The property is located in a residential area about 750 metres from the nearest metro station. The property is well maintained and the apartment was well supplied. The elevator is small allowing only one person at a time if you have 2 or more pieces of luggage and you have to climb more than 10 steps from street level to get there. There are grocery stores about 400 metres from the property. You can easily get to everywhere you want to go in Athens using the transportation system.

Nice stay over all.

What I liked:
- balcony
- big bed
- huge mirror
- good tableware
- excellent hair dryer that comes with a diffuser for curly hair
- short walk from a metro station

What could be improved:
- a lot of ants in the kitchen
- shower cabin should have a door — the floor is very wet even after a short shower

Because we planned to take a bus from Athens to Delphi and Meteora, we chose this place because it was relatively close to the KTEL bus station. It's 1.2 kilometers from the bus station, and the bus stops about 600 meters away before returning to Athens and then to the final stop, KTEL, making it very convenient to walk back.

The room is a converted old residential building, and there's a large Lidl supermarket about 500 meters away, making shopping very convenient.

The room isn't large, but it's fully equipped. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, tableware, etc., which is very convenient.

We arrived quite early on the day of our arrival and contacted the owner by phone. We were originally supposed to check in at 2 pm, but they helped us check in at 11 am. The Greeks are very hospitable.

Be careful about bedbugs
it was my first time to be bitten by bedbugs.
Here was 1st destination of my 1month business trip and whole of my schedule is affected by this terrible experience.

Very nice inside,a bit concerned getting there, but Nick was very helpful when we tripped the stove power,close to shops,restaurants that served homemade yummy greek food and a stroll to the metro,better than the 3 star rating, only one recommendation, no tea towel to dry the dishes 😀

Spacious, clean comfortable apartment, close to main Metra serving the center of Athens.
No breakfask, cafes, shos and bars near by.

I stayed here for the second time. This time I stayed on the top floor, not on the street, which would be noisy at night. The landlord was very welcoming, the tableware was clean, the hygiene was very good, and olive oil and salt were prepared. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby.

The hotel is well decorated and clean. The location is about 7 stops away from the Acropolis by taking the subway and then transferring to another subway. The subway station is a convenient 7-minute walk from the hotel. In addition, the hotel is very safe in the local residential area. The room is nice and has a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and very convenient. However, it is not suitable for smokers and friends who like to relax on the balcony, because the balcony of this room type is very small and narrow. I saw that the other rooms next to it were being cleaned and were vacated. They had a super large balcony but were not one bedroom and one living room. I wanted to change rooms at that time, but the hotel refused. In fact, the room type I booked was more expensive than that one. The hotel was a bit inflexible in this regard. We arrived at the hotel around 11am, and the check-in time was 2pm. However, after the hotel owner received our call and learned that we were flying out the next day, he asked the waiter to clean the room immediately so that we could check in early. There is an elevator in the hotel, so overall it is good 😉
