We visited here on 12th of August for 4nights as we attending our daughters wedding as drove along a dusty road we wasn't sure what to expect check in was fast and hassle free and welcoming staff as we enter our rooms we was very happy and the private pool was exactly like the pictures. The room itself was modern and clean just becareful of the step up and down. Free toiletries but we had our own....

Very well run family hotel, quiet and would highly recommend, nothing is to much bother...

We stayed in July, we had a room with private pool and garden . It was lovely modern . Great shower. Bed lovely big and comfortable. We had black out blinds so very good. Breakfast was great a lovely choice. The family run studios is so well kept the cleaner was fab came every day and we always had fresh towels. The family are lovely and very helpful arranged taxi journeys for us to a bay and helped...

We stayed in the executive suite and it was perfect. Pool is enough to relax and chill. Staff is also kind and ready to help. Breakfast is better than i expected.

for the price it's okay, everybody there is friendly, single beds are good, the cleaning personal comes every day. I liked it, and I'll book it again, because it's a good starting point to explore the island by car. it's close to the nude beach of faliraki, but I prefer the nude beach of tsambika.

The hotel was great. Located close to the beach (on the other side of the road). The pool was awesome and clean. Actually everything was really clean and nice. The hotel is located at a "sweet spot", so you can have chill if you want and you are 10 mins walk away from the center. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast was also really great, plenty of options available. We really LOVED everything...

We spent eight nights in Elpida. Breakfasts were always the same, for those who are not demanding, it will be enough, eggs, salami, cheese, vegetables, fruit, yogurt, something sweet, filled mini pitas, coffee, juice. There is also a snack bar for refreshments. There was always some free space with sun loungers by the pool. The sea is beautifully warm, it is better to have water shoes, there are stones...

Once we located reception late evening and talked to one of the owners who checked us in,everything was really good. We had a studio overlooking the sea and pool/snack bar, which was worth the extra money but the only negative was it can be noisy because there is a service road in front of the building which deliveries and bin men use. Staff were really lovely and friendly and always at your service...

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Beach & pool Great being right on the beach with a pool for such a good price. Clean … and serviced every other day - sheets / towels. Nice Greek salad there one lunch time. Staff pleasant enough. A little further from resort centre than I’d imagined. Rented public e-scooters via app occasionally to make the journey easier. Air con worked & Safe in room neither at additional charge.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had a fantastic atmosphere throughout our stay. We were traveling with our baby and were provided with a baby cot, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable....

A very good place for our needs. Budgetfriendly and nice staff, spacey rooms ( we booked a two-room apartment ) with a big balcony facing the seaside. Everything is of course worn and the cutlery is mismatched, but fully functional. Good air conditioning and I have nothing to complain about. I stayed there with my family for a week. All the family who work there are kind and helpful. Thanks for the clothes pegs which i got for free😊and thanks for the cleaning lady who puts alot of effort.

Other negative reviews are biased and not realistic. This is a LOW budget accomodation, your expectations should NOT be of a 5-star resort. Yes beds are BAD, but clean and a descent place to stay for a week or two. Beds even in 5-star resorts are worse than your own at home I guess anyway. A friendly family run apartment block, nice clean spacious rooms but severely lack kitchen equipment. There was no toaster or kettle in our room, a few random sized plates and saucers, 3 odd stained mugs and two glasses. A few random knife, forks and spoons, 3 pans. No dishes or cereal bowls. We asked for a kettle and was given a well worn one with half the lid missing, and a partially melted toaster...

Our stay in Anelia was fantastic - we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, clean rooms and the calm environment. We had a really good rest there, just a few steps from the beach. And the owner is such a lovely person, gave us great travel tips for our last day in Rhodes :) highly recommend!

Great customer service, they are really polite and friendly and would highly recommend anyone to live here. The staff are very nice, have lots of knowledge across then island and put on great breakfast and events I would definitely come back

Anna and her staff were amazing. She welcomed us with open arms as though we were family. We enjoyed the homemade mousaka and pasticcio, salads, wine, and dessert at her Greek night. Lots of food and Greek dancing for 15 euro each. We had an absolute ball. Anna is passionate about her hotel, and it shows in everything she and her staff do. It's only 100m from the beach too. 💯 recommend

Wonderful place! It's a good hotel 100m form the beach. All the staff are superfriendly and hospitable. Cleaning everyday, breakfast is fine, once in 3 days they orginize the party with national cuisine. Also you can rent a car in the rental with the same owner. A lovely place to stay. Spacious, very clean and comfortable room. Ideally situated, about 2 minutes walk from the beach. Ana, our hostess was very helpful and just fantastic. They serve a very good breakfast and food was delicious. We were even treated to a barbeque and dancing.

We stayed in the hotel for 16 days, the first week was great, but in the second the towels and bed linen were no longer changed. In addition, the cleaning wasn't done properly, the dirt was just smeared everywhere. The blanket was also simply taken away without saying anything. The accomodation was cozy but the welcome was not so warm, the host named Dimitri is a little bit strange. There was no cleaning in the first two days. Maybe it is written in the terms and conditions, so you can read it before booking but the kitchen must be spotless and shall be taken care of by the guest every day. Was at this hotel for one week and cant be more happy with my holiday. The location and scenery was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and polite from start to finish especially the reps (sabi and maja) who conducted the activities making them fun and inclusive to all. The food was very good as the chefs switched up the menu daily for a more appealing meal each day.

Travelled here over the bank holiday weekend. Initially weren't happy with the first floor room as there was limited view and we had booked a sea view. Reception staff not very accommodating and ket saying come back each day to swap rooms but this never happened as nothing available to swap. However we got used to the room. Not worth the money Hotel is ok. But far from worth the money for the standard of all inkl. We paid like 450 EUR per night and was expection a lot more on the food and drink standard. Best was the fresh made pizza. Horrible reservation of sunbeds every day. People even reserved it the night before, and at 6.20 am there was no sundbed to be found by the pool area. Even they confirm room for person in whilchair unfortunately all the room from ground Flor in real is family room.Al the person in whilchair was acomodate to the superior level .This are very bad in case of fire foh they it will be evacuated?The room is not prepared to entry to shower even in room the space is to smell. From the reception they are not so friendly.

We were on vacation at this hotel again. Everything was top-notch: clean rooms, good food, a nice pool, and friendly service. We'd also like to commend Ms. Roxana at the hotel reception; she was helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back. BR AG

The value for money is excellent. The pool area is very nice, and the apartment is even freshly cleaned every day. The studios are managed by a very friendly couple who are on site almost around the clock. We would be happy to come back and can highly recommend the apartment.

Just had a lovely week here with 3 friends. Great hosts Mike & Maria and their team. very clean hotel, daily maid service except for Sunday's. Lovely pool area and food was good. It was further than I thought from the centre but that was the description on Love Holidays. I would highly recommend this for the price we paid for a week it was well worth it.

We had a great time at Rose Hotel Faliraki. The owners are very friendly and they were very accomodating with all our requests during our stay and we are very thankful for that! The Hotel premises are very nice and family friendly especially the swimming pool area and the lobby. My 5 year old daughter had a blast at the swimming pool:) The food was also very tasty! Bed is so hard. Aircon doesnt works well. Shower so tight. Everything in the room needs to upgrade. Poolside is very nice I believe newly renovated. Pool is ok. Staff very nice. A little bit mis communication.

Nice quiet location but still close to everything. Facilities were cleaned everyday. Host was the nicest host we have stayed with. Very friendly and would help with anything. Couldn’t recommended a better place to stay.
