We have just returned from a week with our two children and all had a wonderful time! The variety of pools were great (if a little cold!). Came with two kids which enjoyed swiming pool and waterslide. Overall price-vise we were satisfied with the hotel. Service is tired but stil friendly. Beach and bus station in a walking distace, but don't expect bus lines are on time.

Currently staying here, we arrived late night Tuesday and Mohammed who was looking after reception and the bar manager made sure we got drinks and some food even though they had just closed for the night. During our 10 night stay here we did unfortunately have a sentimental item taken from the room, it may have seemed cheap or replaceable to whoever has taken it but that’s still not the point, no one should go on holiday to have their items stolen. We had an average stay at this hotel. We had to carry our suitcases up flights of stairs to our room as we had one of the rooms by the small pool. We were shocked by how run down the rooms were and cracks in the balcony floor so could easily cut your feet. Average hotel with everything just above average. Clean rooms, okay food, okay dining facilities, generous drinks, below average snacks in between meals. Closest beach is a nudist beach. Staff are pleasant. I'd give it a 3.5 star, if possible, as small things are lacking. Had to ask for shower gel every time though included in stay, for example. Small things, but which sank the overall experience.

This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. If you are looking for a very chilled hotel experience, using the hotel as a base then this is the perfect hotel for you. Lefteris and the team are absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful, especially when we were trying to find out about the buses. The pool area is relatively quiet so there are plenty of sun beds available....

The staff are honestly the most friendly people I’ve ever met could not do enough for us so accommodating the rooms are very clean and modern allowed us to store our luggage in another room and use the shower when we had a late flight would recommend this to anyone

Absolutely loved staying here for 6 nights. The staff are helpful and inviting always. It's a easy walk into faliraki main square & there's a bus stop for Rhodes about 6 min walk away which is very useful. It rained on the last day after checkout and we was very kindly allowed to use towels and a shower in a vacant room which was honestly just such a lovely gesture.

What a gem of a find. Lefteris and the family are lovely. Our suitcases were not put on our flight and I had medication in them. Lefteris tried to find it for memin the local chemist.
