Ice cream cups and cocktails are especially delicious in the evening, which turns into a bar

With 2 * rating and value-for-money accommodation, simple, clean, cleaned every 2 days. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast per person: 1 bun 1 croissant 2 toasts 1

Dimitra Hotel is a small and homely hotel run by a super nice family. We are more than happy with our stay at Dimitra hotel and will be happy to return.

My 5 year old daughter had a blast at the swimming pool:) The food was also very tasty! Finally, the hotel is located walking distance to Faliraki Beach and to the bus station which connects you to the different destinations in Rhodes (Old Town, Lindos and all other beaches and even to the Airport)

The owners are very friendly and they were very accomodating with all our requests during our stay and we are very thankful for that! The Hotel premises are very nice and family friendly especially the swimming pool area and the lobby

It's a little secluded but only 500 me from the closest market and then 1km from the city centre of Faliraki. The beach and also every place you would want to eat at and buy things from. This Hotel is family friendly

The room was good and comfortable to sleep in. We were happy to also have our own little kitchen unit in the room. So for us who ate more food from the market shop and not in restaurants, it was super helpful

Very decent and clean accommodation, maybe somewhat modest for someone, but it suited us. The advantage is an outdoor swimming pool that will wake you up in the morning.

Stama, the lady who runs this family business is so lovely and nothing is too much trouble for her, she makes you feel so welcome, we will definately come back here if we come back to Rhodes

What at great time i had there very welcoming only 15 minutes walk to the centre and beach

Nice quiet area but only a 10 mins walk to falaraki town

Plenty of room to hang clothes etc, just had a little trouble with the shower which was tiny and had a curtain around which stuck to me and the bathroom was always flooded after use! It's a short walk into Faliraki and plenty of restaurants and shops etc

We all ate at hotel most of time food amazing good prices bar cheap also after going so long all inclusive we have found our place to go only wish we had found a few year ago

Room is what you pay for, but you're on holiday so go out and have fun! The staff here are amazing! So friendly and helpful, they even got a spider out of my room for me hahaha Will definitely visit on holiday again! Going to miss them and their animals when I leave

The family run hotel was outstanding. Rooms were basic but the food , drink and everything else like the pool and cleanliness was second to none. We were made welcome from the first minute until we left

The hotel has big and clean rooms. It has air conditioning but is an extra 7 euros/ day. Not so bad as the prices are low for a room. Very nice balcony views of the sea and the village

Then read the reviews! This is not the Ritz hotel as I think many previous reviews expected, but rather a low budget, clean hotel with a friendly staff who were in our opinion very friendly

Next to the hotel there's a bus station: 15 mins to Rhodes city center, 20-25 to Faliraki (15 mins by taxy to Anthony's queen bay, bars and night clubs, cafes, beaches) So I really recommend it for people both with families and the youth who wants to have fun! The rooms were cleaned everyday but not on a high level

Stayed for 2 weeks at these small but well run apartments. We had a studio and 1 bed apartment and they were both a good size with the best bathroom I've ever had in self catering accommodation in Greece

The hotel is spotlessly clean, plenty sun loungers, lovely pool, serves great food and drink and close to restaurants, bars and the beach. We can’t fault anything and will look forward to returning

You are 10 mins walk to the ***** and a great selection of restaurants and bars, 15 min walk to the beach and just 2 mins from a bus stop with regular buses going in to Rhodes town and in the opposite direction to the airport

The pool area is nice and clean i did not go in the pool as it was freezing ( it was october)The hotel is in a prime location for the shops, restaurants and bars. And a 5 min walk to the bus stop to go to Rhodes Town

There is a great supermarket 2 mins walk run by Maria and her husband. And a big shout to the cleaners Anthe and Sevi who do a great job. They all made my stay memorable and i will be booking again for next year

Just spent 14 days at The Alea and had a fantastic time. The 3 brothers who run the bar and Nikki the reception manager all do a fantastic job. They are all so friendly and helpful

The hotel is close to the beach and there are some great shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are lovely – comfortable and spacious – and they are kept very clean and well-stocked. The balconies are really nice

Abandonned hotel 2km from beach and 3 km from airport. We used it for the last before departure. Rooms are clean, the place is quiet and CHEAP...

Had an interesting holiday here in 2001, the gardens were very lush and well watered, the pool was also good, the accomodation was okay a little bit untidy, someone turned the water off for a night

Friendly staff and clean spacious basic apartment, with regular housekeeping. As a couple we had a lovely relaxing holiday. A stoney beach and excellent restaurants close by. Supermarket and bakery nearby too

The rooms were decent, very big and comfy beds, adequate kitchenette, and a quaint balcony, but beware the bathroom has a typical European shower, so the entire bathroom floor ends up soaked! Overall, a very nice hotel, perfectly hygienic, and i suggest taking any negative reviews with a pinch of salt as I’m not sure what they expect from a 2star apartment!

Kitchen a bit sparse, but we asked for a toaster , and they got us one to use. Planes fly over the pool every 15- 30 minutes, but it's near the airport, so I was expecting that. The family are lovely who run it

It is very clean and well equipped. There is a homely atmosphere and the staff is extremely friendly and prepares a very tasty breakfast on request, for example. Extremely good value for money

The only drawback is the aircraft noise, which you have to get used to, especially on weekends. We also liked the town of Kremasti itself, which is not so crowded with tourists

We stayed in the appartement with 4 people and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect between Kremasti town and the Airriders kite club. The family owners are super friendly and helped us with a lot of things

We booked this because it ticked all the boxes. The location of the hotel is around 300m from the main road and around the same from the beach. 30pm and headed for the restaurants. air con is provided at €5 per day

the food was good and you could fill your boots. 😅 we did sample a few beers during the hot summer days. a nice touch is the frozen glass. One of the reasons we booked here was near the airport

Although very comfy sunbeds , only a few got sun for the most of the day & couldn’t move the large beds. We preferred the few on the grass that could be moved. Beach is only a short walk away & a few restaurants nearby

The reception and suites with private pools and a central pool are one side of the road , & the 3 blocks of hotel rooms are the other along with the main pool , breakfast area , pool bar and Terra Med restaurant

The main centre of Faliraki is a level 10-15 minute walk. We didn’t use the pool bar as felt it was expensive and breakfast left us full up anyway. Did treat ourselves one night in the Terra Med restaurant

We liked the middle top floor room as got the sun from afternoon till sunset & this was a deeper balcony with 2 chairs and a large bean bag. Could maybe do with an umbrella as no roof , so no shade

The room was plenty big enough & bed was very comfortable. There is a divided wardrobe/bathroom area but only hanging space , there are no drawers for storage

The toilet has a glass door so not soundproof ! Cleaned daily. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had , so much choice and variation every day

Good room, better than my home The bed is a little small for my 1m90, but it’s still really decent, with a nice sea view — even if there’s a building in front, you can still see the sunrise! The swimming pool near the gym is nice, but the other one is even better

We went to this hotel without any reservation, and Antonia was there to welcome us in the kindest way. She gave us one of the best rooms, which we loved so much. The room was huge, clean, and had a stunning view

We stayed at the Epsilon Hotel for a week and had a really good experience. The rooms have everything you need; fridge, cooking equipment, a spacious shower, etc

The staff are always smiling, kind and helpful — they helped me more than once and I never saw anyone make a mad face in 5 days (except some tourists )

While the rooms are not overly large, there are laid out in a way that make the most of the space. Lots of room for us to have our cases out and a stunning aesthetic

Even with the problem of "reserved sun loungers" we always managed to find a spot for us :) One thing needs to be mentioned: the rooms may have a separated room for kids but this is just a room divider, no real separation

This hotel was in incredible places on the hill with beautiful views. In hotel area you could meet Pavo (birds). Quite new hotel with modern facilities and pool area

There was no loud shouting or music through the night and they are quiet strict on people being loud after hours so your guaranteed a good nights sleep

This place absolutely fantastic, i had an excellent holiday over there with such amazing staff which was very helpful 🙂 and polite, we came here late as our flight was delayed for 2:30 and Charlie the gentleman still waiting for us to get into our room , room was absolutely nice and clean, 5* , Some great food in there restaurant in city centre called Eat Greek ( Faliraki )in Rhodes island

Great location, staff, breakfast, room and pool. The only downside was the loud club music at the pool. Would have liked a quiet swim in the morning or at night.

About a 20 minute walk to and from the centre of faliraki, the hill wasn’t even as bad as expected (slight incline at the very top but worth it for the views!)

We stayed in 2019 and had an amazing time, great staff, lovely rooms with lovely views, great pool and food. And a great location. We plan to return.

Also you can rent a car in the rental with the same owner. Good cars, we've took citroen c3 and it was totally new with full insurance. The sandy beach is clean with gentle entrance to the sea

We stayed in June 2025 and had a fantastic time. The hotel is clean and the pictures are true to life. The pool is great, and we were always able to get a sunbed or canopy, not matter what time we went down

We stayed at Vanik Suites for two weeks in June 2022. We had a room with a private pool. Everything was absolutely amazing. If you want to relax, this is the perfect option for your vacation

honestly one of the best places i’ve ever stayed in. absolutely beautiful and big room with a balcony and tv. great location literally 3-4 mins from the strip, tonnes of restaurants and supermarkets and a beach nearby

It is a self cater but there is no cooking facilities but that’s not to work due to an English breakfast cafe just 50m down the road

Clean and good food I stayed for 10 days and i had a very nice experience, They have a nice breakfast with fresh local orange juice and fruit and bakery and many other things you can eat

Our daughter joined us for the first 5 nights with her daughter and were positioned next door which was great. The breakfast is amazing, the room’s modern and clean, great small kitchen with everything you need

The housekeeping staff are beautiful people and do an acceptable job. Cleanliness is visible throughout the property. We'll see you next year and will certainly recommend this hotel

Air conditioning is available on request (7€/day), but it is definitely worth it because it can be very hot. The doors should be kept closed in the evening, as there are plenty of mosquitoes

There was a further balcony off the lounge. Air con was provided throughout & it was very powerful, it was 40c so we were grateful! Within 5 mins walk there is a large supermarket with a great selection of goods

In the lounge there was a table & chairs, small kitchen area providing full sized fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, kettle & toaster. There were also 2 sofa's & one folded out into a good sized bed

We had a 1 bedroomed apartment (number 4) which had a large bedroom with 2 singles bed & a separate guest bed if required. There was also a terrace leading off the bedroom

Lovely apartments which have been well maintained. The owner is very sweet & will do anything to help, she takes great care of the properties & gardens

There are bus stops within a 10 minute walk & the service to Rhodes Town/Lindos etc is great. It was also a 10 min walk to Faliraki centre & the beach

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk to the centre of Faliraki and 25 minutes to the beach, with a bus stop to Rhodes Old Town just 10 minutes away — making it a convenient base for exploring the area

We visited here on 12th of August for 4nights as we attending our daughters wedding as drove along a dusty road we wasn't sure what to expect check in was fast and hassle free and welcoming staff as we enter our rooms we was very happy and the private pool was exactly like the pictures

Rooms are of excellent standard. Great place The friendliness is amazing and all staff are brilliant. The snack bar offers good variety of food. I would highly recommend anyone to book their holiday at these apartments

We returned home from our second stay at Lisabeth apartment’s and it just gets better, big thank you to Lynn Sam and family nothing was too much for them

Our room was on the land side, but with limited sun exposure so we could manage without AC (probably on the rooms with pool side it is a must). Nice pool, own terrace, quiet zone and nice people to socialize with

The mattress was firm and I had some good nights sleep. The air-conditioning doesn't go below 20, but thats enough. We had to turn it off in the night as it was too cold. I have nothing negative to say about this place

Nice clean room with a fab ceiling fan. Decent sized bathroom and balcony. Really near to bus stops and Falaraki but away from any noise. Pleasant owners. Only ate there once but food was nice. Would stay again.

What a brilliant place to stay for your holidays, nikos, eleni, jenny, Angel, and the team were the best and were very welcoming ,the rooms are spotlessly clean , amazing place. the staff cant do enough for you

I was in two minds to share my find As I want it all to myself But this personal touch needs shared And appreciated. If you come be kind and respectful and reap the rewards. Definitely on the list to return

The only issue on our stay was an entitled family with an over indulged child who vomitted at the edge of the pool after constantly eating, If the pool had to be drained it would have spoiled the enjoyment of everyone but luckily the owner adressed the issue

Fantastic staff who went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. The apartments are spotlessly clean and have everything you need. Food and drinks are excellent with this area next to the pool

A friendly family run apartment block, nice clean spacious rooms but severely lack kitchen equipment. There was no toaster or kettle in our room, a few random sized plates and saucers, 3 odd stained mugs and two glasses

There is no pool at this accommodation, although some photos show one, its not theirs. They say you can use pools near by, yes you can, one charges 20 euro per person per day which includes lunch which is statutory

There are another couple of pools near by but they do expect you to use their on site cafe facilities and cannot take your own drinks or food in. The accommodation advertises a shuttle bus, but they dont have one

A few random knife, forks and spoons, 3 pans. We asked for a kettle and was given a well worn one with half the lid missing, and a partially melted toaster which we borrowed from our friends in another room

The beds were uncomfortable. Towels and sheets changed once weekly but they did advise that if we wanted a change between this time we would have to let them know

accommodation close to the beach, bus station close by, very easy check in, good breakfast and the friendliness of the staff, who gave us a lot of information about what we could visit and helped us rent a car at a good price and 2 excursions at a good price

I stayed here for 4 nights staff are pleasant. Rooms very basic but worth the price. Good location with the beach and faliraki town centre with restaurants shops and bars being only a 10 minute walk away.
