In addition the hotels spa amenities were excellent, Elvina, another nice worker made sure that we were having a relaxing experience

The hotel is good, clean, comfortable, the staff is helpful!

The room has a great view, the breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety of fruits, salads and other foods, there are multiple outdoor swimming pools, and the elevator goes directly to the beach.

About 2 weeks ago I visited this hotel with my family and we had a very nice experience. The restaurant had a big buffet for breakfast and dinner with plenty of options and in general great food

The workers were very friendly and helpful, specifically Antonia, who would always greet us with a smile and would often recommend us beaches to visit

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Corfu Holiday Palace, and we will be visiting again

Both pool and main bar were also really nice, the staff was great. Food in Elia restaurant was generally good, starters, salads and desserts were simply amazing

1st class service from check in/out, bus times, late check out info. Not one bad thing to say about the food. Breakfast had everything you could ask for even onion rings !! Lunch and dinner catered for all foodies

Plenty of fish and different meats. Loved the hot grill area that served pizza and sonething special each day wether it was giant prawns cooked in ouzo or liver that was excellent

Lager was Vap and mythros and they were just right during the hot days. Great view from the 7th floor although a little nervous sitting on the balcony as its a long way down when you look over the edge

Then there was the poolside pizza and gyros on offer. You could have everythibg from cocktails to large measure and i mean large measure shorts with a mixer

Staff are mostly fine, but don’t really care about guests, at least that’s how we felt when we approached them. Beach is nice, water is clear, pools are fine, sun loungers are very comfortable

The rooms looked a bit dated in the building we were assigned, however they were tidy and had what we needed. Pools and the well maintained gardens are very elegant and relaxingly spacious

Entertainment was top-notch with Greek dancing lessons, cabaret, oriental dancing, and magic shows. The staff are friendly, professional, and many have been here 10–20 years

Breakfast at the Amvrosia Restaurant was incredible, with fresh fruits, Greek yogurt, eggs, cheeses, traditional pies, and sweet treats like bougatsa and croissants

Dining options include Greek cuisine, a souvlaki kiosk, Mexican food with amazing nachos, Maistros Pool Restaurant, Cafe Greco, and Apollo Lobby Bar & Lounge

The hotel has three pools, a Swim-Up Bar, a kids’ pool, and a classic pool, plus a tennis court and spa with hammam, sauna, and massages

The hotel is great and very clean. The staff is super helpful and kind. One of the best parts of our stay was definitely the breakfast. There are plenty of options for everyone. All recommendations!

This is the perfect hotel for a family getaway in the city, beautiful lobby, and every employee is very friendly and helpful. Our room was one of the large suites with two double beds and a spacious bathroom

The furnishings were appealing, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was very spacious, and the room also had a huge closet, which was very helpful for a family of four

Service is good, just that their lift is a bit wonky. Expect to wait for quite a long while for the lift, until the service staff comes to override it. Otherwise it is okay.

The 1st one was luxurious, with a good band and sounding, while ours looked like a canteen, the music was awful, the singer was bad and the food - delicious but not enough for 600+ people

The food offered was absolutely delicious! We also visited the rooftop pool at nighttime when it turned into a rooftop bar, it was a really great place to chill, relax, and enjoy the stunning nighttime city views! It really helped me to take everything in from the beautiful city!! We did not use all the amenities, however, I hope to visit here again to explore more of the hotel! Our family loves Capsis

Pleasant evening entertainment is available at the main bar. The real highlight is definitely the restaurant: the food was excellent, always varied and of very good quality

As in many parts of the island, toilet paper cannot be flushed in the WC. Finally, we would like to sincerely thank Ms. Fani from the Guest Experience Team, who made us feel like part of the family

She was always available, caring, full of useful recommendations and incredibly kind and welcoming. We love the Meliá brand, and this experience was yet another confirmation of its quality

The holiday has been good. The hotel is really clean staff are very friendly John kirao has been a standout as he is very approachable and credit to the hotel.

The property has been recently renovated: the common areas are spacious, well designed and, above all, extremely clean, with staff constantly working to maintain every area spotless

The resort also offers mini golf, a bocce court, table football, table tennis, a games room and an entertainment program with activities for both adults and children scheduled throughout the day

Absolutely superb hotel with staff who really care. The hotel is spotless, and we stayed in room 742, a beach front Bungalow. Brilliantly designed with breathtaking view. The room was cleaned every day

This is an antiquated and ridiculous rule that needs to be changed ASAP. Special mention also to Nikki at the pool bar who was utterly fantastic- a really caring individual who loves her job a was a joy to be around

Good location and food was really delicious. For a week, there were plenty of options and enjoyed mixing the buffet for a couple of evening meals at the onsite restaurants

The hotel is spotless, the grounds are beautiful, and the views of the sea are breathtaking. Every part of the resort felt so well cared for. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday

7 night stay at end of Sept 2025, block B Junior Suite. Overall we had a perfectly pleasant stay, the hotel has some really good points and some areas for improvement

Cleanliness levels were not up to a good standard, the bathroom in particular needed a very good clean and our kettle had not been checked (people before us had left coffee grounds in the kettle and it wasn't rinsed)

Location of hotel and our block is excellent for the beach, which is miles and miles long, perfect for long walks on soft sand! The beach is also peaceful and no noise pollution from water sports

Cups were only replaced once during our stay. Although they did a good job of cleaning floors and replenishing towels and loo roll, often we didnt have enough towels for 2 people

Generally good location for amenities, 20 min from airport and about 20-30 mins to loads of historic sites by car. Things the hotel could do better on: 1

The hotel setting was pretty, they take excellent care of the grounds, the plants and trees are beautiful

The suites rooms are very clean and comfortable. The beach is crystal clear water with good pool service

Excellent hotel - wonderful junior suite - overall good value for money

Also the best part of the hotel was the kids club! A big thank you to the Kids Club team Lorena and Katerina. They were always smiling and our child couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had!

The beach is absolutely amazing, with stunning views and a peaceful vibe that really stands out. The overall ambiance of the resort is excellent – everything feels warm and inviting

The buffet called Agora was one of our favorites, and their Asian restaurant was also very good. A big thank you to Stamatis who served us he was always so nice

Breakfast is excellent! It has absolutely everything and good quality foods. Nice, clean gym with an indoor swimming pool. Overall loved it and definitely recommend!

Good breakfast, good room, a little far from airport, but taxi ok

The hotel is nice however the wiew from the window/balcony is not the best one (depending on the side of your room you will see a traffic road or a building on -stopped- construction

There's no grounds, but it's a Grand Hotel. The breakfast is very, very good. Even the view of the sad neighbor's house

The room is of a good size, the breakfast is good, the hotel is located near the highway, but it is very quiet at night. There is a private parking lot in the basement, which costs 10€ per day. It is a very safe place.

It was the BEST massage I have ever had. The time, care and effort that went into it was unbelievable. They made us both feel Incredibly welcome and comfortable and I walked out feeling like I was walking on air

It was our first adult only hotel and wow, it is in a different league! The hotel is clean, tidy and in a good state of repair. All the staff are very friendly and polite, they really make you feel welcomed

This hotel is fantastic! Myself and my partner had a spectacular stay here. We had a swim up pool room which was excellent. We visited the spa and I had a Cretan massage - my therapist was Zoe

It was very relaxing, Zoe and sorry I can't remember the name of the other girl, but they where both excellent, I would highly recommend it, the hotel is very quiet because it's the end of the season, so If you like peace and quiet and no rushing about this is the time of year to come, honestly I can't recommend it enough

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was an issue! I would recommend this hotel to anybody!

The staff are the real highlight though, always asking how they can improve the experience and never leaving you with an empty glass, without being too formal or pompous

Everything was as expected from a top 5* resort. Stuff attentive, well managed, facilities well organized and tidy.

Our second visit to an Ikos resort, Ikos Aria exceeded our lofty expectations

At aria you very much felt the ‘have not’ of not being deluxe guests - the deluxe only pool commands the best position at the hotel with a lovely view of the sea, and had lots of space throughout the day

Amazing resort with amazing people. Vast variety of good food, usually changing. Pleasant treating by personal. Only catch could be resort's short distance from the airport. Overall, I loved my stay there

The food wasn't great but the hotel was nice. Good location at the beach, nice pools. The girls at the pool bar are very friendly. Mostly French tourists. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Just came back from a week at the Hotel (Aug 2015) Good Clean Hotel. Would have given it a 4 star rating if they had Air Conditioning in all the public areas not just the bedrooms

We spent our honeymoon here and it was amazing! Everyone was very kind and the location is very nice, with nice restaurants walking distance, ceramic studio, animal farm and castle ruins nearby

Hotel has all necessary things like mini market, clothes shop, car rental etc inside. Thank you for making our honeymoon an unforgettable and enjoyable experience!

Crazy not to have AC in the Reception area. Also no AC in the dining area, Lobby, Inside Bar which was always deserted as it was too hot to sit there

The entertainment staff were brilliant, very friendly, spoke to everyone around the pool each day and their evening shows were so good, the effort put in from them all was amazing! Big shout out to David! Our daughters just thought he was the best 😊

We had an excellent family stay at Atlantica Mikri Poli Crete in October. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the views are stunning. The staff were fantastic – so friendly and attentive to all our needs

Room was quite spacious and very clean. Loved the animation group - everyone was doing all they could to make our stay the best experience. I highly reccomend this hotel

The rooms were big and classy, real had a greek vibe, they were all with big terraces. The beach area is not big but there is plenty of green space in front of the sea, really beautiful

Bedrooms are slightly dated now, but kept clean and tidy. Very friendly staff around the resort and hotel. Food and drinks are great quality. Branded spirits and hand made cocktails

What worked for our family: The Right Kind of Kids Club: Independence & Safety: The resort layout allowed us to give the boys a little freedom—like walking to the ice cream stand together or choosing a pool lounger—while we were still comfortably nearby

We were a family group of 6 visiting in September. The food options were varied (but be warned you have to book in advance) and very good. Staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them

First this Hotel makes it clear that it is on the side of a hill and not suitable for people with walking difficulties. That being said I must make it clear that it is an extremely step and very of steps everywhere

On a positive note, Irina at the reception was absolutely fantastic and made our stay really enjoyable in terms of entertainment. Also, Maria at breakfast was very friendly and left us with a great impression

The floors are sweep then wet mopped as the dining room opens for Breakfast, not only causing dust during breakfast, but also the wet floors are very slippery when walking with plates of food in both hands

Good hotel, clean rooms, nice view, nice garden, nice beach with sand and small rocks, good food. Very kind staff. Super for families with children not so good for someone who won't to visit some touristic town.

The location was beautiful just by the sea, we had a sunset view every night the atmosphere was up beat and exciting, they had entertainment on the weekends live music and dancing, where they got the guests involved

They were so attentive and welcoming, really made our holiday. Espically Anna she was full of energy every night, and felt more like a friend than a waitress. The hotel was quiet and relaxing

The grounds are beautiful and always immaculate, the building is clean and quiet. The beach is slightly coarse so beach sandals are helpful, the only negative is the 2 hour transfer, but that's unavoidable

Great Honeymoon Vacation It was a wonderful honeymoon experience as a couple. The buffet has a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is always fresh and of good quality

The snack bar products are very good, they make great gyros. All staff including reception, restaurants and bars are friendly and very smiling

We just returned from a 3 day stay at this property. The food was excellent, staff very friendly, pool and beach area very clean. We had a family room with 2 full-size bathrooms, very comfortable

We visited the water park, Nisyros and also hired a car for a day and did a road trip round the island. We did not want to leave and cannot wait to go back! Hopefully for a 10 day stay next time rather than 7! ☺️

Ideally located around a 10 minute walk into the town centre. We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights as a family of 4, room 320! The hotel, staff and facilities were great and would say that they are a 5* hotel

There was plenty of choice at meal times and the staff were genuinely some of the nicest people we have ever met! Kardamena is a very short walk away, just 10 mins along the beachfront

The local village Kardamena is just a 10 minute walk and you get to walk on the beach front seeing the amazing scenic views. We stayed in room 230 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
