We also loved the peaceful pool area, which was often nearly empty during our September stay, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating and day beds to relax on

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk to the centre of Faliraki and 25 minutes to the beach, with a bus stop to Rhodes Old Town just 10 minutes away — making it a convenient base for exploring the area

The room was clean, with plenty of storage and a spacious balcony perfect for quiet evenings

But the price-performance ratio made the whole thing perfect

We recently stayed at Dias Studios in Faliraki, Rhodes, and overall had a lovely experience

We visited here on 12th of August for 4nights as we attending our daughters wedding as drove along a dusty road we wasn't sure what to expect check in was fast and hassle free and welcoming staff as we enter our rooms we was very happy and the private pool was exactly like the pictures

Great location, staff, breakfast, room and pool. The only downside was the loud club music at the pool. Would have liked a quiet swim in the morning or at night.

We stayed in 2019 and had an amazing time, great staff, lovely rooms with lovely views, great pool and food. And a great location. We plan to return.

About a 20 minute walk to and from the centre of faliraki, the hill wasn’t even as bad as expected (slight incline at the very top but worth it for the views!)

we stayed at this hotel for the second time because the price was attractive, i want to say that they have improved, especially their shower room

Without a means of transport it was inconvenient to reach the hotel from the city and with the fact that it was positioned a bit high when you were at the pool there was always wind

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Great breakfast in a lovely courtyard and breakfast room. If you haven't booked a room with a pool, just across the road is Sun and Sea Apartments

The apartments could not be more than we expected, they were clean, staff were so helpful and kind. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and also pool / hot tub clean also

We used their pool and sun loungers and all we had to do was buy drinks

Aircon was perfect for the hot days in Faliraki, it’s about a 20 min walk to the centre/ strip. We made use of the electric scooters you can rent to get down to the centre quicker! Bus into Rhodes was only €2

We stayed here the last week of August 2024, what can I say. we had a great time!! Yannis and his father were super helpful! Mery the cleaning lady, unique and precise, makes herself available for everything

We stayed for 6 days in the suites and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Room maintenance everyday, loved coming back to a clean room every evening, the staff were so welcoming and made this stay luxurious

We had an amazing stay at Zoes, the staff were so accommodating and really went out of their way for us

The food at the hotel was really good, including the buffet breakfast which is all you can eat! The hotel is a 20 min walk from Falaraki town or there is a bus stop just at the top of the road with access to Rodos and Lindos

Bar open all day and in evening. Walkable to town (25 mins) though a few hills. Hit and miss bus outside but either packed or doesnt turn up, only 4 picks per day

Well placed for trips out into Faliraki, Rhodes Old Town (highly recommend!) Lindos, with a bus stop opposite the hotel or reasonably priced taxi trips (booked by reception). Would definitely stay here again!

Zoe's Hotel is very Central, Staff are welcoming and friendly. Rooms are well designed, comfortable to accommodate all luggage etc. Cleaners are exceptional are in every day to change bedding towels etc

Friendly place run by friendly people! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. My 6 year old loved the pool - good size - with floats you can use - never felt overcrowded with plenty of sunbeds

Just returned from 7 night stay we were in room 26, view of the pool area, had a throughly enjoyable time here, staff friendly, downsides not enough storage set of drawers would be handy, slightly odd the sink being in main bedroom but we found room to be clean and comfy apart from the shin bashing bed watched sevos clean the pool last night with chlorine and the pool hoover so definitely the pool...

As a relatively cost efficient hotel which we booked a couple of months out, pretty much as expected to be fair Strengths - good service by the pool and bar staff, always on hand to help - Location, it’s barely ten minutes walk to both the centre of Bar and Club Street and the Beach - WashRoom in Bedrooms, I saw other reviews saying the wash room wasn’t great, but use the shower from above rather...

Staff were lovely and friendly, our rooms were cleaned every day, bedsheets were changed twice during the week we were there and towels were changed at least 4 times during the week

We could always get a sun bed though annoyingly some people left their towels there for the duration. We stayed in room 40 and the bed and pillows were really comfortable

Bingo & Karaoke nights were great! Staff really lovely but I wasn't the biggest fan of the cleaner! 9am wake up call everyday (except Sunday)with a knock & opening of the door within seconds- her clearly knowing by the 3rd day we would still be in bed yet still opening the door with a sarcastic grin on her face

The hotel boasts a fantastic view of the coastline (attached below), which is just as much beautiful in the day time as it is at night. Tasty food, an amazing drink selection and a warm homely feeling

The guys looked after me and my partner so well and we could not be more grateful for the hospitality they showed us. We’d love to come back once again

Friendly staff, clean apartments and pool. App equipment basic. Good beds. Aircon 6€/day. Nice view. Approx 1km from Faliraki. Its cheap and you get a lot for your money.

An all around fantastic stay at Panorama Studios. it was affordable, cheerful and safe

Everything was clean, the room cleaners do a great job, I noticed on these reviews there are posts about cleaners stealing aftershave, this news went around the resort like wildfire, I don't believe for one minute the staff stole these items and it was a review from a bunch of people out to cause the owners problems, probably the ones screaming and shouting at stupid o'clock as I've mentioned above

I had a broken shower head, the owner heard me call through to the missus about water going everywhere, within seconds the owner was at the door apologising and had it fixed within 10 minutes and even offered to give us another room which we declined

Sofia is very kind, always ready to help. She keeps the rooms clean every day, which is a huge plus, as I’ve never experienced this in another apartment. Comfortable beds, suitable kitchen utensils

Sofia is one of the greatest persons I've ever met in my live. I've never encountered service on a level this high. Next time we'll definitely stay with Sofia again! It was pretty cheap also.

Air conditioning is available on request (7€/day), but it is definitely worth it because it can be very hot. The doors should be kept closed in the evening, as there are plenty of mosquitoes

Friendly people always there, so safe. Great location, near supermarket, bus station( do not take the one at main road, but beach one- more frequent!), 5 minutes to walk to beach

WiFi internet speed could be faster. I can recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend their holiday in a good apartment

Set in a quiet location, yet just a short walk from all Faliraki has to offer, with two outside pools (one 18+ only) and plenty of sunbeds/parasols, there's plenty of options for sun bathing or relaxing in the shade

For the price of the hotel you can’t go wrong 2 pools, lovely staff, amazing restaurant downstairs and just overall had a really good experience

Each pool has its own bar, and the restaurant serves good food, although the breakfasts lacked hot options

Some of the staff were ok the french waiter in pool bar made you think he was doing you a favour when asking for gyros at lunch time. Falaraki is a beautiful place will definitely go back but not to this apartment

Lovely pools room not equipped for self catering. No chest of draws just a small wardrobe with 5 hangers. The bathroom has no shelves to put your toiletries on. Some days smell of drains in the room was quite bad

From start to finish our holiday was truly amazing and our stay in Anika was definitely 💯 the team there run a superb business, with cleanliness and organisation top priority. 1st class accommodation and service

accommodation close to the beach, bus station close by, very easy check in, good breakfast and the friendliness of the staff, who gave us a lot of information about what we could visit and helped us rent a car at a good price and 2 excursions at a good price

I stayed here for 4 nights staff are pleasant. Rooms very basic but worth the price. Good location with the beach and faliraki town centre with restaurants shops and bars being only a 10 minute walk away.

It is a beautiful quiet place with nice staff, far from noisy large hotels. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, with a pool and the sea right next to the accommodation, this is the right place

We had a studio overlooking the sea and pool/snack bar, which was worth the extra money but the only negative was it can be noisy because there is a service road in front of the building which deliveries and bin men use

There is also a snack bar for refreshments. There was always some free space with sun loungers by the pool. The sea is beautifully warm, it is better to have water shoes, there are stones

Located close to the beach (on the other side of the road). The pool was awesome and clean. Actually everything was really clean and nice

We really LOVED everything, but I wish the pool should be available longer than 19:00

The hotel is located at a "sweet spot", so you can have chill if you want and you are 10 mins walk away from the center. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast was also really great, plenty of options available

Wifi slow at times but everything else was perfect. The staff are so sooo friendly and accomodating, they make sure to make your stay is a pleasant one. We enjoyed our time at Anelia and will definitely come back! ❤️

Also you can rent a car in the rental with the same owner. Good cars, we've took citroen c3 and it was totally new with full insurance. The sandy beach is clean with gentle entrance to the sea

Spacious, very clean and comfortable room. Ideally situated, about 2 minutes walk from the beach. Ana, our hostess was very helpful and just fantastic. They serve a very good breakfast and food was delicious

It should be noticed that there are two meters of pebbles in the beginning of entrance, but 8 euro shoes solve the problem=) There are a lot of shops, restaurants and bars in the surroudings

Anna and her staff were amazing. She welcomed us with open arms as though we were family. We enjoyed the homemade mousaka and pasticcio, salads, wine, and dessert at her Greek night

Very good food both for lunch and in the evening they have fresh barbecued fish and meat. Clean rooms and clean and nice pool area as well. I really enjoyed my stay👌

Our daughter joined us for the first 5 nights with her daughter and were positioned next door which was great. The breakfast is amazing, the room’s modern and clean, great small kitchen with everything you need

Clean and good food I stayed for 10 days and i had a very nice experience, They have a nice breakfast with fresh local orange juice and fruit and bakery and many other things you can eat

The housekeeping staff are beautiful people and do an acceptable job. Cleanliness is visible throughout the property. We'll see you next year and will certainly recommend this hotel

The room was very clean and modernly furnished. The bed was good and firm (how I like it). The air-conditioning was excellent and there is a pool and pool bar just outside the door

Room cleaning: a nice young woman are cleaning the rooms 1 time / week, changing the bed sheets and giving clean towels. BUT, you can clean your roam as many times you want, tools are provided :)))) 5

Very good likely one of if not the best place to stay near Anthony Quinn Bay and Falaraki easy drive or bus to Rhodes town a twenty minute plus drove away, walkable for Naya beach bar and falaraki strip, beaches, great spot

Beside the shower on the wal it was a towel hanger unable to resist to the weight of a towel :))) Avoid to use or you will find your towel on the floor, just like it happened to me :))) 7

The pool is shared with another guesthouse, you can use if you respect the "little gate" rule: if it is open, you can enter, if it is closed you can't enter
