I stayed at this hotel with my daughter at the beginning of October our holiday was all inclusive, the hotel has beautiful views and the atmosphere was lovely. The all inclusive drinks were lovely with plenty of choices to meet most peoples requirements. The food was adequate although there wasn’t much diversity with the desserts. The staff were friendly and made our stay fun, they appeared to enjoy interacting with guests and never made us feel like a burden which greatly improved our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for an affordable stay in Rhodes.

We had a brilliant 2 weeks at Venezia, the food was amazing, so much choice. The all inclusive drinks were lovely. The entertainment was brilliant, credit to Nino, Rio and the team. The staff are friendly and helpful. The different pools and areas are great when its busy. We had a great time and will be visiting again. Thank you all.

We had a lovely stay overall. We originally booked a standard room but were upgraded halfway through our visit, which was a nice surprise. The first room was okay, but the pool music ran from morning until 11pm, which made it hard to relax — the new room was blissfully quiet in comparison!

The staff were wonderful, and the Piazza food court was a brilliant addition. The main buffet had plenty of choice, though I did wish there were more fruit options at breakfast.

Most pools were on the chilly side, but the smaller Marrakech pool a decent temperature. The walk to Faliraki was easy, and the hotel also runs a regular shuttle.

Despite a few minor issues, I’d happily return — it’s a lovely place that could be even better with a few small tweaks.

Had an amazing time at Venezia Resort Hotel, from the moment we arrived staff were warm and welcoming. They helped us book taxis, the hotel provided bus to Rhodes and spa treatments. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly.

The room was well presented and had cleaners in every day. Beds were comfortable and shower was good.

There is a variety of pools, with different atmospheres to suit your taste. Day time activities in the pool were good fun. The waterslides were also great. One down side was that the poolside bathroom did not have soap for 2 consecutive days.

There was a good variety of food and drinks. Food was tasty and there was a good selection of drinks included in the all inclusive & there is a shop in the hotel for any further snacks or drinks.

Entertainment was good, with competitions and music. Animation team were great fun.

On the day of checkout you can still use all inclusive benefits. There is luggage storage and showers available to use throughout the day, with free towels.

Thank you again for a wonderful stay & a special thank you to Stergos for his hospitality

Me and my partner recently stayed at Venezia and would happily give 4/5 stars . We did not arrive until late at night but never the less the staff at reception were kind and informative about what to expect . The room was clean and tidy upon arrival with no issues , I would like to add it would possibly be beneficial if the hotel offered do not disturb signs for the doors as a few times we were still in the room during cleaning hours and had to ask for them to come back . Towels were changed every 2-3 days I would say the same for the bed sheets also , the only thing I noticed was that our floor hadn’t really been cleaned the whole of our stay ( 7 days ) . The restaurant is located at another part of the hotel a short walk away , the food was okay they didn’t really change it that much each night I would say if you’re a picky eater they have decent options for everyone apart from the dessert selection wasn’t the best but never the less there was nothing wrong with them just wasn’t my taste . There is an on site shop where you’re welcome to grab snacks anytime as reception is 24 hours and the prices are reasonable , taxis in my opinion into the town are a little expensive for a short ride of about 3 minutes ( €10.50 ) or a 20 minute walk which isn’t too enjoyable in the day as it is up hill . Pools were clean and again staff all over the hotel were pleasant and talkative , would definitely come again and recommend to others .

Stayed in room 522 from 4/10/21 - 13/10/21,

Very limited food with food running out a few times mid service. Food was usually cold and not appealing at all and I'm not fussy eater.

Paid for superior room and seen a friend who had a standard room, trust me the standard room was much nicer and more modern.

My room had a broken shower broken Aircon and a constant flickering light. Balcony is small and the maid kept leaving me with no towel. I had an ant infestation on night 7 and still was not cleared by the time I left.

Evening drinks are significantly watered down, even the soft drinks! Ended up buying a bottle of pepsi from the shop to drink in the evening instead as I couldn't drink the warted down version they were serving.

Personally wouldn't stay again.

The only positive was the excellent pizza from the pizza man. I maid sure to tip him at the end of my stay

Mediocre resort, all inclusive drinks were very watered down and the food just about edible.
Good location and a free beach shuttle was a plus but the rooms were an issue with air conditioning being an optional extra for €40!
Also several times during our stay we woke up with a stray cat on the bed...
Overall a good experience but only if you're on a budget.
