What an experience!!!!! Fantastic hotel, the pools, the rooms the views 10/10 class. Amazing! But what really made the experience for us was the dedication and attentiveness of the team

We stayed at Mitsis Summer Palace from 12–17 October last year as a family of six, and although some time has passed since our visit, we wanted to share our experience. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing holiday

The buffet was so well run, chefs were out front constantly walking around and checking the buffet to make it presentable or restock it with fresh items

The grounds and exterior areas felt fresh and well maintained, but the main indoor areas, including reception and seating spaces, would benefit from renovation to match the updated rooms and overall aesthetic

The main buffet was the area that let the resort down, as the variety and quality didn’t quite reflect the five-star standard seen elsewhere in the hotel

On the positive side, the à la carte restaurants — especially The Med — were excellent, and the service across the hotel was outstanding

I just want to give a special mention to the young man Samuel who works at the pool bar his customer service skills are amazing, he was so pleasant and couldn't do enough to help always with a smile on his face

We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Corfu and had an absolutely wonderful experience overall. The hotel itself was stunning both inside and out, and everything was impeccably maintained

The beds were extremely comfortable, with fresh linens and two pillows each provided every day. One of the highlights was our balcony, which overlooked both the pool and the sea—offering truly breathtaking views

Housekeeping is very good the lady care every day and makes our stay lovely. The breakfast is very good and with a lot of variety, the staff do great job

Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, with our room serviced daily to a very high standard. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade on arrival, placing us on the top floor

The room was smaller than described and there was no view as described. No bottled water was provided and it was noted in the room that the tap water was not drinkable

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car)

Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu

If the pool feels too loud or crowded, you can simply step onto the beach, which is conveniently located next to it. The food overall was a highlight

Hotel Sunshine Rhodes We recently stayed at Hotel Sunshine Rhodes and had a lovely experience, which I would rate as 4 stars

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the beach, making it perfect for those who want to escape the busy pool area

Breakfast was standard—similar to what you'd find in many hotels—but I would have loved to see more local fruits included. However, lunch and dinner were exceptional

Half board doesn’t include drinks at dinner, only at breakfast. Staff seemed happy to provide water though, and the hot drinks machine was OK to use, they had a good selection of teas

The sofa bed had an issue as the cushions separated at night, and we needed to move it to avoid drips from the air con. We loved having a fridge in our room to keep drinks cool when we got back from our trips

Door entrance in ours was now at ghe rear and led into a room with bed settee, cupboard and air conditioning plus light switch system that did away with the slot card system of old and even lighted display by ghe door to indicate room OK for cleaner or do not disturb

We’ve been half board for a week here. We’ve used it as a base to visit the island (we booked direct and booked flights and car hire separately), most of the guests here are on AI package breaks

Yes the main hotel is ready for renovation, but it’s been absolutely fine for us. The bathroom has already been upgraded, and everything was super clean and functional. Lots of toiletries provided and fresh towels daily

The food itself has been fabulous - we tried lots of Greek and Cretan dishes, and loved the variety of fish and grilled meats, as well as the salad bar and fruits / cheese

Wonderful position, brilliant staff - nothing is a problem, and food is good. My kind of hotel where guests and staff are all very happy!

Absolutely superb hotel with staff who really care. The hotel is spotless, and we stayed in room 742, a beach front Bungalow. Brilliantly designed with breathtaking view. The room was cleaned every day

This is an antiquated and ridiculous rule that needs to be changed ASAP. Special mention also to Nikki at the pool bar who was utterly fantastic- a really caring individual who loves her job a was a joy to be around

Good location and food was really delicious. For a week, there were plenty of options and enjoyed mixing the buffet for a couple of evening meals at the onsite restaurants

The hotel is spotless, the grounds are beautiful, and the views of the sea are breathtaking. Every part of the resort felt so well cared for. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday

The Athens Marriott has an excellent location—right in the middle of everything. The hotel offers valet parking, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast has a good variety of options

Although I must suggest that you leave the food out until the stated time. Breakfast is amazing! We thought so and I overheard another guest describe it as the best he's ever had in a hotel

The room is spacious and has a good view. The breakfast is rich and the lobby bar is suitable for business exchanges and small meetings. I saw a lot of business activities during my stay

Lots of towels, robes and slippers. Very nice sized frig and housekeeping was very good. For qualifying members, food and service was terrific daily

Additionally, non-members were frequently accessing the lounge, which caused issues for the staff during my stay. Overall, a very good stay with room for some improvements in the lounge experience

If you do the: hop on hop off busses,as we are there is a stop in front for the 2 main companies (we prefer the big bus brand) If you're going to Athens, the Athens Marriott is a nice place to come home to after a full day of being a tourist

Fantastic first experience! 5 star all the way the staff are a credit to the hotel too many to name unfortunately but Eire on beach serving, lovely girl, Sam in flavours so polite ! Everywhere you turn you are welcomed with a smile

Where to start? From the very first email correspondence with an agent named Magda, I knew this was going to be a special vacation. The care, concern, and hospitality were present from those first exchanges

Really, there are so many accolades to give this resort, every category is a five (1-5) But I will focus on staff. Each morning, you can't pass an employee who does not greet you with a 'kalimera

, the manager of Enoteca - whose name may have been Pantelis, Isabella at either Fresca or Flavors, were just a few. We had the pleasure of meeting Peter, manager at Guest relations who assisted us in many ways

This was our first visit and was pleased they changed our rooms on request only because we wanted a quiet area! Thank you ! The management team must be really proud of your team ! The food was such a high standard in every restaurant compliments to all the chefs! Thank you for an unbelievable holiday we will be returning and recommending the dassi only downfall we have to go home🥲🥲

' I would mention the names of every wonderful encounter - but there were so many. Even the guys who took our luggage to the room set the tone with their welcome

Fantastic room and amenities were great, great value for money. Agora restaurant on site was fantastic service and great options. Staff were excellent from day one and the beach view was good too

Great Honeymoon Vacation It was a wonderful honeymoon experience as a couple. The buffet has a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is always fresh and of good quality

The snack bar products are very good, they make great gyros. All staff including reception, restaurants and bars are friendly and very smiling

The swim up room was well appointed, the food was great and the staff super friendly. Gym was better than an average gym hotel, was a Great holiday

We just returned from a 3 day stay at this property. The food was excellent, staff very friendly, pool and beach area very clean. We had a family room with 2 full-size bathrooms, very comfortable

My only complaint is the downstairs shower didn’t get hot water. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return

It is a walking distance from the Old Agora, the Municipality, the Marina, the Evangelismos, and about twenty minutes more or less to the Medieval Town and the Light and Sound

We spent a week At the hotel and would like to express my gratitude for the great hospitality. We were upgraded to a family suite with a sea view. Seeing the sun rise every morning was breathtaking

It was my first time staying in an all-inclusive hotel. The hotel was modern and well decorated. The service was excellent and the food was delicious

Very stylish, looks like new. Extensive large pool are and the beach. Food was amazing and there are 4 restaurants for dinning. We loved the Asian restaurant, very high quality. Overall great holidays!

The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again

A lot of pools all clean, swim up bar which is essential 😁. 3 restaurants and a gyros/pizza by the pools. Plenty of bars throughout complex. Always get a sunbed, towels available

Great for families teens and children kept busy. No bars or shops within walking distance. We had a really lovely holiday

There are multiple pools and restaurants, one of them being adult only. I did not get to try that one but I appreciate the concept for people that do not have children with them. Staff are very friendly and helpful

The buffet was fair and always found something to eat. The restaurants by the pool that you would sit and order to your table were absolutely fabulous. The a la carte restaurants were also top notch

Should have written a review then, but only thinking to now as I am trying to rebook to stay again this year. We had the most amazing time at this hotel. The value we got for money was unbelievable

I booked a room for me and my family on July in 2024. The hotel's front office service met us so cheerful. They offered us, could upgrade our room for free. We admired to our new room's landscape

I think they currently are doing big renovations as I have tried to book for this year and unfortunately can’t. I will definitely be trying to book in when they reopen

Had some of the nicest sushi of my life there. The cocktails were really high quality and never too much of a queue. Hotel was dated yes but clean

Most convenient airport hotel by far ,walk across the street from arrivals, no shuttle or taxi needed. Metro/Rail connection also right there. Excellent facilities including spa, pool, restaurants

 Extraordinary expensive room service menue towards food and beverage, low quality beer selection, wine list by glass more than overpriced ! On the good side to mention is cleanliness and the location less than 100 meters away from Athens airport

  If time doesn’t matter there are a few smaller good hotels within 15 or 20 minutes reach by taxi with reasonable price and excellent home cooked Greek food…

Good location, near to metro station but a bit far from downtown Acropolis if by walking. I like the view overseeing the whole Athen and Acropolis. Delicious breakfast!

The location of the hotel was good. The metro was right below the hotel and there were cafes and bakery around the hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful as well.

Business hotel. The location was okay, but not excellent. Breakfast was great.

The subway entrance right downstairs is super convenient, with direct lines to all the major attractions. The blankets and towels had a weird smell – both fragrant and stinky at the same time

We got to have a a la carte breakfast and dinner, both were lovely but I honestly feel the buffet food was just as good - terrific. The pools are a good size and beach is great

The biggest issue is the position of the hotel in relation to the cliff , the beach and the sun beds are in the shade until 11. However the beach is gorgeous , the staff are helpful and the drinks served are good

For October it was fine, but we personally felt incline to close the curtains during the day if we were in the room as people would swim past. Next time I will probably just have a balcony. The food was amazing, everyday

Also if you want to use the indoor heated pool/spa book ahead, it’s a small area and books up fast. The gym has everything you need but is also very popular so a little tight during the day, also being a small area

Transfers from the airport cost around 50gbp whether uber or through the hotel. Online it said I could get it for half the price through lyst/Freenow app but they don’t seem to drive to this part of Corfu

Such a beautiful relaxing all inclusive. The staff really make it, doing everything they can to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Not much storage space but enough for what we needed

Right from our friendly welcome at 2. 30 in the morning to the room, the food and the facilities we couldn't find fault. Special mention to Emilia our waitress who made us feel very welcome in the restaurant

Such a huge variety and the food at the dinner service was really good as well. We had a frequent waiter called Kostas. Very nice man :) Helpful and friendly

This was our twelfth visit to Mitsis Ramira on Kos. And yet again, we had a fantastic holiday. Everything is perfectly organized: beautiful and tidy rooms, excellent cleaning every day, and fresh towels every day

The food is delicious, as are the drinks served all day at the Main Bar, Pool Bar, and Beach Bar. There are two excellent à la carte restaurants: the Italian and the Meat Restaurant

The service is excellent; you can always ask questions to the front desk staff, guest relations staff, and the various managers, who are always approachable

Perfect for the holidays, great staff and food. Easy access for Kos centre by local bus €2 each way🇬🇷 and if you want some trip there is a ferry to Bodrum Turkey Thanks for lovely holiday ♥️

This is my 4th visit to Creta Palace, my husband went many times, throughout his teens and early adulthood. We have two children, at the time of travel were 5 and 8. We have visited Creta Palace in 2022, 2023 and 2025

Georgia and Eirini in particular. The entertainment was mostly good and suited our boys. The kids pool wasn't huge and slides basic, but just right for us, we often had whole pool to ourselves

This is a truly honest review of the resort and we hope many will find it helpful. Creta Palace is one of the most charming resorts

So friendly, professional and immaculate. You are never left waiting and nothing is a problem. The food has always been very good but improved in 2025

The room was spacious and practical. In general we highly recommend Creta Palace and didn't want to come home!

The kids club was good in its own amphitheatre. If you don't have kids this is far enough away not to bother you. Customer service is excellent throughout hotel. We had a great time and would love to visit again

We booked this trip last minute , just wanting somewhere hot to take the kids, and we fully expected to not want to stay in the same place again as we anticipated travelling more in the future , however after our weeks stay , we’re already looking at booking there for next year

There was the option for two 'restaurant' meals as part of the all inclusive, but we didn't take this up as I am harder to cater for. One day was slightly cloudy so we took the opportunity to take the local bus to Lindos

Our room was nicely appointed with an old world feel and elegant decor. We could see the Syntagma square from our room. The staff surprised us with a bottle of wine and a luxury chocolate bar, which made us feel special
