Exceptional stay right in the heart of Ioannina. New boutique hotel that has 12 newly designed rooms with all the amenities. We stayed for our Anniversary and they surprised us with a heart decoration on the bed… great attention to detail. Owners are exceptional! Would highly recommend

Five miles out of town, rather isolated but peaceful and convenient for Ioannina Hospital where my husband had been taken. Otherwise a car would be desirable. I had a room reserved for two nights but my flight in Athens was delayed, so only stayed one night November 2024. My room was on the third floor with a great view of the lake and mountains. I did have an issue with the keypad to my room door, but the staff were very helpful in getting it fixed. My room had a safe and nice bed. Because I am from the States I was not able to find where the heating system...

Loft room furniture not positioned pratically. Bed under roof window making it hotter and uncomfortable during 38 degree days. Air con not cooling enough. However nice and clean and staff lovely.

The room was comfortable but we could hear the noise from the people walking in the corridor. Our room was labelled lake view which may be true in winter where trees do not have leaves but not in summer. There is a parking in the hotel. The reception is only open until 4pm, so we had to call to get the pin to check in and access our room.

This is a great boutique hotel in a quiet location near many restaurants around the lake. The rooms are modern and clean and a basic breakfast is included. Can recommend this hotel for good value in a relaxed and central location to most areas of interest.

The hotel has been great with an amazing view over the lake. It's very close to the city center, like 10 minutes of walking. The staff has been extremely friendly and the breakfast really good. You will definitely not regret choosing this hotel

The location of the hotel is right downtown. It offers a lot of options for restaurants and quick access to the castle. The room was decent and offered a view over the city. The staff was helpful with their recommendations. Good stay!

I found the hotel to be basic but comfortable. It is a short walk from the sights so it worked out fine.

The room was really old. the sound is definitely not isolated in the room we can hear everything from the exterior but except that it was a nice hotel. The staff was nice and it’s well located in the center. They gave me advice on what to visit and where.

Visited Ioaninna and King Pyrros provided everything I expected. We spent a couple of nights and had a pleasant stay. Service at the front desk was attentive and prompt. The bedroom had all basic amenities including a fridge and AC. The drainage and general condition of the bathroom could have been better but the bedroom was totally satisfactory. Clean and tight no reception online with Code Exzess to the rooms and entrance. The only thing why only 3 stars the walls are so thin you could hear evan a needle drop on the floor from the guy across the street. So when u are a light sleeper do not evan think about it. An amazing apartment, very clean, great views, quiet location , comfortable atmosphere and very modern design and decor. The apartment is situated near our points of interest and there even was a supermarket and bakery coming out of the apartment which was really useful. Hotel is located in not really interesting area, about 1km from the center. It is very loud area with frequent traffic that made it impossible for us to sleep with windows open. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is modern and very clean. The rooms are suites, great to have a separate living and sleeping area with a balcony. The breakfast was a real treat fresh bakery and ample selection of eats. About 20 minutes walk to the castle and main tourist area. Only 4 euros by taxi. Everything was very good. Only the curtains of the bath was sort so the water was going out. The breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly, the towels and sheets was very clean and I believe that if I will come again and stay in Ioannina I will stay here again

The hotel was incredible. The room was large, clean and warm. The bed was so comfortable. They had a large breakfast buffet. Violeta greeted us and gave us tips and advice on what to do and see. We first stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and loved it so much, we returned. Rooms were clean and spacious with views of the lake. Good selection for breakfast, plenty of parking on site and only a few minutes drive to the centre.

Small country hotel with spa available for guests. Convenient location just NW of Ioaninna and offering a lake view. Clean and comfortable room with good air conditioning in July. Courteous staff provided a nice breakfast overlooking lake but charged extra for coffee.

Not 4 stars Certainly not a 4 star hotel. The restaurant was closed for dinner 3 out of 4 days. Service was average. Friendly reception, but breakfast lady was not friendly. Location near the lake is beautiful.

Excellent hotel with private parking and the best value for money in Ioannina . Great breakfast with the best cheese pie we ever tasted and many homemade Greek pastries, we recommend it for anyone who wants to have the best value for money . We payed 68 euros and we hope to visit again soon.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average, but the breakfast room was quite nice. The room was clean and the bathroom looked newer than other side of the room. The beds were ok. The room looked old, the carpet was terrible and bumpy. Glass door to the bathroom is very terrible choice. Views from the window were poor. Noise from other rooms and from the streets was very annoying...

Lovely little hotel, but outside Ioannina proper, in a neighbouring village. Misrepresented their location on the booking site, which is why I'd booked in the first place. Asked for a double bed - got two single instead. Oh well.
