The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding—our room and all common areas were impeccably maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day.
Breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes, and everything was well-organized and constantly replenished. It was the perfect way to start each day in Athens.
Overall, everything about our stay was very good: the service, comfort, atmosphere, and attention to detail. We highly recommend the Titania Hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Athens.
Every single member of staff took the time to ask for updates on my dad’s health, which meant more than they probably realised. They were incredibly flexible and helpful in making arrangements to extend my stay whenever needed, removing a lot of stress during an already worrying situation.
The level of care, empathy, and genuine support I experienced here was exceptional. I can’t thank the team enough for their compassion. I would highly recommend this hotel and offer a massive thank you to everyone involved.

Cleanliness: The hotel was not clean enough. The carpets in the rooms and common areas were very dark and appeared dirty, which gave a poor overall impression.
Currency exchange: There is no currency exchange service available in the hotel, which is very inconvenient for international guests.
Bar facilities: There is only one bar, located on the 11th floor, with very limited seating. For a hotel of this size, this is not sufficient.
Water availability: It was surprising and disappointing that there is no option to buy bottled water inside the hotel. We were told to go outside and buy water from a nearby kiosk at an overpriced cost.
Lobby experience: Guests are not allowed to sit freely in the lobby with children. We received comments from staff, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Overall, this did not feel like a family-friendly or guest-oriented hotel experience. There is significant room for improvement, especially in cleanliness, basic services, and hospitality
they did not understand we were together, but thats the least.
2 rooms at 2nd floor was identical, 3 rd room was on 1st floor.
aparently, not all floors and rooms are the same, so when room on 1st floor, understood our rooms are "better" (all is relative, rooms were far from good), it caused a scene and bad vibes since we all paid the same price. the lower room was significantly smaller, 2 single beds and a view to a wall.

It seems that part of the Hotel is renovated.
make sure you take the higher , renovated rooms.
breakfast was very good, they had a rooftop, with view to the Acropolis. but it was extremely crowded.
again, only at the last day , the hostess told us there is a seconday dining area, quiet and much more comfortable. again, they should direct traffic there .
as of the rooms, bath was small, not well maintained. we had a problem with AC, callled Reception twice within a 2 hour range...no-one came to attend Problem>
location is not bad. 10 min walk or 2 metro station to syntagma, 15 min walk/ 3 metro to Plaka, and Monastiraki square.
To sum it up, athenes is beautiful.
The Hotel is good if you are on a Budget.
i would rank it a 3 star Hotel.
Some of their reception staff were unprofessional.
They did not provide water to the room.
The scheduled massage time was not accurate—the therapist arrived 50 minutes late, and they couldn’t find the key to the massage room.
