The location was convenient for sightseeing, being fairly close to the cable car and downtown Fira. The reception staff were friendly and always smiling, and the porter even carried our bags through the cobblestone streets. They also kept our luggage for us after check-out, which was very helpful.

We stayed here in June, 2025 and it was an excellent experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly while the room, which led out to the swimming pool was bright, roomy and clean. It is 1-2 km outside Oia but you can walk or get the public bus for €2 per person. Highly recomended.

Best location - minimal steps and right in the heart of Fira, could not have asked for a better spot. Well worth considering if you are visiting Santorini.

A quaint getaway from the busy streets. This hotel was very luxury and had some of the most amazing views on the island. We arrived early, but we’re greeted with a complimentary glass of lemonade and our room was quickly cleaned and made available to us early.

We stayed at El Verano Suites this summer and absolutely loved it. Tonia was phenomenal and helped us with transportation and booking a boat. 7 of us slept very comfortably in the Cactus suite.
