Clean and tight no reception online with Code Exzess to the rooms and entrance. The only thing why only 3 stars the walls are so thin you could hear evan a needle drop on the floor from the guy across the street. So when u are a light sleeper do not evan think about it. I must say i arrived around 4 pm with headache tried to sleep every car every person on the street talking i could hear. A car alarm went off 3 times in 30 minutes ( not the fould of the hotel) but the walls are really thin. So when you are young dont care about noise go for it

The room was large and spacious but still unacceptable. There was no hot water so we had to take a cold shower in December when it was 4 degrees outside. There were hairs from previous guests all over the house, along with dust and dirty spots. It doesn't match the price and I don't recommend it at all!!!!

An amazing apartment, very clean, great views, quiet location , comfortable atmosphere and very modern design and decor. The apartment is situated near our points of interest and there even was a supermarket and bakery coming out of the apartment which was really useful. The breakfast was amazing and the owner was very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is located in not really interesting area, about 1km from the center. It is very loud area with frequent traffic that made it impossible for us to sleep with windows open. There is no parking around, so you need to find your own spot in streets around. Room was small, a bit too simple, but clean. Bathroom is outdated and it needs some love - especially shower curtains and toilet seat. AC in room is positioned directly above the bed, so it’s very hard to set it up to cool down the hot room with windows closed because of traffic noise, but not to have direct cold air current directed at your head. Breakfast was acceptable, mostly based on frozen pastry baked in oven. There is actually no kitchen, just one small room with ovens, fridge and sliding door hiding the only toilet in lobby/bar area. It was strange using the toilet while you feel the heat and smells from ovens just few feet away from you. Staff was friendly and helpful! If the hotel was 2 star place priced well below the price we payed for it, I wouldn’t write a review this harsh. But since I was expecting 4 star hotel, it was a disappointment.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is modern and very clean. The rooms are suites, great to have a separate living and sleeping area with a balcony. The breakfast was a real treat fresh bakery and ample selection of eats. About 20 minutes walk to the castle and main tourist area. Only 4 euros by taxi. A splendid place to visit beautiful Ioannina.

Everything was very good. Only the curtains of the bath was sort so the water was going out. The breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly, the towels and sheets was very clean and I believe that if I will come again and stay in Ioannina I will stay here again

Everything was quite nice. The only thing that could change, is the bathroom. Also, in the evening the water was cold and I couldn't shower. But, the overall experience was good and would definitely go again.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is breakfast included in the price. The balconies are large. The hotel is close to the center and the lake so you can walk easily to these locations. There are markets close to the hotel. The bathroom, however, needs to be improved.

Lets start with the bad: bad service and no reception after 1600 o clock, i had to take a call so to have a password and get in after a long and tired day. They told me that they sent the password by mail (to expedia!!!???) as an excuse, the bathroom was very small. And now the good : quite place and clean room. i have to mention that the receptionist at the checkout was impolite and when i asked for a receipt for my residence tax she responded that she can't give me, after a lot of explanations and bad mood by her shelf she understand what i am asked for and problem solved.

Way to expensive for what you get.
Loud neighborhood, very close to very busy road.breakfast is prepared in the room shared with the toilet, which honestly surprised us.
