Pros. Great location, lively place, no problems with eating, hundreds of places around. Public transport nearby, about 12-15 minutes walk to the Acropolis and other places. Normal water supply, hot water. Balcony with furniture. We left at 12 without any problems.
Cons. Don't even think about parking in front of the entrance. Even for half a minute. There are simply no spaces there. The nearest spaces are 10-18 euros per hour nearby, but parking there is through a parking attendant. And why do you need this for 10 euros per hour? There is no salt or oil in the apartment, two packets of tea, two sugars, two instant coffees. A bottle of water. Only two glasses of wine and different ones. No normal mugs. The stove is an induction hob for 1 circle, but it works well, we made an omelet and cooked pasta. Not very good soundproofing, if you are lucky with the neighbors - good (we were lucky).
What infuriated me. In an ultimatum form they demanded to pay an additional 8 euros per night for cleaning, which in all fairness was not needed at all. It is unclear why they couldn't take this money right away.
The devices themselves are normal, but I wouldn't go there again. They are cramped and poor for that kind of money.
They give me directions via WhatsApp, so I recommend installing it. It is a 5-story building with an elevator, and it is a decent officetel type, so it is comfortable to live in. There is a terrace and the windows are well-made, so I think the outside noise is blocked well.
It is a short walk after getting off the airport bus, and it is the most central. There is a street with Asian restaurants nearby, so it is cozy.ㅎㅎ
