Nothing to phone home about it suppose but all edible and nice enough. Pool - pools were good, large with a kids pool which my daughter had great fun in

where to start, first off, this resort is not a 5*. It may be on paper but for service and variety it is not. On arrival you only get one bottle of water in the fridge for a Junior suite with a private pool room

The buffet in the main restaurant was very good to be honest loads of choice

Drinks - all the traditional cocktails were terrible, we couldn't drink them. Stick to the beer, easy mixers, and if you like coffee ask for a cafe frappe with Irish cream

The resort could be doing with opening another bar for a quiet experience. Near the pool or on the beach etc. The beach was fine, I would say the beds on the beach seem old and one broke when I sat on it

The grounds are well kept and the rooms are clean and spacious, the cleaners are the star of the show and work wonders. The food whilst nice enough gets very repetitive very quickly

Lovely time at Levante Beach resort on the iske of Rhodes Greece. Food great tennis coaching excellent and Aquaerobics great fun

Really great accommodation and staff were very friendly and accommodating, lovley beach and walks to town with nice scenery with family and friends

We stayed at the hotel at the end of September and begginig of October and had a brilliant ecperience. The staff was very kind and helpful, food was great and there was quiet a variety at the bufet each day

The excursion to Rhodes Old Town is well worth doing. A short coach ride away, this beautiful medieval city was fascinating to explore and offers some great eating out options

The rooms are clean and functional, although being located at the back of reception, we were subjected to early morning techno and evening pumping house from the workout area

Food is plentiful, and varied, the buffet style eating means food does not stay hot, and eating later in the sitting meant a quieter dining room, but even colder food

Food canteen, buffet style is repetitive but good healthy food and and yummy, although some of the dishes were very salty

As a vegetarian it would be nice to see a few more options but I still came away from every meal well fed! And then the lovely barmaid Sophia who provided great entertainment and conversation in the evenings, and has her amazing list of cocktails - she is a credit to the hotel! Along with all the other amazing staff, including Panos who work long and hard jobs and don't get enough credit for it

The manager and staff are very nice and friendly, especially the bartender at the main bar Sophia. She makes some really nice drinks, and puts on amazing playlists, and is just really nice to talk to

There's a friendly and casual vibe, the grounds are a small paradise, cats are an added bonus - this is the second year I'm bringing back a greek rescue from the hotel

We will most definitely be back again - we wish we could live here! We also recommend the sky bar restaurant in Afandou which is an easy 20 minutes walk away

The local restaurant Taverna Tsambikos and take away grill house To Chorio were excellent recommendations from the staff. We'd definitely rebook this venue

Each villa has its own plungepool and ours was nicely furnished. Some fixtures were loose ( curtain rails) so care needed when drawing curtains butith

An okay place to stay, location is good for driving around the island and seeing everything. Definitely not somewhere you would want to stay if you haven't hired a car

Fantastic place to stay. We had a wonderful time in the apartment. Amazing pool all to ourselves, spacious accommodations, large balcony with a lovely view and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

On the plus side there was nice views of the mountains and the sea either side of the villa, the staff were helpful and friendly. If the pool was warmer and cleaner the outside area would have been absolutely perfect

You shouldn’t be allowed to reserve the ‘best seats in the house’ and then clear off back to bed! Staff were all very friendly, if you make the effort to talk to them rather than just demanding drinks they will appreciate it

The reason for writing it while I am still here is twofold:- 1 - I am going to be far too busy when I get home to think about it 2 - I can give a much more thorough review if everything is still in front of me so to speak My opinion, and let’s face it, that is all you have on here, is that a lot of the enjoyment of a holiday is down to the people that you end up holidaying with

Despite the hotel still being open for the final week, some foods started reducing / lowering quality at all inclusive, nightly shows stopped, kids club closed, there were more maintenance workers around seeming to prepare for closure

I always read reviews before I book a holiday, so I was very much reliant on other people’s opinions before booking this hotel for an all inclusive 10 day break in October

I would recommend the hotel despite some of the above as i don’t expect perfection at all and it really was a fab holiday, but it just felt that there was some end of season fatigue in some areas and some areas for improvement

This hotel is especially worth visiting because of the people who work there, but also for the delicious food, great location with beautiful garden and pleasant beach, and excellent facilities for children

Bus stop is near hotel, which is very convenient. However, cleanliness should be improved — in a four star hotel there should not be yellow stains in the basin, and rooms should be cleaned under the beds

You need to put 1 sifn where people smoke!!!! After dinner the bar que unaccatble 1 or 2 people working que outside tbe lobby!!! Thats hotel very good with small kids under age 8 but tbe oldest they bored

We spent our holiday with our 4 year old daughter at Irene Palace Beach Resort last June, and this year we decided to return because of what we appreciated most — the family atmosphere and warm welcome

Throughout our stay we felt that the staff really loves children, so we felt safe, relaxed and comfortable. The stuff talked with the kids, smiled, remembered their names, and did their best to make us feel at home

Pool and loungers were nice and quiet (although we went early June so families hadn't arrived) so it was 14 days of sun and relaxation. Many thanks to all at Zoes and I would definitely recommend this great hotel!

The food at the hotel was really good, including the buffet breakfast which is all you can eat! The hotel is a 20 min walk from Falaraki town or there is a bus stop just at the top of the road with access to Rodos and Lindos

Bar open all day and in evening. Walkable to town (25 mins) though a few hills. Hit and miss bus outside but either packed or doesnt turn up, only 4 picks per day

The restaurant menu was very good, with the Moussaka, Giouvetsi, Gyros and Souvlaki dishes being really good. The bar drinks were all good and reasonably priced

14 days of bliss! The hotel is a hidden gem, a 15 minute walk to Ladiko and Anthony Quinn beaches. Rooms were large and modern and exceptionally clean. Rooms were cleaned and sheets changed every day which is great

We booked a week stay at the Lydia Maris for a half term break - me, my partner and our 5 year old. Lovely hotel with great facilities. Plenty of space to relax around the pool. The beach was less than 10 mins away

The room was perfect for our needs, the beds were comfortable. It was in need of some bits and pieces that needed improving but as it was the end of the season I would expect those to be done by next year

The cleaners worked really hard and our room was always clean with fresh towels. Pizza bar and gyros was amazing as well and really good that you can just go up and grab something to eat and not be restricted on times

Some of them had closed as it was coming towards the end of the season but there was still plenty to do if you wanted to. The food and drinks were great - plenty of options

It would be good if the food labelling was a bit clearer - I picked up some stuffed mushrooms that had meat in them and I’m veggie. Staff were available but busy so not that easy to get the info you need

There are some bars (I recommend Oasis), but just a few streets; after that, not much. I recommend renting a scooter from Max Moto, just one street away from the hotel. For coffee, I recommend To Nisaki café by the sea

Unusually bad weather Rhodes this time of year. However can't fault the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the staff went out of there way to look after us

Attention to detail, the staff knew what we wanted to drink as soon as we went to the bar. Staff was so friendly and welcoming everyday. Manager vasisils was fantastic! Always onsite

Sea – A bit farther, about 10 minutes’ walk. The beach is average, not great but not terrible either. Negatives – The hotel Wi-Fi is basically just for show, practically unusable

So friendly and always made sure guest where very looked after. Food was great with lots of choice and different varieties every night

On departure day, we asked if we could take a shower (we no longer had a room), and they gave us towels… Reception really gives the impression that nothing is impossible

The food was good always something there, greek and english food, the drinks were great for an all inclusive. The rooms are a bit small but your only there to sleep and change etc!! We will definitely be back

All staff works hard and efficient with serving, cleaning etc, food was as always repetetive as most all inclusive are, but very good throughout 14 days, good work Ahmed 😀, have no complaints, maybe bathroom is a little small, but also not a real problem

The hotel is generous in its atmosphere, is not far from three beaches, for a 3-star offers a really good value for money. The staff is friendly and helpful

Food is tasty, well cooked, good choices for everybody. It is a 3 star plus hotel, better than others. It is very close to the beautiful sandy harbor beach and the other 2, and a short walk to the main commercial area

Nice hotel typical greek the food was mainly greek but always something for everyone great salads. The rooms are a decent size although the shower cubicle was small the all inclusive drinks were a good choice

Air-conditioning in our room was working and was not too strong (we did not get sick as we do sometimes during very hot weather, when using A/C is necessary). Any misgivings are possible to negotiate at the reception

Not a big hotel which was perfect as it meant there were enough sunbeds, the food was good - especially the Greek night dinner

The beaches are a 5 minute walk away which was amazing and the water is so clear. Buses ran often, are cheap and bus stops are close to hotel. The hotel would have some DJ nights and the DJ is very good

but clean with friendly, efficient staff. Wonderful food, plenty of choice and very tasty. Good pool area no fighting for sunbeds but is in need of some new sunbeds, a few broken ones

Great hotel, very kid friendly, the best hotel and main hotel we have been, although our suitcases did not arrive and were delayed for a day and a half, the hotel did everything to make it fun and good, began to physically hug us and tell us about such cases, give gifts to children, improve the room

Everything was clean, the room cleaners do a great job, I noticed on these reviews there are posts about cleaners stealing aftershave, this news went around the resort like wildfire, I don't believe for one minute the staff stole these items and it was a review from a bunch of people out to cause the owners problems, probably the ones screaming and shouting at stupid o'clock as I've mentioned above

Great Honeymoon Vacation It was a wonderful honeymoon experience as a couple. The buffet has a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is always fresh and of good quality

Excellent hotel, little bit outside Faliraki which lends itself to peaceful & quiet atmosphere. Views from the restaurant & pool are very good, overlooking all of Faliraki beach and town

Food was good we only ate there one night as there was plenty of places to explore in Faliraki (walkable) and Rhodes (taxi €24 from reception)

We go to Marianna Palace every year as a couple. A good mix of ages and nationalities, we fnd the service excellent and a great base for us in a quiet town. i always reccomend it and return every time we come to rhodes

The rooms are good, sure the odd bug but its Greece, your going to get that because of the climate. Rooms are clean and the domestic staff who do this are freindly and work hard

I have never felt out of place? Germans love Greece too! Bus services good to Rhodes town, Faliraki not so great, i'd reccomend taxis as bus seervices can be erratic

After reading some poor reviews I was skeptical about our holiday to this hotel but from our experience there was nothing poor about it!! Staff are friendly and helpful, food was lovely, different mains every day of our week stay and very tasty

Always free sunbeds no matter what time of day you arrived around the pool. Room basic but clean and cleaner came in every day

We moved to the Leonardo Kolymbia after staying in another hotel in the next resort which was not a very nice hotel at all and we didn’t want to continue our holiday there

Good location and a free beach shuttle was a plus but the rooms were an issue with air conditioning being an optional extra for €40! Also several times during our stay we woke up with a stray cat on the bed

We had a brilliant 2 weeks at Venezia, the food was amazing, so much choice. The all inclusive drinks were lovely. The entertainment was brilliant, credit to Nino, Rio and the team. The staff are friendly and helpful

There is a variety of pools, with different atmospheres to suit your taste. Day time activities in the pool were good fun. The waterslides were also great

One down side was that the poolside bathroom did not have soap for 2 consecutive days. There was a good variety of food and drinks

The bathroom could definitely do with a refurb as the shower looked very grubby and we found what looked like an animal dropping in the corner of the floor

The rest of the bar staff and the staff from the snack bar and ice cream shack didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and never interacted with us

The porter who took us to our room was really friendly and pointed out all the attractions and took our luggage to the first floor

I really think the toddler slide area would benefit from being heated as my daughter’s lips would turn blue after a while

It's a great hotel with a good price and great conditions The rooms are big, comfy, clean and have AC. The food is good, fresh and there is a lot to choose from. Drinks and the alcohol are good

Swimming shoes, swimming glasses, souvenirs, water, snacks, toothbrush etc. 4 minutes away on foot there is also a market where you can buy other needed stuff. The beach is really close so thats another benefit

Kolymbia village nearby so you can go and buy souvenirs, try local food etc without a problem. Also there is a small shop in the hotel where you can buy everything you need eg

Everyone from the staff is helpful, kind and caring. The owner is a really friendly, helpful and kind man. Barmans also are great and after a week we became like brothers from another mothers

The location is nice because there is a bus stop right next to the hotel that can get you to Rhodes city and Lindos for just 4 euro/person

The hotel is not big, not noisy. Good location, close to the beach, shop, bus stop. All local attractions are within walking distance. Delicious buffet breakfasts, there are also portioned dishes
