Hotels with sea view in Corfu

Never experienced anything like this, really spoilt the whole trip considering we had literally no other options, felt like the hotel had opened too early in the season as we were hoping for out of season or just beginning of the season but not a ghost town being trapped in the hotel (we even did our research before we travelled)

I came back to Cavomarina Beach Hotel after 2 and a half years, carrying some difficult memories and hoping—quietly—to rewrite my story with this island that has always meant so much to me

What I found was something far more powerful than I expected. Led by Florian—“the boss”—and supported by a team of genuinely incredible people, this place became more than just a hotel

It wasn't until we were leaving after 7nights that we seen some attention being focussed on their beach area which was really dirty and full of rubbish, even guests went to pick up the litter as it was very unsightly

From then on every staff member greeted us with a hello and/or good morning/evening, there all were friendly and attentive and couldn't do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble, from the Hotel manager,to the restaurant manager Michel to the bar staff, the waiters and waitresses, everyone was super friendly, however we must single out one staff member Johny , what an absolute legend that man...

The variety of food was unbelievable, something for everyone's tastes, my son commented on how good the food had been,and he's a tough man to please, so kudos to the hotel for that, the views of the beach and the mountains are stunning, what a place to wake up to

Good for what it is snd the town it serves, room was fine but the beds were hard but you get used to it, the pool is warm but some green stains round the side so the sea was good enough for me, it’s a fair price for the sunbeds aswell the receptionist’s are really kind and friendly L and the aircon is amazing the bar drinks are pretty expensive but there’s a ship down the road u can pop into, the bar...

We stayed half board for ten days. We booked and paid for 2 sunbeds and a parasol at the pool which was tremdous. We wanted somewhere to relax and thats exactly what we got its a tremendous place to stay

The staff at the snackbar were wonderful welcoming and very friendly they couldnt have been nicer. Evenings were very pleasant with a great selection of cocktails and again brilliant staff

what a fabulous holiday we had. When we arrived we were greeted and booked in by a lovely receptionist no probelms at all and were given a ground floor room overlooking the gardens lovely

The location of the property is good

50% of people like us went and purchased a hoody otherwise we would or been very cold as the inside bar wasn't open so it was the lobby with no bar or the outside pool bar apart from when we had a storm and they used that roof bar then but had very little stock no vodka or baileys on that night

There was people from all over the world staying here and even if we didn't know a word of what they was saying a high 5 often the common language we all knew when we was playing the table tennis bochia darts games etc

I think its the time of year and spoke to others from different area on transfer home and their hotel was the same wasps wise so take something to cover your drinks and that should help

overall we had a lovely holiday but mainly down to all our new friends. Thanks guys we will stay in touch as promised

the outside bar in the wind was not the best we would dress up and end up wearing coats to stop the chill

The place is perfect for a romantic getaway for two – peace, quiet, wonderful views (from the balcony and the grounds around the hotel), the sound of the sea, and so on

Our room (111)) was great , nice and big , lovely comfy bed , the only downside ( maybe time of year ) was that the balcony got no sun at all due to the trees in front , a bonus’s for me was the coffee and kettle as I’m up early and enjoy an early coffee The ladies that cleaned our room were lovely and always thorough The food was plentiful , people complain not much choice , I’m really not sure what...

All the staff are amazing Andrea,Spiros and are favorite waiter Vaggelis they couldn’t do enough for you. the room was fantastic with a great sea view the hotel is spotless the gardens are superb

Amazing from the moment we walked in the door arrived late 2230 Eleni got us a drink while we checked in sent are bags to the room and showed us the restaurant where a cold salad cheese and meat buffet was brought out along with wine a great way to start the holiday

The rooms are elegant, spotlessly clean, and cleaned daily. The best part is the staff everywhere – they are incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. And the star among them is Maria

they offer a free minibus to Roda which is very regular and saves the 25 minutes walk it is driven by all the staff at some point from the handyman to even the restaurant manger

We stayed in room 101 with a fantastic view of the runway. Good double glazing so no disturbance during the night. Friendly staff, room cleaned daily with fresh towels every day and bed changed every couple of days

Of course as the hotel is right next to the strip, the aeroplanes are noisy when taking off and landing but the frequency of this isn’t all the time and very easy to adjust too

The blue bus into town also comes right outside the hotel which takes 15 minutes to get in and only 2 euros. And ideal location really! I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

Overall we have had a fantastic time and would definitely come back. The restaurants and beaches are lovely and also provide great service, specifically Skyview Bar

Absolutely fantastic hotel to stay at in Corfu, the staff are wonderful and go above and beyond for customers. I have never felt more welcomed and safe at a hotel

Absolutely loved this hotel, the rooms, the food the staff. 5 stars for Excellent value for money. I will go back there I don't need to try another hotel now

A very pleasant overnight stop just 20 minutes from the airport. However, by the standards of many foreigners, not 4 star - probably lower 3 star

The cocktails were very nice and the food from the grill was outstanding Breakfast was great , it had it all, cooked, cereal, yoghurt, breads , meat, cheese, toast, coffee , juices, cakes and biscuits and probably some stuff I forgot about

The staff couldn't do enough for us room cleaned everyday lovely pool breakfast with excellent plenty of choice effie and Maria on reception was so helpful they tried all day to get a tui rep to contact us very efficient staff hotel was spotless would recommend and definitely stay here again thankyou opera blue hotel gouvia close to shops restaurants and taverners beach 3 minutes away

Aside from a small initial glitch with the keycard (which wouldn't open the room door) and the lack of private parking (which forced you to park in a nearby public parking lot), I'd say this is a true four-star hotel! Recommended!

The room was a great size, with a balcony and bathroom. Although small and windowless, it was new and functional, with a fantastic shower. Water temperature and pressure were good

The location is ideal for Gouvia town, shops and tavernas and also the beach. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis

The pool has got to be one of the biggest in Kavos with sea and mountain views. Just perfect! There is a small supermarket just a few minutes walk away and Kavos is about a 15 minute walk away

Considering the price to stay here, I don't understand what others are complaining about. The hotel definitely deserves a better rating. Yes, the hotel is old but that is shown in the photos

Yes, it's in Kavos which you know before booking. Yes, you have to pay for air con which you also know beforehand. This is the case for most small hotels in Greece

A perfect balance between relaxation and being able to easily go out. And finally, a big mention to Spiros! Our favourite bartender who really made our holiday!

Nice hotel complex on quiet place with several small 2-floor buildings, 2 swimming pools and narrow beach. Friendly staff, very good and varied cuisine. We really enjoyed the stay with 2 years old daughter.

The rooms are traditionally Greek , clean, comfortable and functional , the breakfast room looks over the beach with the most amazing sunrises, typical Greek continental breakfast, plenty of choice plus eggs, bacon, beans etc

We are nearly at the end of a week's break at this lovely family run hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday with a warm welcome, here is the place to stay

Even in August there was plenty of space available! What really makes this hotel are the family that run it! So friendly and helpful. Apartment was really lovely and spacious

Ideally suited for beach lovers. The lunchtime snack menu is ideal again with plenty of choice and reasonably priced

20 mins by car from old Corfu town. 15 mins walks from the Plane spotting bridge. Typical somehow outdated hotel from Corfu. Highlight is the access to the sea that is incredible and it’s worth the stay at this hotel

We are just home after a brilliant holiday at the Oasis. We were happy from the first friendly greeting at check-in right through to the last day three weeks later when we sadly had to say goodbye

Our family from the UK and Greece came during that time and stayed as well and everyone was equally blown away by the welcoming and friendly atmosphere the extremely efficient staff and the wonderful physical environment

The Hotel is situated within easy distance of the airport, the island’s many attractions and the beautiful old Town either by car or bus while being just a short walk up the hill into the olive treed countryside

The views are amazing and the swimming, especially across to the sandy bay, was magnificent. We had half board and our breakfasts were very tasty, nourishing and plentiful, so much to choose from

Smells anywhere aren’t the most pleasant but that due to how the sewage work around the island. Don’t listen to every review on this hotel yes some are accurate but on the whole it was an enjoyable experience

We stayed here as a couple and had the best week exploring Corfu! The hotel staff are incredible and made us feel extremely welcome

There is a smaller selection of food compared to other all inclusive hotels we have visited however we always found something to enjoy

For a first time budget holiday for me and my boyfriend for my birthday this was perfect

From the moment we arrived, however, it felt like we had stumbled upon a hidden gem. Everything from the warm welcome to the beautiful surroundings exceeded our expectations in every way

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach is just steps away, and it’s absolutely beautiful clear water, golden sand, and plenty of loungers to unwind on

He helped us book restaurants in the hotel and showed us the best places to visit around Corfu. He was so patient and kind! We also want to mention the spa receptionist, who was super friendly and pleasant

Despite how busy the hotel was, she still took the time to explain everything patiently, with a genuine smile and so much kindness. She made the whole process feel effortless and personal

2 members of my family were stung ! More needs to be done regarding this. The gym equipment is rusty and does not reflect the image on the web site. I was gutted to discover it was so badly maintained

We had a really lovely stay at the hotel! A huge thank you to Makray, who gave us such a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay

Only 1 bar on an evening ,when the female staff were on alone or together it wasn't uncommon for them to just bugger off for a smoke, you often felt you were an hindrance to them(they would regularly take personal calls or face time there boyfriends)

The food choice was well above what you'd expect at a tui 3 star rated hotel, my only gripe was it was never red hot(I used the microwave as I like my food piping hot)

Be warned. The brochure said that there were stairs in this hotel however there are ALOT not suitable for any one with mobility issues. Food was good rooms were clean and tidy could do with being a little brighter.

Now called Iolida Hotel after being refurbished this year. Situated on the main local bus route to Corfu Town, 2 buses per hour both ways 2

Bus stop right outside hotel entrance next door is a nice wine bar serves perfectly chilled glass of serviong and a large beer 10euros. A small shop on site but cheaper supermarket at the side of the wine bar

Our rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard, clean towels daily, and a few bars receptionist. I would say 80% are Frenh tourists to this hotel as the animation team are French

There weren’t many other English people there, it was mostly Spanish and Italian which we actually really liked. It’s a lovely quiet hotel high up so has a lovely view of mountains and sea

Reception was very friendly and accommodating to our needs, breakfast was delicious, and rooms were clean, bright and modern, and spacious enough for us - not over the top luxury, but great for what you are paying for

100 m to beach, bars, tavernas. Don't use lords transfers from the airport as they drop you off at the main road and you have to walk with your bags to the hotel

The hotel is up a bit of a hill which takes you out of the hustle and bustle but this is only a very short walk away and you’ll find a beach and plenty of nice restaurants. We opted for sea view rooms which were stunning

Wonderful hotel! Great breakfast with lovely staff. Wifi system was acting up during our stay, but you won’t care with the pool and the beach right there. Also, walk one beach further north for a much better swim

The pool and bar area was also brilliant with plenty of seating around the pool as well as food available to order to your seat which was also very good

The real stars are the people who work there, who maintain a sense of luxury through their smiles, good manners and kindness guied by the leader Dimitra, keeping a tired place standing tall! Unfortunatelly, people seem to have forgotten how to enjoy each moment, ever since they learned to criticize negatively things they themselves would never be able to do better I usually read reviews but don't leave...

My first impression upon arrival was disappointing, as a group of guests shouted at me, “Why did you come here? To ruin your vacation? Leave while you still can!” I have to admit, I was a bit alarmed, but I couldn’t understand why they were telling me to leave if they themselves were still staying there

A team of people who made everything seem possible, a pool that was out of order for the first two days after my arrival — but it didn’t really matter, because the beach was only a 10-minute walk away, so getting there without a car was easy

Our room was cool, clean, and bright — a bit worn out, but spotless. Breakfast had plenty of options and fresh fruit every day. Overall, I was very satisfied and I would definitely come back

However i am trully glad i had the chance to realize that everyone's personal experience depends on what they are looking for in their holidays! No this is not a 4 star resort

I believe it’s the simple things that make our holidays unforgettable — not stubbornly staying somewhere you don’t enjoy and ruining the days of others, both guests and staff

We slept very well, our room had a small balcony which was lovely to sit on in the evening as it was so quiet and pretty. The pool was lovely and area clean and well maintained, plenty of sunbeds and parasols

It's very central very clean breakfast very minimal. Evening meal same but definitely need covers on food.Also mirco wave as food is too cold for me.

We’ve stayed at the Seabird Hotel twice so far. The first time it was just because it was a cheap and cheerful holiday close to the beach with a substantial breakfast and dinner included

A good place for your vacation 🌊☀️🏖️i think they have all inclusive program for food,in the backyard its also a pool and its not far from the sea ,for people with disabilities i don't recommend, they dont have elevator and the stairs to the room are not wide, it's a two floor hotel

The location was just right too, beautiful beach 2 mins away with warm clear sea 🌊 😍. Tavernas, entertainment, supermarkets, travel agents etc were right on your doorstep. Would I go here again? In a heartbeat, loved it!

Hotels are not usually required to offer drinks with lunch/dinner, but Seabird had a barrel of water available with every meal! The room was lovely, too

The rooms were cleaned daily, and even the bed linen and towels were changed daily (without us having to ask). Corfu Town is a maximum 20-minute drive away. Excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance

We booked the hotel at the last minute on our way to Corfu, and it exceeded our expectations. It’s a very clean hotel located in a quiet area, with extremely helpful staff. There is enough parking available

The staff was fantastic, very attentive and friendly. The accommodation is situated in a quiet and safe bay and offers wonderful views. The breakfast was varied and delicious

The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers and three sunbeds. The double room was nice, the bathroom had a window, and the balcony offered views of the sea and Corfu Town

I stayed for a full week with my family!! Brand new hotel less than two years very spacious room central A/C big bathrooms!!! Friendly staff very polite Class Act!!!!! Tasty breakfast with delicious choices!!!! Highly recommended for families or Loving Birds!!!!

The pool is beautiful and poolside bar has great drinks and lovely food. The room was very modern and contemporary. We also had a hot tub on our balcony. The view from the balcony over look Gouvia marina which was great

We had a very great time at this hotel,,, everything and everyone was perfect!!!! The food was tasty and for me because I am gluten free they had special meal every day!!! Our room was beautiful,, we had every day service with clean towels and bedsheets changed every second day,,, the location was excellent for us because the sea was near by and there were a lot of shops with souvenirs and restaurants...

Decent hotel overall. The food was okay, but everything was completely underseasoned. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned every day.

We also can't say a bad word about custome service, as we felt very welcomed:) There's also a bus stop near the entrance to the hotel, so it was very convenient (we travelled a lot by bus)

Room was decent. We had issues with the shower but they were quickly resolved. AC is free, and the beds are ok (4/5). Would recommend for this price

A beautiful and well-designed hotel right by the sea. Spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. The beach bar completes the experience, making the stay truly memorable.

As it is tucked away from the strip itself so it feels a lot more safe and secure. This hotel is on the beach so there is a great view of the sea

this was an unexpected service that island provided and it was greatly appreciated. All staff including cleaners and receptionist and all bar staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as it was

Dimitri is a fantastic host and really looked after us during our stay at the beginning of October. He helped arrange our boat trip and gave us some great ideas for our time in Kavos

The Hotel is exactly as advertised and photographed and is exactly on the beach and very central to the strip. Would most definitely book in to island again when we return to Kavos

All staff were really friendly and spoke with us a lot throughout our stay making them very pleasant to deal with. Even entertaining us in the bar on a rainy day in kavos
