Reviews
The rooms were clean and modern. Cleaned everyday and bedding changed every other day. There was 6 of us and we were put in rooms next door to each other. We had a double room and 2 singles in each. This was perfect for me as my husband snores, so I often slept in the spare single bed!
The hall ways got very loud on some nights, with girls knocking and banging on doors, screaming and shouting etc, but we cannot blame the hotel for this. Just very inconsiderate people! Luckily my son slept through it.
The food was probably the best all inclusive we've ever had for the price we paid. We usually do budget hotels as we are hardly ever there, we eat, we go out for the day, we eat again. There was lots of choice each day, with different nights being different themed. You will always find something you like. My only issue was that the food wasn't really hot, even when it just opens. More warm, but definitely not complaining.
The all inclusive alcohol was ok. Plenty of cocktails to choose from. I got quite drunk on the first night, but I did have a fair few!
I can't comment on the pool as we didn't use it. We were out all day until about dinner time.
The staff on reception were very nice and helpful. The staff on the bar, in the restaurant and the cleaners all kind of seemed like robots though.
The hotel is the perfect location. Someone said it was a trek to the beach...please don't believe this, it's not true! It's literally a few minutes away from the town, the strip and the beach.
We cannot comment on the entertainment as we were usually in our rooms quite early.
There are lifts to the rooms for people who are not good with stairs!
It was out of season but still quite busy. If you weren't down for dinner within an hour of them opening, you'd struggle to get a table inside. The evenings were a bit chilly, so we just made sure we were down there when it opened.
Please don't let the bad reviews sway you. It really was a decent hotel for the money.
Thank you Stamos, we had a great holiday.
Our room was spotless and very modern, providing a comfortable and stylish space to relax. While we could only occasionally get English TV channels in the late evening, it really wasn’t an issue—we didn’t come away to watch TV!
We did have one small downside during our stay. One morning, I woke up early and decided to go out around 5:30am to put towels on some sun loungers, but when I returned, the towels had been taken and someone else was already sat there. The following morning, I got up early again, got dressed, and went out to enjoy the peace of dawn and watch the sun come up, only to see a cleaner removing all the hotel-provided towels from the loungers. I hadn’t realised you needed to use your own towels or collect some from reception. It was a bit frustrating and felt slightly unfair, especially when there were no signs.
That said, it didn’t spoil our overall experience. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay—especially the reps, Bob and Leah, who were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and I already miss the relaxing sound of the cicadas in the background. We had a great time and would happily return.
Pools offered lots of different areas to sit and were very clean. The jacuzzi is a great added bonus.
WiFi worked great around the pools and eating areas.
The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful in every way.
Food was the only area which let the hotel down, it was repetitive unfortunately. However everything was hot, fresh and plenty available. Ran out of cups, cutlery etc. a few times but the staff were very helpful and replenished straight away once they knew.
Location is brilliant, 10 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from shops and 5 minutes from a bus stop which went to some great places of interest.
Overall for the price paid we would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday!
The pool and sun beds can get quite busy but you can easily find space and it provides a great atmosphere.
The food was good, however it was a little repetitive at times but loads of different options for everybody. The drinks from the bar were great.
It takes no more than 10 minutes to get to the beach/shops both of which provide a lot of different activity choices.
Would definitely recommend to anybody.
We stayed for a week and really cannot fault it.
On our arrival the room wasn't ready so we went to the sister hotel for the night where we were given a deluxe room with a pool terrace to make up for it. We were able to use the pools and all inclusive facilities at that hotel and our one too.
When we checked into stamos the next day we were given a clean, modern room where the towels and bedding and changed regularly.
The pools and bars are clean, well maintained and the pool offers entertainment in the day. Also, not too hard to get a sunbed.
The food has lots of options, and some say are repetitive however, we found there were lots of repeated options but also lots of new ones each night. The drinks were great- we enjoyed the cocktails especially.
The strip and beach were within a 10 minute walk, with lots to do. If you want to venture out there are easy buses, car hires and also amazing boat trips which can be picked up from the beach, which we did a few times.
Would return in a heart beat!!
