Hestia - Ippokratous 35 in Athens

I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The apartment itself was truly beautiful, very clean, and in a great location – all of which made my stay pleasant.

However, a couple of details left me disappointed. On the morning of my departure, I asked the lady who takes care of the apartments for a single coffee capsule, only to be told that coffee is not provided on the check-out date. I found this rather surprising and unwelcoming – such a small gesture could have made a big difference in the overall experience.

Additionally, the check-in and check-out times felt inconvenient, with check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. More standard timings are usually 2 PM for check-in and 12 PM for check-out, which allow guests a little more comfort and flexibility.

All in all, the apartment itself was wonderful, but these service details could definitely be improved to make the stay more guest-friendly.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was tastefully decorated and very clean. Excellent location, very central; shops, restaurants nearby and very close to the metro. The staff was very kind and helpful, responding fast and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

An awesome place to stay in Athens. Its an apartment with a great view of Acropolis, & an exceptional customer service, they are not physically around but are very prompt on their reply to our inquiries. The place was super clean, & has everything we need for a family of 5 (3 adults, 2 teens), fridge, microwave & utensils. Also close to restaurants. Will definitely recommend a stay here. Bonus: laundry is available & high speed internet is phenomenal

The location is central, up to 20 min. Walk to any major attraction. The apartment was very clean and seemed pretty new, fully equiped with everything we needed which was more than enough to accomodate a family of 4. Would definetally reccomend to stay and surely come back again.

Clean modern apartments close to center. Apartment was well equipped with all that is necessary.

Spectacular view, friendly and helpful staff

Excellent place to stay for families with 2 or 3 kids, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The location is a short walk to the Center in a safe district of the city. The concierge team was always online and ready to answer any questions. The roof top terrace overlooking the acropolis was the cherry on top for the stay.

Eva and her partner were amazing. Their recommendations were great, they were very kind and friendly, and attentive to everything.

Our room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Perfect location for restaurants and the beach. Would definitely come again.
