A little retro equipment in the room. Helpful owner. Very good location, close to the big store, the beach, the main street and restaurants. The price-value ratio is excellent.
On the other hand, we got sunscreen and an umbrella for free (my guess is that those were left behind by earlier guests), so it was nice.
OK there's no pool or shop etc but it really is so central to anything you require without all the hustle and bustle that runs alongside all that convenience.
Super comfy beds and Dimitri the Australian Greek is an absolute star.
