Stayed here with 2 kids and we absolutely loved the location - able to walk everywhere for the key sights and plenty of fantastic restaurants and stores (and gelato spots!) We had a great stay! Christos was so attentive from start to finish, always bringing fresh fruit and wine to the room. Hotel is nicely redone and on one of the squares in Athens. Big downside is the location. Area is not the greatest and appears to be lagging behind the Plaka area. Recommend taking taxis/Uber to and from the spot, but the hotel itself was nice. Great breakfast.

Smart price for very good apartment We visited Athens for 2 days/nights. Meni Apartments Hotel has very good location: Metro station just within 2 min walk and City Tour Red Bus is 2 min too. It was a spacious and well maintained apartment that fit our needs and then some. We are thinking about staying here again if we find ourselves in Athens.

Room was easy to access and clean. Location is really ideal and incredibly easy to get to the Acropolis, city center, and metro. Room was a little older, but overall everything worked and was clean. This is near the city center, so there is considerable noise into the evening.

Plaka district is a busy area and a little noisy but we chose to be there. Lack of front desk was a little inconvenient but owner (?) made it as convenient as possible.

This is a decent place to stay for the price. However, the only reason I will not stay here again is because there is no elevator, meaning you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs. It would not be so bad if you only had a carry on suitcase, but if you have a full size suitcase, it is definitely not a pleasant experience.

Wi-Fi not working and no hot water The location was very good. Safe area and very close to the Minas Tirana metro stations and Syntagma. The bad thing was that the internet didn't work and we also didn't have hot water for two days. Communication was poor because the host took a long time to reply. Executive Sky Penthouse We enjoyed a fantastic stay in the Executive Sky Penthouse. The layout is perfect with two bedrooms and a large, wrap-around balcony. More of an apartment than a hotel room, the unit is modern, clean and well-appointed, including a combination washer and dryer. An amazing location near countless restaurants and bars.

I like Urban Nest. It was my third stay there in 4 years. The hotel is well appointed and clean and friendly. The only aspect this time was the amount of noise intrusion.

This room is very good, but there is only one drawback, which is that the curtains are not light-blocking, but white gauze. There are bars and restaurants on the street outside, and the street lights, bars and restaurants are brightly lit at night. Very good option for Athens The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was modern with a comfortable and good wifi. We had room 502 which has a view of the Parthenon from the bed (we were told it is the only room with this view). The hotel also has a rooftop area where you can take your own beverage of choice to and get a better view of the Parthenon when it is all lit up at night.

The design of the suites is rare in that it is spacious. I had the Penthouse Suite which extended the entire side of the hotel. It had balconies on all three sides so you could open the balcony doors and get a summer breeze. I only turned on the air conditioner for my room as mosquitoes will bite you in the early morning. The rooms are big. We had a nice big roo.m, with a big balcony and a view to the sea. The area around is safe. Also go upstaurs to the bar, there is nice music and food and drinks with a nice view. There are also parking slots in the garage With public transpirtation we needed 40 min to acropolis. But it is worth to stay there cause the area is so much nicer than in the middle of the centre.

I went there just to see the view, but the location was really great. Since it was off-season, there was a lot of construction going on around there, so I couldn't fully enjoy the view.
