honestly one of the best places i’ve ever stayed in. absolutely beautiful and big room with a balcony and tv. great location literally 3-4 mins from the strip, tonnes of restaurants and supermarkets and a beach nearby. cleaning staff were lovely and always happy to come back an hour or so later if we weren’t ready. and nick the owner was great too, super friendly. would stay again a million times!

The Kouros Hotel is one of the better venues in the area. The design is very nicely done but not very clever. There are rooms with a private pool that have no real privacy. One would expect a "private pool" to be private but the entrance to the garden/pool is open and anyone taking a dip is fully visible. The private pool becomes somewhat useless. We had a fantastic stay at Zoe’s Hotel! The whole place was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The view from our room was absolutely stunning — definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Found this Gem of a hotel by chance and had the best 12 nights. A short taxi ride or 25 min walk outside Falaraki, fantastic staff, brilliant breakfast, and wonderful food from the restaurant. If you are visiting please feed and water the cats and kittens, they are all strays and rely on the tourists. Local rescue has been contacted and they will neuter during winter but they won’t go to feed them. We loved our holiday, but very sad to leave the cats behind.

for the price it's okay, everybody there is friendly, single beds are good, the cleaning personal comes every day. I liked it, and I'll book it again, because it's a good starting point to explore the island by car. it's close to the nude beach of faliraki, but I prefer the nude beach of tsambika.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Patricia Studios. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the pool was the perfect refreshment after a warm day. Booked this last year, having booked and previous hotel out near the fires, down south. One night was enough for me. Vera Hotel is BRILL!!! Owners are great, welcoming, helpful. We had a great experience at Vera Studio! The hotel was perfectly situated close enough to amazing restaurants and nightlife yet tucked away enough to not be right in it. Nice hotel out from the Faliraki city center (15 minutes by walk), surrounded by hills and olives trees, but close to every thing you need. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. The owners are really nice persons. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Sofia is one of the greatest persons I've ever met in my live. I've never encountered service on a level this high. Next time we'll definitely stay with Sofia again! It was pretty cheap also.

This hotel has brought us back a second time and next year we will be coming again. The owner and the staff are incredible. Whatever you need they are willing to help. Clean and good food I stayed for 10 days and i had a very nice experience, They have a nice breakfast with fresh local orange juice and fruit and bakery and many other things you can eat. This is a brilliant small family run hotel. We stayed here from 5th July to 16th July with our 16 year old son. Set in a quiet location, yet just a short walk from all Faliraki has to offer, with two outside pools (one 18+ only) and plenty of sunbeds/parasols, there's plenty of options for sun bathing or relaxing in the shade. For the price of the hotel you can’t go wrong 2 pools, lovely staff, amazing restaurant downstairs and just overall had a really good experience. There was no loud shouting or music through the night and they are quiet strict on people being loud after hours so your guaranteed a good nights sleep

We’ve stayed at Anika Studios a few times now and it never disappoints. The family and staff are brilliant, always welcoming, and the food is absolutely amazing — with cocktails to match. The pool is perfect for relaxing during the day or unwinding after the beach. Great location, great price, and a place we’ll keep coming back to.

Lovely pools room not equipped for self catering. No chest of draws just a small wardrobe with 5 hangers. The bathroom has no shelves to put your toiletries on. Some days smell of drains in the room was quite bad. Some of the staff were ok the french waiter in pool bar made you think he was doing you a favour when asking for gyros at lunch time. Food price was expensive . Falaraki is a beautiful place...

The room was very clean and modernly furnished. The bed was good and firm (how I like it). The air-conditioning was excellent and there is a pool and pool bar just outside the door. It's a bit far to walk to the end of the beach in the heat, but managble. If I had questions I just asked the host by calling her and she helped me out. WiFi works nice too.

1. Wi-fi signal realy poor, with closed balcony door no signal. If you have AC it is impossible to use wi-fi. 2. A.C. available for extra 35 € / week. In our room the interior unit was full of dust and mold, I REALY DON'T RECOMEND TO USE IT, it is a biological hazard!!! 3. All the rooms are oriented to the main road! The correct adress is Faliraki-Rhodes ave. KM 13, NOT!!! AS SHOWED in Google Map!...

This is a cute place within a walking distance to the beach and to shopping and restaurant area. The staff is very nice though hard to find. Note that the garden view might also include a view over the highway on the other side of the garden, and the hills even further away. Big apartment with 2 balcony...bed linen is changed every 3 days...it is a little further from the city and the beaches, you need a car and the street is a bit busy.

Lovely apartments which have been well maintained. The owner is very sweet & will do anything to help, she takes great care of the properties & gardens. The apartment we stayed was very spacious, it had two balconies to enjoy your breakfast or lunch. Everything we needed was there, even a big fridge and a stove for cooking. The accomodation was cozy but the welcome was not so warm, the host named Dimitri is a little bit strange. There was no cleaning in the first two days.
