Great hotel. Food was really good. Night entertainment could have been better. Most nights went to Faliraki as hotel was not up to much in the way of good entertainment.

The whole hotel is nice and comfy, but the best thing was acctually service.💞 beautifull sea with stone beach, the Kalo Nero village is small and quiet but it gives true vibe of greak summer. Nearest activities like bigger pubs are about 30km away but for family trips its perfect

We stayed here in a suite. The hotel is great, the staff are extremely helpful and polite. We were out in a high floor suite, unfortunately my wife is disabled and can't climb stairs. We stayed for one week and we felt very good! All the staff was very polite and always smiling and ready to help. The rooms are very clean, the pool was nice even in october and the food was delicious and diverse.

The hotel is lovely. Only a small amount of rooms so always space by the bar and pool. No sunbed races in the morning! Foods of a good variance in the restaurant each night with your stable chips option if nothing takes your fancy. I booked the Solimar Ruby Hotel direct with Jet2 and I think the site is a bit misleading because this looks like 2 hotels on one site; the Solimar and the Ruby Royal. You can only book the solimar superior rooms on Jet2, not the Ruby. I can't comment on the Ruby or the other Solimar rooms but my Superior room was very basic, akin to a 3 ☆ hotel. We spent 5 nights here and didn't want to leave! The staff are so lovely and accommodating. The drinks and food are always available and are lovely. The cleaners always do an amazing job and are super friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, pools are well maintained and there are plenty of sunbeds. Cannot fault this place it's been perfect. The beach is just down the road and so is the Malia strip...

Absolutely loved this hotel, the rooms, the food the staff. 5 stars for Excellent value for money. I will go back there I don't need to try another hotel now.... I also loved watching the planes take off and the noise didn't bother me, that might be different for other people but this is just my opinion 😁

A great value hotel. We stayed in room 101 with a fantastic view of the runway. Good double glazing so no disturbance during the night. Friendly staff, room cleaned daily with fresh towels every day and bed changed every couple of days. Small but prefectly functional greek bathroom. Nice pool area. Even with constant ventilation, it couldn't cool down (outside temperature approx. 13-24 degrees Celsius). The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to the subway station. The staff were incredibly polite and truly deserve praise.

The location is great, and our deluxe double room was comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection, and there's a hot tub on the rooftop. However, a few of the facilities were a bit dated.
