There are plenty of options for evening meals with several local tavernas within walking distance. Avithos beach with its two Tavernas is a lovely spot to see the sunset and eat

It's so peaceful The service is beyond reproach and nothing is too much trouble Always a smile from Christina. The swimming pool is large and clean surrounded by sunbeds

Breakfast is by the pool although each room has its own small kitchen with fridge, hot plate and microwave to self catering is an option

Ai Helis beach is a short walk and is great for sunbathing and swimming. We first stayed at Avithos Resort 10 years ago and return each year

The rooms are spacious and well thought out for families, with the usual amenities available along with towels for the pool area

This is our 'go to' place for relaxation. Fabulous spacious rooms with either a balcony or small garden patio

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The location is great and the customer service superb! It’s close to one of the the nicest beaches - Avythos however when we went it was after they had a storm come through a couple of weeks prior so the sea had come out a lot leaving very little space for beach loungers

My only suggestion would be for the room that offers the all around view they must also have sheer curtains in addition to the room darkening, otherwise the side that faces the pathway is in clear view of everyone walking by so not much privacy there

We had a great time in Leivatho hotel. We had a ground floor studio available to us and we loved it! More so, our 1 year old had a great time. Especially the staff is great. Good restaurant , beaches and towns nearby.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in quiet location but very near to our favourite beach (Avithos). The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. It’s a very relaxed environment. The hotel itself is chic and comfortable

But Costa Costa beach is only 10 min away and has stunning waters! The hotel has beautiful rooms it’s very clean and they offer a very nice selection for breakfast which is included in the price

An excellent location for a quiet and calm escape. Room was recently updated with new and modern walk in shower. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed

We holidayed with TUI in August and stayed at Lagoon View Apartments. The location is fairly remote with beautiful surroundings and views

Everything you need for a quiet, relaxing, peaceful holiday is here, with Argostoli and Lassi only a 10 minute drive away. Panos, Mary and his family were fantastic hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our time

It wasn’t too bad but coming back up the hill in the warm weather was quite tiring so we decided that a hire car was the best option which Panos organised and we got a much lower price than we had anticipated

It is just a place to stay, and it is enjoyable. On the hillside, with nothing nearby. A drawback is the cost of air conditioning. For the apartment we were in, it was 150 Euros for the week

Stylish and absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in (-and I’ve stayed in MANY!) We stayed in sea view room with fantastic view. Very recommendable! Friendly and helpful staff all over

Very comfortable and quality bathroom. If I return would pay extra for the sea view rooms as being able to sit on your balcony and watch sunset would be a bonus

It is end of season now (Oct ) and so hotel was quiet (ish) - would return in September for a little more buzz but it allowed us great choice of sunbeds

Lassi is clearly not the best location on the island. When the hotel is full like in high season you barely have space to go in the swimming pool. Good for 2 nights stay before exploring the rest of the island.

A smart and modern hotel in a great location - minutes by taxi from the airport and close to good beaches! Staff were very polite and courteous - especially Soppo in the main hotel bar who's professionalism was exemplary! My only minor gripe was the huge number of wasps around the pool eating bar, thus making it unpleasant to eat there!

Great sunset, wonderful view of the sea and beautiful garden. Rooms are neat and very clean. Close to different beaches and tourist spots

I stayed for one night before travelling to Patras for work. Nice hotel located on top of Lassi hills, great sea view, located near the airport (noise due to nearby air traffic)

It’s quite steep up from the shops and restaurants but walking is definitely doable for average active person

When I came to the bar again at 10 pm and sat down on a bar stool at the counter for a beer, what I got was a 0,4 L plastic cup again! 10 seconds later another client was served a 0,5 L ice cold glass mug, well filled to the top, at the same price (4,50€), which left me speechless

However, price should be the same according to hotel and taxi, otherwise it means that hotel staff is either not trained/up to date or they call taxis whose drivers rip off hotel clients

Remote location, perfect with a (rented) car, but I wouldn't recommend it without a car. Beautiful swimming pool with a bar. Good room with AC and a terrace on the footpath (no privacy)

Our standard double room on the first floor was clean and comfortable with a tiny balcony with small table and sea views in the distance so very adequate for pre dinner drinks or coffee /brandy at the end of the night

We stayed at the beginning of October for 1 week. We were on the top floor overlooking the main road and with fabulous views of the sea. The room we had was immaculately clean and spacious

Yes; bathroom a little tired, but shower was perfect, as was the bed. Huge wardrobes, loads of coathangers! Pool area and bar very pretty. Bar open til late, really lovely place to finish your evening

The bathroom was clean but small and the bath /shower set up was a bit dated although we believe there is an on going refurbishment program so as this was the only negative of the whole holiday experience at the Princess it was a minor issue

Large bathroom with bath snd shower. Room was cleaned every day and new towels and bedding changed twice. We had an outside balcony which was just ideal for the two of us, with table and two chairs

The pool was really nice with steps leading into it which you could walk down easily. This was especially good for me as I struggle to use steps attached to the side. Extremely friendly and helpful all the time

Brilliant hotel! Very affordable! Ideal if you want somewhere more budget friendly to stay to then be able to still have funds to explore the island. Helpful staff, lots of parking and for free

Chickens would come to the balcony in the morning, the kids loved feeding them. Three minor things wrong with the room, fridge handle broken, insect screen in our bedroom broken, no hand towel holder in the bathroom

If you are fit, it's no problem, especially at night it's an easy walk down to the restaurants on the main strip in Lassi. The pool area is stunning with very comfortable loungers

Lovely hotel location stunning. Yes it's basic but clean tidy and as we were room only everything we expected. Yes it's on step hill but walkable down and 8 euros for a taxi back

This is the only place we have ever returned to, went twice in 2024 and booked again for June 2025. Lassi is just down the road and plenty of eating and drinking places

Beds and the pool was fantastic !!! Coming back next year ! Young man cleans the rooms and really loves what he does and is so helpful

This hotel is what dreams are made of, I have been a travel agent for 32 years and I have never found such good service in any European country, the staff (even this late in the season) could not do enough for us

I was in a room with a wonderful sea view, and whilst the building work in front of the hotel was a bit noisy during the day, you couldn't hear any of it from the pool area

As I sit here listening to the staff unobtrusively close down the hotel for the season, I can hear a cockerel in the distance, birds twittering and looking out to the serene blue Ionian sea

The highlight for me is the staff: the wonderful warm and friendly women who served me coffee through breakfast made me feel so welcome. As a solo female traveller, I find this particularly valuable

The rooms, facilities are second to none, location for restaurants and beach access perfect. If you are looking for a romantic break or fun with friends - do come you won’t regret it

The room was serviced to an excellent standard once a day and bottles of water provided everyday. Breakfast is lovely and served until 11am (which means you can properly unwind)

We have stayed here as a group of girls for 2 years running. The location for the beach is perfect, the pool area is lovely and rooms are great. They had music in the bar on 3 of the nights which was a nice addition

This Hotel is great lovely and clean, sea view rooms worth every penny great sunsets, beach lovely sunbeds were 8 euro for 2 beds and brolly, Breakfast plentful, did not have evening meal as was 30 euros each, plenty restaurants near by, great location would recomend and would stay here again

The hotel closed the day after we left (Sunday 5th October) and the hotel let us keep our room until we left and laid on a complimentary buffet at lunchtime for us to enjoy with drinks included

My son Charlie and his cousin Molly were behind the bar making mocktails with them!! The hotel provides all towels for bath & swimming towels, also provide a lovely dressing gown and slippers

This was the perfect retreat for our 10-day vacation in Kefalonia. It offers a great view of the Argostoli Bay - and a very relaxing terrace with olive trees where to enjoy breakfast or a delicious dinner

We spent 7 nights in a 2-room apartment (40 sqm) and 3 nights in a "maisonette" (85 sqm, basically a 2-level apartment, that can easily accomodate 6 people) - both facing the bay - and both very clean, cosy and practical at the same time

Very nice staff and beautiful balconies. Walk to hotel from the town center is a but uphill but the view is great. One issue though- the wifi was very slow, and this was in the off season without a lot of users.

Liostasi Retreat I want to mention from the start that this was our third consecutive year visiting this wonderful island, but it was our first time choosing the capital, Argostoli

The food packs they provided us with (with sandwiches, jam, fruits and orange juice) came in very handy during our explorations of the island. We really felt welcome and cared for

There is a lovely quiet beach about a 5 minute walk to the right of the hotel - ask staff how to find it, otherwise you wouldn’t know it was there. Small beach, generally quiet but with sun beds and a rustic cafe

Went on a trip to the Drogarati caves and the underground Lake Melissani. Also walked to Argostoli several times (20min walk) and taxied back. Weather was gorgeous about 26-30 degrees whilst we were there

Pool area clean, plenty of beds and there is never more than a few people in the pool at once. Breakfast - plenty of choice and items kept topped up by attentive staff who cleared the tables frequently

The location is ideal, the pool is fantastic, and the bar—just wow! The service, especially during check-in, was seamless and welcoming

The beach was lovely clear waters sandy 15 euros for 2 sunbeds excellent value plenty of places too eat value for money as always would highly recommend the lassi hotel 11/10we will be back next year

We had a lovely 14 nights stay in Lassi Hotel at the beginning of September. Location is excellent, two beaches in a just few minutes walk. Close to the main street with all the restaurants

We booked a sea view room which as we were on the 1st floor this was only if you looked to the side , the balcony is also small but we still really enjoyed our stay, as we were only there 2 nights we didn’t ask for a different room

We had a beautiful sea view from the large balcony, which had 3 sun beds, as well as a table and 2 chairs. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice

It's a beautiful sea view room. It would be better if the sofa bed was better. There should also be an induction cooker for cooking. But the view and convenience are unquestionable

Further, when Alexandra was unwell, Tonine, found the time after her hard day’s work was done in the evening , to come to our suite to check how she was feeling and if there was anything we may need or anything more she could do to help us

Breakfast is an 8 minute walk to a sister apartment block, but is massive. You won’t need lunch! We also popped into the Grand to say hello to Marika (the lovely receptionist) and enjoyed a few drinks in the evenings

A great decision as it has the same wonderful outlook, but more spacious rooms, in our case a suite, and is perfectly situated to enjoy all of Argostoli town without a car

A lovely hotel opposite the harbour at Argostoli, with nice clean rooms, and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was as much as you could eat and covered all tastes. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

We were 5 minutes away from boats trips, less than 5 minutes to the central square. The room was spacious and comfortable, the shower was really good, the wi-fi was strong. We will be happy to come again

Nice and quiet in the evening. You’ll need an eye mask for some of the rooms as the curtains are typical Greek style in that they allow a lot of light in. We didn’t have any trouble parking each day outside the hotel

The small kitchenette in our room was very convenient and having a fridge to store water was useful. A good value hotel for those on a budget. Aircon also very good in the room we stayed in

We stayed for a week, we really recommend peace. always very clean, white marble that stands out. even if the doors and furnishings are a little dated except for the new kitchenette

I also found clothes pegs, detergent and sponge for dishes since there is an equipped kitchenette, excellent location a stone's throw from the centre

to be reached on foot, the only drawback free parking which if you return late in the evening you can often find it in some side street

Nice accommodation with a sea facing balcony , there are facilities for cooking in your room if you wish but the food at Oscars is very good and reasonable so we didn’t bother

Lovely family run hotel, really friendly people running the place, delish cocktails and food. You get the sun all day when day by the pool and can even stay for a beautiful sunset with accompanying cocktails

Location is perfect with access to Lassi, Argostoli and some beautiful local beaches. We found a tiny beach that almost felt private just a short walk away. And to top it off, great value for money

Our only complaints were the towels were air dried outside, so a little rough, and the shower was a bit small with a curtain that wanted to blow inwards! Otherwise, we highly recommend Oskars

My husband and I both tend to struggle to sleep when away from home but we both slept like babies! Breakfast was a real highlight and we were always excited for it each day! We felt totally spoilt during our stay and our holiday left us feeling relaxed and refreshed. We didn't want to leave, which again, is unusual for us both as we can find being away from home difficult

Loved our room and the hot tub which we used often. Everything from the day we arrived was perfect. We loved the breakfasts (although we don’t have big appetites) they were gorgeous

I had booked a city view room as my daughter and I were only in Argostoli for one night, but we were very happy to find that we had been given a sea view room with two beds (large double and single)

Our second stay at Hotel Aggelos and we were not disappointed. Upgraded to a sea view room where we enjoyed watching the cruise ships arrive/depart. Hotel staff and family in this family run hotel cannot be faulted

We stayed here for 2 weeks from 10th June 2025. We booked a superior double room overlooking the sea, the view was amazing. We loved to watch the cruise ships and turtles

Everything in our room was beautifully clean. The balcony made a comfortable spot to watch the cruise ship passengers hurrying back to the ship at the end of the afternoon. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice

The hotel is immaculate and the staff are really nice and polite. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice. We carried our breakfast up to the front of the hotel on a tray and it was a lovely start to the day

It’s a short, scenic journey from the airport to get to the hotel which is good after a long day and a flight! We stayed in a sea view room with a pool and the terrace and we got a lot of use out of it! The kids loved going from the pool at our room, down to the beach, back up to the main pool (every day pretty much!)

We went to Lassi and Argostoli quite a bit and they’re both lovely places, Lassi for the beaches and Argostoli for wandering around, going to the shops, walking along the harbour and having some food (although the food and atmosphere at the hotel is very nice, with good variety)

Very cheap and quick taxi from the hotel (which they arrange for you at reception!) to get to and from both Argostoli and Lassi (although we walked up to Lassi a few times) and the lighthouse is a nice walk as well

My girls love it at Limanaki and all the staff are so nice and good with them (and us!), so we’re very grateful for that

The rooms are so nice and really well kept, the maids and Gabriel were really nice and helpful

We booked within a month to return again at the start of August 2026 and we can’t wait… Look forward to seeing everyone again and another amazing 10 days at Limanaki
