The resort is huge so although it was full, you couldn’t feel it. Nice activities, lots of pools, you can always find a spot with a sun bed in one of the pools. The variety of food is good and you can can always find what (and where) to eat. We had a great time!

This is a lovely resort, really quite unique as it's like being in a village. There are 7 restaurants which is nice as you can have a different dinner experience instead of the buffet all the time. Really nice hotel which was let down by management deciding to start shutting down the resort for the end of season half way through our stay. Two of the three non-buffet restraints had closed 3 days before our departure . Spin and other classes finished 4 days before our departure.

Next time I go, I think I'll plan to stay a little longer. It was so comfortable and nice that I almost regretted my short stay. The pool was much longer and larger than it appears in the photos, and I was impressed by the design, which allowed everyone in the room to enjoy the pool close to home.

The hotel is really great, with beautiful sea views and a super large swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun. I had a wonderful time at the hotel! I loved the spa, the pool and had the best night sleeps! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property was well maintained and beautiful. The staff from housekeeping, bar, concierge, wait staff to front desk were fantastic. They all went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and valued. Thank you all for an enjoyable time.

Great hotel Great hotel with many facilities. Lots of pools, nice spa, great gym and nice grounds. The restaurants are good and many options. Unfortunately they don’t label the foods in the buffet well. This makes it hard for vegans, people with allergies etc, I am sure they could do a little better on this!

Heaven on earth, we spent Christmas and New Year with you and my husband has not stopped talking about it since. The staff were amazing and went the extra mile on everything. We enjoyed our stay. All the hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is extremely family friendly. The only downside was the limited variety of fruits available at breakfast.

The place is very clean, stylish and a real 5-star hotel. Rooms are very clean & nice. Great atmosphere. We went to free Pilates session & cookie session. Service is very accommodating, sauna open specially for us untill 21:00 instead of 18:00. Food is nice but only 1 restaurant available during low season.

One of the authentic hotels in crete island. It was built in 1964 originally. It seems renovated recently. Good view on harbor side. Hotel staffs are friendly and professional. Only weak point is GYM 🏋️‍♀️ facilities. Relatively small and lack of machines. Smell from the gym is not good..

The hotel is in an ideal location. But I would never call this a 5 star hotel the toilet was dirty the swimming pool was small. For 5 stars i expected alot more. Furthermore on their website it said that they have parking. Amazing hotel with great friendly staff. The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety with traditional Greek food and gluten free and organic options. It is centrally located to the old town and lots of bars and restaurants. The bus Center is near by too.
