The room was very clean, well maintained, and nicely presented. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, which really made the stay pleasant and welcoming.
The only downsides were some unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom at times and significant noise from outside, likely from an AC or mechanical unit, which could be disturbing, especially during the night.
That said, aside from these issues, the hotel delivers good comfort, great service, and a warm atmosphere. With a bit of improvement on the noise and bathroom ventilation, it would be an excellent stay.

1. Towel a bit thin, can be improve to change with thicker towel.
2. Old TV system with mostly local TV channels which I don't understand. Will be good to upgrade it the TV system like other hotels that have casting solution that allow to stream from mobile phone to TV to watch youtube, netflix, etc.
I booked a double room, but there was no twin bed. I added 20 euros to upgrade to a twin bed.
