Loved this hotel - good location to Laganas ***** by beach or road walk Immaculately maintained in all areas around pool etc Food- a great choice for everyone - plentiful and restaurant staff always quick to clear plates away and refill dishes Always delicious salads - desserts and main courses available AL A CARTE a must - as delicious and at 20 euros with wine a steal Reception staff brilliant - Sira- just the best- obliging - chatty and sorted any issues out immediately - always with a smile Room and balcony - 1105 - brilliant location and spacious balcony We loved Zante but would return a bit earlier next time as places closed down so no real vibe in main places

We booked a last minute 4 night break. After we booked and read more of the reviews we were a bit worried. But we needn't have been! From the moment we arrived we relaxed. The room was beautiful. We'd booked land view, but they changed us to pool view as it was our anniversary. Fruit and wine in the room to celebrate. All the staff were so kind and worked really hard. The reception girls were fantastic. Had so much time for us and lots of information. Thank you to Avra and Saram. The food was really good! That was our biggest worry, but we enjoyed every meal. Not everything was oven hot, but that's to be expected at a buffet. The waiters and waitresses were on the ball and it always felt clean. In fact, the same can be said of everywhere in the hotel. The bars were self-service for a lot of drinks, but we didn't mind that. We're not big drinkers, but what we had we enjoyed. A slight shame to only have pool bar open in evenings and to have drinks out of plastic cups, but not the end of the world. We wondered if that might just be because the hotel is closing in the next few days so were winding things down. The snack bar was great too. Lots of choice abs made fresh. Overall a lovely short break and introduction to the hotel brand and Zakynthos. The hotel was very quiet as towards end of season. Might be a bit of a struggle round the pool in peak season. Laganas is as you'd expect, but we didn't go for the location. Cameo Island was nice nearby.

Would definitely return. Arrival: we had booked the shuttle transfer which worked for us, very quick journey. Reception staff wonderful and so pleasant. Room: spacious with plenty of storage space, very quiet, extremely comfortable bed and good pillows. Immaculately clean. Outside: good size pools, so clean they sparkled. Plenty of comfortable sun beds. Food and drink: absolutely cannot fault, I am vegetarian and there was so much variety, plenty of salad and hot items. The staff, who were amazing cleared tables so quickly and any items running low were filled immediately. Area: unfortunately Laganas is a bit scruffy but there are good walks along the beach. Running: for those that may run there are easy runs if you turn right out of the hotel but for more interest turn left and run up the hills (take phone as there are many little roads). The staff in this hotel work tirelessly and are so nice they really care what people think. Not sure what some guests expect from a very reasonably priced hotel, we honestly could not fault.

I recently stayed at this hotel. Whilst this is a very nice hotel, I wouldn’t class it as a 5star. I think the food could have been a lot hotter and being a pescatarian, I would have liked more variation on fish dishes as I saw the same fish dish for lunch and dinner 3 days in a row. This meant eating out for a few days to have more options. Also why are drinks charged after 11pm if it’s an All inclusive? Generally I had a good time and I would like to personally mention the lady on the reception desk Sira (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) she was so attentive and patient and I think a real credit to your hotel. The staff in all areas are great especially the reception staff who went above and beyond. The staff are all friendly welcoming and efficient. There wasnt a meal i couldnt find something i liked to eat the main restaurant. The snack bar was fantastic food and the best place for lunch. Bar staff were fab and the basic cocktail were lovely there are premium cocktails at €5 each. The whole resort is immaculately clean and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. As a wheelchair user the whole resort was easily navigated with ramps etc. Only slight access issues were the pool bar as it is down a few steps but the staff were happy to help. Evening entertainment is twice a week theres a Greek night on a Saturday and then a music night on a Tuesday. So it us relatively quiet atmosphere but it is only a short distance into town.

This is no way a 5 star hotel. The hotel itself is lovely, but the buffet food is absolutely awful, food dry and cold, lots of processed food, poor quality food. We told the staff that clear the plates that the food was cold and his response was yes food cold! We was advised that we could reheat our food in a microwave. In all my years of staying in a hotel have I been advised to reheat our food in a microwave, the fact that this was even suggested was a joke. We have been told that the food is at 63 degrees, which is clearly not true, as the food is constantly cold even when a fresh batch is brought out, Staff just use latex gloves when bringing fresh hot food out and not oven proof gloves which proves that the food they bring out is not hot but cold. Our coffee cups were not washed, tea, coffee and sugar never replenished, not even sure if the sheet were changed, therefore not sure what housekeeping do. The al a carte restaurant is the snack bar, and whilst we was there we never saw anyone in there. Poor entertainment, once a week we got 2 people doing Greek dancing, very little to do in the hotel. Nothing to do in the evening apart from going out to get entertainment. Certainly would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

My wife and i spent a week at this hotel in July, we enjoyed our stay and would probably book again, we found the room clean, spacious and a comfortable bed, restaurant food was average and could possibly do with a few more vegetarian options, I wouldn't bother with the poolside cocktails as they are very sweet probably best paying a bit extra for premium cocktails, the pool itself was lovely and plenty of sunbeds to go round, in the day there are a couple of nice lads that organise some poolside entertainment which was good fun, could do with some more entertainment in the evenings, they had one greek night and one night with a singer on, location was fine with bars and restaurants near by, the beach is only a short walk away but is a bit unkempt in my opinion

Not a great hotel if you want basic customer service and if you have kids. Rude, not helpful, paddling pool is pathetic!!
