Overall the Hotel was a nice place and very friendly, it was very clean and plenty of space for all of the guests. The pools were nice and many toilets scattered around. Food - the food was average not much choice but enough for everyone. There were 2 places to eat which was nice to mix things. The drinks were nice and a lot of choice the lager was good quality and tasted proper, however it would have been better if bottles of water were available as only 2 provided in the room and if you wanted more you’d have to purchase them yourself Room - the room we had was quite outdated but had everything you need and the bed was comfy just could do with a bit more decoration Sickness- unfortunately we both fell very sick with a bug whilst staying and have read another review with someone saying this was going around and a few people we spoke to also had this bug Entertainment - the entertainment were all incredibley friendly and a pleasure to speak to. They were always doing their best to make sure you are enjoying your stay. Ultimately this was a relaxing stay and in a nice place just would have been better with a few minor changes Thank you!

We had an average stay at this hotel. We had to carry our suitcases up flights of stairs to our room as we had one of the rooms by the small pool. We were shocked by how run down the rooms were and cracks in the balcony floor so could easily cut your feet. We had problems with our shower where water would come out of the drain on the bathroom floor and flood the floor. We reported it to the reception staff but didn’t seem to care and claimed it was a common occurrence. The same day we spoke to the manager in the evening who was a lot more understanding and tried to get someone to take a look and a few days later the same thing happened to which we were then offered a bigger room however we only had two days left of our stay. Reception staff need training on how to speak to customers The animation team 5*, they were absolutely amazing and were the heart and soul of this hotel that keeps it going and a big reason for the 4/5 review. Denis, Mike, Victoria and Greta were always so lovely to my partner and I. We’d always have a laugh with them and they made us feel so welcomed. We loved doing aqua yoga, water volleyball and water polo. A couple of days we went out and explored Rhodes old town, took E-scooters from the hotel which depends on where you go price wise but very reasonable. Lovely beaches and lovely places to eat out that are only 20/30 minutes walk from the hotel. We explored falaraki night life that was amazing and lots of bars and restaurants - plenty of choice. The restaurant had a good selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner but a few times food was cold but didn’t affect us too much and other days were lovely. The bar staff at the pool were very friendly but it wasn’t until we saw that they empty the drinks onto the grass and put in a bin bag and then just wash them out with water and re-use them for the next customers etc which isn’t pleasant. Overall we had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed coming to Rhodes. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a fanyastic time at Cyprotel Faliraki! The hotel has a greate atmosphere and veey friendly staff who really do their nest to make everyone feel wwlxome. The food was exvellent, specially the Greek Night. It was also hard to stay away feom the desserts ... wveeyrhing looked and taste and tasted delicious! The animation team brought great energy every day , had fun playing the water polo. The fresh souvlaki coooked by rhe pool by the managent team was another special touch. A big thank you as well Roxana, the Guest Relations Manager, who was always around with a amile , ready to help with anything. We has a wonderful holiday and are already Looking forward to coming back!

Myself,my brother and his 2 kids arrived and not given much instructions to our room which took us a while to find. When we found our room and went inside it was not what we expected at all very run down, the beds were all stained and the curtains. There was mould in our bathroom and the tiles in the bathroom and room were chipped and broken. The beds were very uncomfortable. Also drain in the bathroom overflowing anytime you had a shower. The pool was nice but never seen anyone cleaning it and the sunbeds were on muddy grass which put us off there was only a small space around the other side that was on tiles but other than that it was on muddy grass. Seen staff throwing leftover drinks on the grass which proberly doesn't help. Food was awful not alot of choice for kids and it was cold all the time. Meat was not kept under hot plate. There was beef one night which was still very rare and as for someone who likes there meat well done and when asked if can cook abit more I was told no. We actually ate out some nights which cost us more. Toilets around the hotel was awful never any toilet roll or anything to dry your hands. They was not clean at all. Staff were not very friendly at all were quite rude apart from one blonde lady at reception and lifeguard at pool was proberly the most friendly. Honestly I wouldn't bother wasting your money!!!.

Just about to leave today after a great holiday with family and friends. Had a fantastic holiday, the kids absolutely loved it. The entertainment team made it even better they were brilliant throughout our stay especially Greta , Matilda and Dennis, always stopping to say hello and ask us how we were and how our holiday was going. There was a good selection of food, the hotel was in a great location with some stunning views especially from the restaurant with its outside terrace. The rooms were basic and tired but very clean and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. A lovely chilled week away.

I had one of the worst experiences at Cyprotel Faliraki. During my stay, my gold necklace was stolen from my 2 year olds change bag by Mira who was cleaning our room at the time and the only other person who had been in our room. I reported the theft immediately to the guest relations manager Roxanna, expecting at least some concern or support. Instead, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of professionalism. No apology — just a shrug and the sense that they wanted me to drop it and move on. It’s incredibly upsetting to lose something valuable, but it’s even more infuriating when the people responsible for guest welfare don’t take you seriously. We were told on the first evening of arrival that there was no point putting stuff in the safe in our room as it still wouldn’t be safe. Security at this hotel is clearly lacking, and if something goes wrong, don’t expect any help.

We have just returned from a 10 day vacation and cannot fault the hotel. Rooms were basic but whongoes on holiday to worry about the room! Our 2 boys (9&14) particularly enjoyed the water slides which they spent a good 2 or 3 hours there every day. The staff were superb and so helpful and hard working ensuring the place was kept clean and tidy and tending to our every need. The entertainment team were also immensly helpful throughout our stay with various different options to keep the holidaymakers happy, the Halloween Horror House they set up was quality and we were certainly spooked by the live actors involved. We would absolutelt reccomend this place to anyone looking for a family friendly holiday within walking distance of Falaraki.

Roxann and the lifeguard on the bridge were two lovely members of staff and amazing at their jobs. The two ladies at reception were extremely rude. 90% of the sunbeds are on grass. So when you went from Sunbed to pool, it became extremely muddy. People went from Sunbed to pool and back again so the pools were quite muddy and one was very cloudy, and only once did we see one been cleaned, food was good, and something for everyone. Drinks were poor,entertainment wasn’t great, entertainment was a pool bar, which only had 30 plastic chairs to hold a couple of hundred people, lots of people went to the entertainment only to see it had very few chairs and left. We were given room 7110 which is up a sheer Hill as I have osteo arthritis I could not get up this . I NEED TO OUTLINE THIS: please take this on board, this is not for people with mobility disabilities, it does not cater for people with mobility problem's! It has very uneven steps everywhere, one of the members of staff told me they do not advertise this as they want people through their doors, they do not cater for people with mobility problems. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. If you want cheap this is the hotel for you, if you want cheerful, don’t bother!!

Large family holiday (23 of us, adults, teenagers, primary age and a toddler) We had the best time, the food was lovely - always something to choose, very fresh and clean. The staff in the restaurant were always polite and smiling. The entertainment was excellent, the team worked really hard everyday. Pools are clean and there are plenty of sunbeds around. The beach is a 15 min walk and has great snorkelling. There are 2 things that need to be improved - the drinks could be better, the beer and orange juice is ok but the fizzy, wine & cocktails weren’t very nice. They also need to provide more seating around the entertainment area, not in the little stadium but by the bar area. There were only a few tables available. All in all an excellent holiday. I would definitely visit again.
