Clean and comfortable and enough room for 2 people. Convenient for restaurants. Easy parking on site. Bathroom well equipped. Very good value for the price.

everything was great in the room. the staff was polite and helpful. big parking outside. would have been nice to have an electric kettle in the room.

Bad management. Very rude and unhelpful, especially when I pointed out rooms have bed bugs. Be careful, no matter how they respond below. They make up stories and excuses.

Everything perfect, with easy parking even for lowered cars

Decent stay. No frills.
Decent stay with no frills. Staff efficient and helpful. Beds ok but room not as clean as I would have liked it. Shower had hot water and bathroom a bit small but workable. Wi-Fi ok in room but not available on balcony. Plenty of parking. Short walk to small tavernas and cafes. Longer drive to Ionnina. Might consider staying there again.

Nice little hotel right close to the Perama Caves, and a quaint little bakery. Def recommended 👌

We stayed at a small 2 bedroom apartment for one night. Was super clean, easy to park and close to the most beautiful cave I have ever visited.

Although I find "Boutique Hotel" a gross overstatement, we were quite happy with the hotel. Although it's age is showing, the rooms were big, there were TVs in both rooms of the suite, the bathroom had been refurbished nicely, there was free wifi and the breakfast was satisfactory.

The price was reasonable.

The hotel is 3 minutes by foot from the cave but several minutes drive to the city center.

Overall I definitely recommend it.

I've stayed for vacations at Ioannina , I've talked with very friendly/professional and funny personnel. Food was great , the room was astonishing clean and huge and quiet. Literally the best you should give them a try you will be surprised!
