Reception and public areas were of good standard but rooms were atrocious. Mould on ceiling in bedroom., leakage around bath where sealing was broken or non existent. Also mould around cracks in seals around bath. No hairdryer or smoke detector. Tried to get hairdryer from reception which never arrived. Broken smoke alarm was in a drawer. Teas and coffees were not refilled over our whole stay of 4 nights. Had to ask for water glasses and milk on first day and milk each day after. Very disappointing. Couldn’t possibly rate as 4 star!!

No staff on hand when we arrived despite saying the desk was open 10-20:00, we only got in because some other guests were coming out of the building complaining their room was dirty with no bed linens when they had also just arrived. The building felt abandoned, the bar and swimming seemed unusable, there was scaffolding above the pool. Our room was well equipped but the bathroom floor was flooded and we generally felt uncomfortable. The property was not as advertised, and the star rating does not reflect the hotel at all.

Not a nice apartment at all. Pictures and reality does not match. Do not rent this apartment. A lot of noice from the street, apartment below and hallway. Not cosy in anyway, actually not nice to stay in at all. Clean sheets and towels were the only plus.

The hotel has very spacious rooms and a very nice balcony, however - there is a lot to say on the maintenance of the hotel. Our room was not very clean and we were given a stained towel that was not changed once within our 5 day stay because no one comes to clean your room. Aswell as this we had to use a towel to block the drain in the bathroom because it was flooding the room, and as other reviews said there are no hotel staff EVER to talk to about the situation. We saw one staff member once our entire stay, it makes it feel very eerie. We also ran out of toilet paper and bin space and had to resort in tying our rubbish in plastic bags we had accumulated from our shopping in athens.

Overall our stay was good, we were very close to the centre and the hotel is located in a lovely area close to kolonaki and lycabettus hill. This hotel is not as high standard as it says it is so just be aware of this. If you have booked this hotel already however I am sure your stay will still be lovely as it is not too bad of a hotel its just not maintained well.
