We have just returned from a week with our two children and all had a wonderful time! The variety of pools were great (if a little cold!). Today is our first day of rest with the family. The first impression is very positive. Delicious food, clean everywhere. Oleg deserved special attention, he works at the bar, serves quickly and helps to choose the most delicious cocktails. He is very tolerant and polite.

Came with two kids which enjoyed swiming pool and waterslide. Overall price-vise we were satisfied with the hotel. Service is tired but stil friendly. Beach and bus station in a walking distace, but don't expect bus lines are on time.

Currently staying here, we arrived late night Tuesday and Mohammed who was looking after reception and the bar manager made sure we got drinks and some food even though they had just closed for the night. I was in this hotel in June. it's a great place as a base to get to know the island. It is quiet, the rooms are clean, no animation. The food is tasty although the choice is not great. We had a brilliant 2 weeks at Venezia, the food was amazing, so much choice. The all inclusive drinks were lovely. The entertainment was brilliant, credit to Nino, Rio and the team. We had an average stay at this hotel. We had to carry our suitcases up flights of stairs to our room as we had one of the rooms by the small pool.
