Great communication with the host. The hotel is located at a main intersection, so it can be noisy at night, but it doesn’t really disturb the stay

Also there was hotel`s private parking space behind the hotel, where you could leave your car if there was enough space. If there is not enough space, there were plenty parking spots in the nearby streets

Modest, but good) air conditioning is a separate payment, wi-fi somehow catches at the reception only, there is no pool. Breakfast bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee and juice. However, this is a good economy hotel

Okay, its not luxurous, but for a 2 star hotel, it exceeded our expectations by a lot. The rooms are small, but clean and in good shape. Its right in the citycenter, so noisy in the evening

Breakfast included (for one person) coffee or tea, juice, large yogurt, big breadroll, some dried toast (x2 small), cheese and tomato and some dessert (usually bun or croissant)

There is noice from the bar street, so I don’t recommend for noise sensitive people, but we had no issues with sleeping

The rooms are very clean and nice. ( Thanks Kiki) The location of the apartment is super. We got a lot of help and good advice for our tour from the host, Anastasia. I hope that we can go back one day

I was staying for 4 nights as a solo traveller, stuff very friendly and helpful. I rented a scooter from their provider, was also nice, on scooter very convenient to get to the beaches around and also more far away

People here are incredibly kind and helpful! And the location cannot be better, you’re 5 mins away from everything here in Faliraki. The rooms are good, they’ve everything you need

The small balcony allows you to enjoy breakfast in peace. You might even run into some peacocks!!! I would definitely return! The staff is adorable!

Walking to the closest beach was around 5-10 min. Hotel was very quiet at night as well. Great value for money, would totally come back

There was no loud shouting or music through the night and they are quiet strict on people being loud after hours so your guaranteed a good nights sleep

The location is not so far to the Center(old town) and you can rent a car from hotel for the other side of Island. Smiling stuff, delicius, tasty meals, great barmen, experienced and handsome owner

Had an interesting holiday here in 2001, the gardens were very lush and well watered, the pool was also good, the accomodation was okay a little bit untidy, someone turned the water off for a night

It didn’t bother me at all as I sleep with earplugs, during the day I watched landing planes on a beach. The hotel has a small swimming pool but I didn’t use it. They also have reasonable prices for the standard offered

Easy to get to the Rhodes city and to the airport. As the hotel is situated near the airport, you can hear and watch planes flying just over the hotel. It makes a lot of noice if you’re not used to it

It is very clean and well equipped. There is a homely atmosphere and the staff is extremely friendly and prepares a very tasty breakfast on request, for example. Extremely good value for money

10 minute walk to Kremasti Beach, 10 minute walk to Kremasti Village, with an amazing Church, little shops, Supermarket, restaurants. You can take the bus to town about 20 minutes

Good room, better than my home The bed is a little small for my 1m90, but it’s still really decent, with a nice sea view — even if there’s a building in front, you can still see the sunrise! The swimming pool near the gym is nice, but the other one is even better

We went to this hotel without any reservation, and Antonia was there to welcome us in the kindest way. She gave us one of the best rooms, which we loved so much. The room was huge, clean, and had a stunning view

Before arriving I’d emailed about my boyfriend’s birthday and Antonia was amazing, she helped me organise a cake and the hotel even gave a complimentary fruit basket and card, which made the day extra special

She also recommended a few amazing restaurants that we loved from the first to the last one, suggesting food that was authentic, not a tourist trap, and at the same time traditional

The staff are always smiling, kind and helpful — they helped me more than once and I never saw anyone make a mad face in 5 days (except some tourists )

I only tried the gym once — it’s okay, but maybe you could add a good pull-up bar because the current one isn’t great (just a small detail though)

We loved the room! Breakfast… The way it was presented, along with the variety of fresh produce was exceptional. The pool is stunning, but you had to be very organised to secure a cabana in the sun

The design and atmosphere is just excellent and me and my girlfriend loved it here!! Awesome hotel and these people work their butts off… Tip for the potential guests reading this: try to learn a few basic greek words!

Would highly recommend this hotel! We went in October and having the private jacuzzi outside the hotel room was so enjoyable. The interiors of the hotel and the rooms are outstanding

While the rooms are not overly large, there are laid out in a way that make the most of the space. Lots of room for us to have our cases out and a stunning aesthetic

The hotel is situated only a few minutes walk from all the action, restaurants, bars, karaoke, tattoos - you name it. But the hotel itself was an oasis! Very quiet. You would have no idea all that is on your doorstep

Even with the problem of "reserved sun loungers" we always managed to find a spot for us :) One thing needs to be mentioned: the rooms may have a separated room for kids but this is just a room divider, no real separation

Very nice establishment and very nice staff. Generous and varied breakfast. Close to Ladiko beach and Anthony Quinn Bay, it is still recommended to use a vehicle to get to and from the hotel

Excellent hotel, little bit outside Faliraki which lends itself to peaceful & quiet atmosphere. Views from the restaurant & pool are very good, overlooking all of Faliraki beach and town

This hotel was in incredible places on the hill with beautiful views. In hotel area you could meet Pavo (birds). Quite new hotel with modern facilities and pool area

Bartender makes excellent cocktails! Location wise, I thought the hotel is placed perfectly. Beaches, Anthony Quinn Bay, Faliraki Town are within walking distance

We stayed in June 2025 and had a fantastic time. The hotel is clean and the pictures are true to life. The pool is great, and we were always able to get a sunbed or canopy, not matter what time we went down

Although very comfy sunbeds , only a few got sun for the most of the day & couldn’t move the large beds. We preferred the few on the grass that could be moved. Beach is only a short walk away & a few restaurants nearby

The reception and suites with private pools and a central pool are one side of the road , & the 3 blocks of hotel rooms are the other along with the main pool , breakfast area , pool bar and Terra Med restaurant

The main centre of Faliraki is a level 10-15 minute walk. We didn’t use the pool bar as felt it was expensive and breakfast left us full up anyway. Did treat ourselves one night in the Terra Med restaurant

We liked the middle top floor room as got the sun from afternoon till sunset & this was a deeper balcony with 2 chairs and a large bean bag. Could maybe do with an umbrella as no roof , so no shade

The room was plenty big enough & bed was very comfortable. There is a divided wardrobe/bathroom area but only hanging space , there are no drawers for storage

The toilet has a glass door so not soundproof ! Cleaned daily. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had , so much choice and variation every day

We stayed at Vanik Suites for two weeks in June 2022. We had a room with a private pool. Everything was absolutely amazing. If you want to relax, this is the perfect option for your vacation

The room was in a perfect location and it was clean and spotless. I just wished the pool was warmer as it got cold when the sun went down.

Balcony chairs were very comfortable, didn’t use the inside furniture (or jacuzzi). Location offers Starlink connection whichs means very fast internet, also a tv with acces to Netflix and Amazon Prime

Absolutely amazing. An affordable touch of paradise. Rooms are tidied every day. We got private pool room and it was amazing. Pool was maybe a tad too cold but other than that. Everything was perfect. 100% recommend

Aircon was perfect for the hot days in Faliraki, it’s about a 20 min walk to the centre/ strip. We made use of the electric scooters you can rent to get down to the centre quicker! Bus into Rhodes was only €2

Nice structure immersed in the nature of Faliraki, a few minutes walk to the center, small flaw that the streets are poorly lit and you walk on country roads. A few steps away there are bus stops

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Great breakfast in a lovely courtyard and breakfast room. If you haven't booked a room with a pool, just across the road is Sun and Sea Apartments

The apartments could not be more than we expected, they were clean, staff were so helpful and kind. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and also pool / hot tub clean also

Just returned from 7 night stay we were in room 26, view of the pool area, had a throughly enjoyable time here, staff friendly, downsides not enough storage set of drawers would be handy, slightly odd the sink being in main bedroom but we found room to be clean and comfy apart from the shin bashing bed watched sevos clean the pool last night with chlorine and the pool hoover so definitely the pool...

As a relatively cost efficient hotel which we booked a couple of months out, pretty much as expected to be fair Strengths - good service by the pool and bar staff, always on hand to help - Location, it’s barely ten minutes walk to both the centre of Bar and Club Street and the Beach - WashRoom in Bedrooms, I saw other reviews saying the wash room wasn’t great, but use the shower from above rather...

Bingo & Karaoke nights were great! Staff really lovely but I wasn't the biggest fan of the cleaner! 9am wake up call everyday (except Sunday)with a knock & opening of the door within seconds- her clearly knowing by the 3rd day we would still be in bed yet still opening the door with a sarcastic grin on her face

There’s actually plenty of room for wardrobes and drawers Ultimate Strength The F&B Experience, the on site cafe van, this was the absolute highlight, the two ladies cooked up some cracking food fair play

Late check out excellent for 25 euro but the second the clock turned 6pm same cleaner was there knocking us out so don’t be a minute late! Thank you for a lovely stay and holiday!

The hotel boasts a fantastic view of the coastline (attached below), which is just as much beautiful in the day time as it is at night. Tasty food, an amazing drink selection and a warm homely feeling

An all around fantastic stay at Panorama Studios. it was affordable, cheerful and safe

Everything was clean, the room cleaners do a great job, I noticed on these reviews there are posts about cleaners stealing aftershave, this news went around the resort like wildfire, I don't believe for one minute the staff stole these items and it was a review from a bunch of people out to cause the owners problems, probably the ones screaming and shouting at stupid o'clock as I've mentioned above

I had a broken shower head, the owner heard me call through to the missus about water going everywhere, within seconds the owner was at the door apologising and had it fixed within 10 minutes and even offered to give us another room which we declined

The hostess was very helpful with booking transfers and recommending beaches and places to go on the island. The supermarket was a 1-minute walk and Faliraki was 5 minutes away to reach the first restaurants and shops

Amazing suite with an amazing hostess. Really good breakfast with a great variety of food: Greek specialties but also eggs, bread, toast, yogurt and fruit

We rented a car through the hotel and it was very good — no deposit or credit card needed and insurance included. It was brought to the hotel and we could return it there afterwards

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Patricia Studios. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the pool was the perfect refreshment after a warm day

Sofia is one of the greatest persons I've ever met in my live. I've never encountered service on a level this high. Next time we'll definitely stay with Sofia again! It was pretty cheap also.

Sofia is very kind, always ready to help. She keeps the rooms clean every day, which is a huge plus, as I’ve never experienced this in another apartment. Comfortable beds, suitable kitchen utensils

Air conditioning is available on request (7€/day), but it is definitely worth it because it can be very hot. The doors should be kept closed in the evening, as there are plenty of mosquitoes

Friendly people always there, so safe. Great location, near supermarket, bus station( do not take the one at main road, but beach one- more frequent!), 5 minutes to walk to beach

WiFi internet speed could be faster. I can recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend their holiday in a good apartment

This place absolutely fantastic, i had an excellent holiday over there with such amazing staff which was very helpful 🙂 and polite, we came here late as our flight was delayed for 2:30 and Charlie the gentleman still waiting for us to get into our room , room was absolutely nice and clean, 5* , Some great food in there restaurant in city centre called Eat Greek ( Faliraki )in Rhodes island

Great location, staff, breakfast, room and pool. The only downside was the loud club music at the pool. Would have liked a quiet swim in the morning or at night.

About a 20 minute walk to and from the centre of faliraki, the hill wasn’t even as bad as expected (slight incline at the very top but worth it for the views!)

Best holiday in years! What a little gem of a place this is. We stayed in the Executive suite. We really loved everything about this place

The mattress was firm and I had some good nights sleep. The air-conditioning doesn't go below 20, but thats enough. We had to turn it off in the night as it was too cold. I have nothing negative to say about this place

The only issue on our stay was an entitled family with an over indulged child who vomitted at the edge of the pool after constantly eating, If the pool had to be drained it would have spoiled the enjoyment of everyone but luckily the owner adressed the issue

Fantastic staff who went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. The apartments are spotlessly clean and have everything you need. Food and drinks are excellent with this area next to the pool

The food at the hotel was really good, including the buffet breakfast which is all you can eat! The hotel is a 20 min walk from Falaraki town or there is a bus stop just at the top of the road with access to Rodos and Lindos

Well placed for trips out into Faliraki, Rhodes Old Town (highly recommend!) Lindos, with a bus stop opposite the hotel or reasonably priced taxi trips (booked by reception). Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Zoe’s Hotel! The whole place was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The view from our room was absolutely stunning — definitely one of the highlights of the trip

Lovely hotel, with a wonderful family run feel. Nothing was too much trouble, and they very kindly offered assistance with our late pickup by offering somewhere to stay after checkout

But maybe for some this will be a plus, because there are many restaurants and entertainment around the hotel within walking distance. Otherwise, this hotel fully meets expectations and I can safely recommend it!

Additionally, we had no concerns about safety. Even on Bar Street, people could walk around safely with their families late at night. Our family room was spotless and quite spacious for a family of four

Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, good breakfast. There is parking and everything you need. There was a small compliment from the hotel in the fridge in the form of wine, cola and water

Very nice! In general, if you need anything or have any questions, the staff is always happy to help you! The only downside is the karaoke bar on the next street where people sing until 3 am, so maybe if you are a sensitive sleeper keep that in mind

The room is clean and the terrace is very spacious (two sunbeds, two chairs with coffe table and the pool) The minibar was stocked with a few drinks and ice cubes which were free upon arrival :) Thanks!! The only downside is that there was not a lot of storage room for a longer stay

Everything from various egg dishes to cold cuts, fresh local bakery items to vegan options, was available. Of course, there were also excellent coffee varieties, fresh fruit juices, and Turkish tea upon request

Nice hotel out from the Faliraki city center (15 minutes by walk), surrounded by hills and olives trees, but close to every thing you need. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious

Clean and good food I stayed for 10 days and i had a very nice experience, They have a nice breakfast with fresh local orange juice and fruit and bakery and many other things you can eat

Our daughter joined us for the first 5 nights with her daughter and were positioned next door which was great. The breakfast is amazing, the room’s modern and clean, great small kitchen with everything you need

In the lounge there was a table & chairs, small kitchen area providing full sized fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, kettle & toaster. There were also 2 sofa's & one folded out into a good sized bed

There was a further balcony off the lounge. Air con was provided throughout & it was very powerful, it was 40c so we were grateful! Within 5 mins walk there is a large supermarket with a great selection of goods

The best place to stay in Faliraki. Great clean apartments and studios with many amenities, very close to the main road and a supermarket, and just 10 min from the beach and the bars, clubs, etc

There is also a small barbecue area that you can use. There is parking place in the yard. It's 10-min walking to the Faliraki centre and has a big supermarket in 5-min walking distance

We had a 1 bedroomed apartment (number 4) which had a large bedroom with 2 singles bed & a separate guest bed if required. There was also a terrace leading off the bedroom

The apartment we stayed was very spacious, it had two balconies to enjoy your breakfast or lunch. Everything we needed was there, even a big fridge and a stove for cooking

Very good likely one of if not the best place to stay near Anthony Quinn Bay and Falaraki easy drive or bus to Rhodes town a twenty minute plus drove away, walkable for Naya beach bar and falaraki strip, beaches, great spot

The room was very clean and modernly furnished. The bed was good and firm (how I like it). The air-conditioning was excellent and there is a pool and pool bar just outside the door

It's a bit far to walk to the end of the beach in the heat, but managble. If I had questions I just asked the host by calling her and she helped me out

Note that the garden view might also include a view over the highway on the other side of the garden, and the hills even further away. The air condition comes with an extra fee of €35 per week (August 2017)
