This hotel was in incredible places on the hill with beautiful views. In hotel area you could meet Pavo (birds). Quite new hotel with modern facilities and pool area. Breakfast was good, just dinner i not recommend, because was not so good. Staff was nice and helpful. Bed was good and comfortable.

Loved our loft with private pool. Since it was early October the pool was not as warm as we would have wanted, but still usable on sunny days. Room was lovely, I'm personally not a big fan of the open space bathrooms - so keep that in mind when you book. Area around has plenty of restaurants and shops, plus you can walk to the beach.

Room set up was awkward and uncomfortable. we had a major problem with our room keys. Actually go locked in the room for 45 minutes and could not get through to front desk. We were able to flag down a workman from our balcony who finally got us out. Very scary - if ever a fire or medical emergency . when we asked to change rooms that morning we were told they would’ve us a new room. when we returned...

Lovely stay. Lovely place. Amazing breakfasts and coffee ordered every morning at breakfast and made by the barista. Room was lovely but the hottub baths shower was leaking which gave some moisture issues. Was also a shock to see no duvet and only a sheet. They leave the duvet in the room but there’s no duvet cover for it.

In great location, 5m walking distance to the beach and the town just step away. Hotel is very beautiful with elegance touch but daily room service doesn’t maintain the standards , room is not clean enough , with empty toiletries etc

This is a good base to explore Faliraki, however a family room with two teenagers felt a little cramped for 4 days.

Our stay in Anelia was fantastic - we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, clean rooms and the calm environment. We had a really good rest there, just a few steps from the beach. And the owner is such a lovely person, gave us great travel tips for our last day in Rhodes :) highly recommend!

Anna and her staff were amazing. She welcomed us with open arms as though we were family. We enjoyed the homemade mousaka and pasticcio, salads, wine, and dessert at her Greek night. Very good location. Not very far from Rhodes Town, very good public bus traffic, taxi cost ~10eur. Rooms are big enough with nice views. Staff very friendly. Breakfast with quite good variety. Relaxing three nights I highly recommend this family run adults only hotel. They are flexible with time limits where possible and are available to help with anything we needed. Nice structure immersed in the nature of Faliraki, a few minutes walk to the center, small flaw that the streets are poorly lit and you walk on country roads. A few steps away there are bus stops. Very convenient for those who want a relaxing vacation

We had a fantastic stay at Zoe’s Hotel! The whole place was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The view from our room was absolutely stunning — definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Found this Gem of a hotel by chance and had the best 12 nights. A short taxi ride or 25 min walk outside Falaraki, fantastic staff, brilliant breakfast, and wonderful food from the restaurant. My friends & I have just returned from a one week stay here. We loved it . The accommodation was clean & spacious. The staff were very kind friendly & welcoming. The apartment complex is family run & has a lovely homey feel. Located approximately ten minutes from falarki centre , we walked in the first morning but got taxis every other time. If you are visiting please feed and water the cats and kittens, they are all strays and rely on the tourists. Local rescue has been contacted and they will neuter during winter but they won’t go to feed them. We loved our holiday, but very sad to leave the cats behind.

for the price it's okay, everybody there is friendly, single beds are good, the cleaning personal comes every day. I liked it, and I'll book it again, because it's a good starting point to explore the island by car. it's close to the nude beach of faliraki, but I prefer the nude beach of tsambika.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Patricia Studios. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the pool was the perfect refreshment after a warm day. Very basic accommodation run by a lovely family. Absolutely no frills, and no aircon unless paid for as an extra! At least a 20 minute walk to the centre and another 5 for the beach. Booked this last year, having booked and previous hotel out near the fires, down south. One night was enough for me. Vera Hotel is BRILL!!! Owners are great, welcoming, helpful. The Daughter in law, helps around the hotel, very helpful, friendly, always has time to chat with you. Im, back again in Sept 2024. Cant wait. Location is great, not near noise, but a 20mins walk to the bars.

We had a great experience at Vera Studio! The hotel was perfectly situated close enough to amazing restaurants and nightlife yet tucked away enough to not be right in it. Nice hotel out from the Faliraki city center (15 minutes by walk), surrounded by hills and olives trees, but close to every thing you need. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. The owners are really nice persons. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has brought us back a second time and next year we will be coming again. The owner and the staff are incredible. Whatever you need they are willing to help. The housekeeping staff are beautiful people and do an acceptable job. Cleanliness is visible throughout the property. We'll see you next year and will certainly recommend this hotel. Clean and good food I stayed for 10 days and i had a very nice experience, They have a nice breakfast with fresh local orange juice and fruit and bakery and many other things you can eat. This is a brilliant small family run hotel. We stayed here from 5th July to 16th July with our 16 year old son. For the price of the hotel you can’t go wrong 2 pools, lovely staff, amazing restaurant downstairs and just overall had a really good experience. There was no loud shouting or music through the night and they are quiet strict on people being loud after hours so your guaranteed a good nights sleep

We’ve stayed at Anika Studios a few times now and it never disappoints. The family and staff are brilliant, always welcoming, and the food is absolutely amazing — with cocktails to match. Lovely pools room not equipped for self catering. No chest of draws just a small wardrobe with 5 hangers. The bathroom has no shelves to put your toiletries on. Some days smell of drains in the room was quite bad. Some of the staff were ok the french waiter in pool bar made you think he was doing you a favour when asking for gyros at lunch time. The room was very clean and modernly furnished. The bed was good and firm (how I like it). The air-conditioning was excellent and there is a pool and pool bar just outside the door. It's a bit far to walk to the end of the beach in the heat, but managble. If I had questions I just asked the host by calling her and she helped me out. WiFi works nice too.

1. Wi-fi signal realy poor, with closed balcony door no signal. If you have AC it is impossible to use wi-fi. 2. A.C. available for extra 35 € / week. This is a cute place within a walking distance to the beach and to shopping and restaurant area. The staff is very nice though hard to find. Note that the garden view might also include a view over the highway on the other side of the garden, and the hills even further away.
