location too! Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were super friendly, and the sunbeds around the pool were really comfy. Honestly, it felt more like a 4-star than a 3-star! The pool area and bar were immaculate and well looked after. We have had the most amazing time at Villa Contessa, and definitely will not forget the exceptional location and sunrise views from our suite. Spiros is an ideal host and was always willing to help with any of our requests. Highly recommended.
