Nice views
The Accommodation is one of the most modern and remarkable in the area. It is located just 3 minutes from the center of Ioannina in the area of Perama (where the famous Cave is located)
My wife and I visited it during the Christmas holidays, with a few availability in the area but nevertheless they served us even though we booked at the last minute. The rooms are probably one of the most spacious we have ever stayed in, very warm (with outside temperatures of 4-5 degrees).
We were very satisfied with the room, but also with the communication and the hospitality of the owners.

A real surprise! Everything is excellent: rooms are huge, beautiful, clean, comfortable. There's everything you can need. A very quiet location, very nice owner, kind and professional. Whenever it will be, I'll be back! Highly recommended
Amazing value for money, spotless big and well decorated room, comfortable bed, nice view from the balcony and on site parking.
Really nice place. The rooms were beautiful and the garden and balconies were filled with flowers. The owners were very lovely, friendly people. It is a good location for visiting the cave and town of Ioannina.

I've stayed for vacations at Ioannina , I've talked with very friendly/professional and funny personnel. Food was great , the room was astonishing clean and huge and quiet. Literally the best you should give them a try you will be surprised!
