Ladiko Garden in Faliraki

We were staying in another hotel, 15 mins walk, and found this restaurant when walking. Stopped for a drink, and then came there for a few more times to have also food. Very and very good food and service. Quite high class to my taste. The rooms are expensive for us, but coming for a food and drink is just perfect value.

An all around fantastic stay at Panorama Studios. it was affordable, cheerful and safe. We were well looked after. A fantastic team of staff in place that were helpful when we needed support to order taxis or queries about recommendations for good places to visit. The guys looked after me and my partner so well and we could not be more grateful for the hospitality they showed us. We’d love to come back once again. It felt like visiting family. The hotel boasts a fantastic view of the coastline (attached below), which is just as much beautiful in the day time as it is at night. Don't come here, if you do you will keep wanting to come back, and you will have found a hidden gem. Stay away, book somewhere else, So that I and family can continue to enjoy the tranquility and homeliness of this family run property ,

Lovely place to stay, nice and quiet apart from one family shouting screaming drunk as skunks at stupid o'clock. View was great, owners and staff were brilliant. I had a broken shower head, the owner heard me call through to the missus about water going everywhere, within seconds the owner was at the door apologising and had it fixed within 10 minutes and even offered to give us another room which we declined. Everything was clean, the room cleaners do a great job, I noticed on these reviews there are posts about cleaners stealing aftershave, this news went around the resort like wildfire, I don't believe for one minute the staff stole these items and it was a review from a bunch of people out to cause the owners problems, probably the ones screaming and shouting at stupid o'clock as I've mentioned above. I left 1000's of £'s worth of camera and electrical equipment in my room over two weeks, cash in the drawers and not once was anything taken. The owners and staff are very helpful, honest and great hosts.

If you are visiting please feed and water the cats and kittens, they are all strays and rely on the tourists. Local rescue has been contacted and they will neuter during winter but they won’t go to feed them. We loved our holiday, but very sad to leave the cats behind.

Highly recommended if you're happy eating/drinking away from the hotel as food choices are quite limited in the snack bar unless you are able to live off chips. Saying that, there is a small selection of home cooked Greek dishes available and staff are happy to take custom orders if it's not listed on the menu. Rooms are of typical studio setup with balcony and a shower that resembles a Ryanair on board toilet. We had 3 single beds, TV, kettle and basic cutlery and crockery. If extra crockery is needed, staff are happy to let you take theirs from the snack bar. We needed a large bowl and "Billy" was more than happy to give us one for the week we were there. Our room was refreshed twice during our 7nt stay, fresh towels and sheets provided although a little more tidying could have been done - bin emptied, ashtray cleared, but overall we were happy with service provided. Cannot fault the staff here at all. Jannis in the mornings is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for this man. Rushed off his feet with breakfast orders, he still managed to get us fresh coffee and our breakfast out as fast as possible. Billy takes over the afternoon and checked us in whilst halfway through a lunch order. Again, friendly, helpful and an absolute credit to the establishment. Benny will take over your evening at Panorama and is a fantastic barman as well as an entertainer. The pool is of adequate size and depth being approx 1m deep at the shallow end and 1.8m over at the deep end. It will easily accommodate 20 people before feeling somewhat full and is always an enjoyable temperature. During our stay we were surprised to find that the usual 6am sunbed rush wasn't actually a thing here. Bonus!! There are plenty of spare loungers though should the pool be unusually busy. Overall, I'd happily stay here again but consider the nearest shop is a 20 min walk downhill and a good 25 minutes back up said hill so my advice would be to stock up on essentials early mornings or evenings. Lovely traditional family run apartments with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas lovely pool Located up a hill fabulous views surrounded by olive trees Very laid back and very welcoming lovely clean apartments newly painted rooms and modern furniture The food at the snack bar is freshly made and very nice cheeseburgers 5euro 50 pint of draught beer 4euro50 It's 10euro into Falaraki Town each way you definitely need a hire car
