Serenity in Argasi

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity. Was not that easy to find, have to watch out for small signs posted on the outside wall.
The rooms were always clean, the personnel is always super friendly and helpful. Good to have a chat with them and ask for tips where to go, you might find hidden treasures to visit.
The breakfast area was nice and the food was also fine, nothing really special, but okay.

The staff are fantastic and friendly, especially Katerina, always happy and smiling, nothing was too much trouble! The location is very quiet and close to the main strip. Very clean and maintained on a daily basis. Rooms would benefit from a full length mirror for the ladies and some english TV channels. Shower trap/drain cover was loose and the shower head connector was leaking in our room. The grids surrounding the pool are a bit of a health hazard as they are unstable and weak causing them to flip and your feet to fall through. It's hard to avoid as the space between the pool and sunbeds is very tight. The snack bar would also benefit from having a beer tap installed, beers are available but in bottles only. However, these are very minor issues. Overall this is a great B&B which we would return and definitely recommend to friends and family!

Lovely hotel; quiet, clean and in a perfect location. The thing that made the holiday were the lovely, friendly and helpful staff especially Katerina who couldn't do enough to help us and nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely recommend.
