Great place to stay, is a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach and just a 2-minute walk from the centre of Faliraki, one of the largest seaside resorts in Greece. Guests can stay for a reasonable price on one of the primary beach resort of Rhodes. The hotel is located near the Bay, in a beautiful area where you can feel the atmosphere of Faliraki.

But the location is great, everything is close by
We didn’t see host. Only someone left the keys and go away. We booked it from booking.com for 10 days. But it wasn’t seemed like that booking pics. We had to booked another hotel for last 7 days.
Everywhere was dirty, there was some yellow things on the pillows. Boiler and heater was sticky. Etc etc.
The location is on the perfect distance from Faliraki's main street with bars and shops, but still tucked in the quiet corner, near chill and quiet bars with calmer music.
Definitely a recommendation for couples and families (as they have bigger apartments with double toilets, big balconies and plenty of space inside enough for bigger familes 4+ members).
A little retro equipment in the room. Helpful owner. Very good location, close to the big store, the beach, the main street and restaurants. The price-value ratio is excellent.
The bed sheet had yellow stains on it.
Due to our bad checkin experience, I DONT RECOMMEND to book your accommodation there. In the end we decided to leave and not to stay there. The phone contact Susanna was friendly and helpful. Money refund through booking was approved by her.
On the other hand, we got sunscreen and an umbrella for free (my guess is that those were left behind by earlier guests), so it was nice.
