Belvedere Suites in Firostefani

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. From the beginning to the end Chris at the front desk was our man who helped us out. He helped set us up with an amazing catamaran cruise and he also gave wonderful recommendations. He took the time to even give us a pointers of the island the viewpoints to see.
The rest of the staff were so helpful and kind.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The location is perfect. It’s about 10-15 min walk from Fira. It’s still somewhat a busy area but when sitting by the pool you don’t hear any of the noise. Sitting by the pool was an absolute highlight. Pool was cold but felt really refreshing after being in the sun all day. The hotel serves in our opinion the best sunset view in all of Santorini. The breakfast is very delicious. The hotel also shares a parking lot so if you have a car or atv you have parking.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Belvedere Suites!

From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The chef who prepares breakfast and welcomes guests at the restaurant is truly amazing — so kind, attentive, and passionate about his work. Every morning started with a delicious meal and a smile!

The room, breakfast, pool, and breathtaking view — everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — special thanks to Marina and Chris at the reception for their warmth and care.

I was also delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Premium Suite, which made my stay even more special. The atmosphere was elegant, peaceful, and full of positive energy.

We stayed for a week, everything was just lovely, we were greeted by Chris who was informative and friendly (there are two Chris’s both very professional).
The hotel is chilled, calm and quiet.
The views are stunning, the pool area just right. Thank you also to the bar staff who were so lovely.
My memories of watching the sunset with a strawberry daiquiri on my room terrace will stay with me.
My only gripe was that we had to go through a walkway to our terrace, so no sea view from our room, this did disappoint me, as we did pay for a sea facing room. I should have asked to change but I knew they were full and just wanted to unpack and settle. The view from the terrace was amazing though.

Had a 5 nights trip with friends, we took 3 superior double rooms.
The room is large and spacey, the balcony and the view is amazing, you see all of the cruises and the sunsets, shower was very good. The room service was really good and everything we needed we received after several minutes, the team gave us so good atmosphere (Marina, Danny, Dimitris and others). The pool is very good and has very cold water, the location is a ten minutes walk to Fira center which is amazing if you want to do shopping or to go out to bars/restaurants/clubs at night. But the hotel’s location is perfectly quiet to get a perfect relaxation. Highly recommended

Belvedere Suites was a fantastic choice for our vacation! Warm welcome from the staff and efficient communication prior to booking set a good start to our stay there. We had a superior room, which was bright, airy and very clean; the view is something you cannot get enough of. Absolutely breathtaking! The staff was fantastic; literally everyone from reception crew (who are very helpful!) to cleaning ladies was lovely and polite, but I have to emphasise gentlemen at breakfast/pool area; they work super hard. Breakfast is good with multiple fresh options, it is a la carte. The whole hotel is spotless. Loved the pool area; sunbeds are so comfortable you would not want to leave. My only negative comment is the freezing cold water in the pool, but I am sure that it is different during summer months; warm jakuzzi would have made this hotel an absolute perfection. This hotel is amazing!
The views are stunning, the room was clean and the pool is great too. It's in an ideal location. You're a 15min costal walk from Fira and a 25min walk from the best sunset spot on the Island (Not Oia). There are a few restaurants near the hotel too if you wanted to stay local.

The reception staff were great. They helped us decide where to go and they arranged a car rental for us to explore the island too.

There are only two tiny things that I wasn't a fan of. The breakfast was average and the staff in the pool area didn't seem to work to the same high standard as the reception staff.

The biggest tip I'd give to anyone thinking of booking this hotel is to check what room you're being assigned to before arriving. We were first placed in a room next to the hotel reception and the balcony wasn't private. After one disturbed nights sleep, we asked to move. Our second room (same price) was 10x better with a garden terrace. It was by far the best hotel room I've stayed in. If I was guaranteed that room every time, I'd always stay at this hotel when visiting Santorini.

The staff at Belvedere couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Chris on reception was very helpful when we arrived giving recommendations. The hotel is in Firostefani, which is a quieter area than the bustle of Fira, it felt a more relaxing and laid back atmosphere. However Fira is only a 10-15 walk away.
The hotel was beautiful, rooms nice and very clean, the views were absolutely incredible. A caldera view is 100% worth it to watch the sunset from your balcony.

Our only very small issues were that the pool was cold, but likely due to the time of year (Oct) and also at breakfast there's limited seating inside and most seating is outside, so at this time of year it's hit or miss whether you'll be eating against the wind! I also found the pillows uncomfortable, but I usually have orthopedic at home.

Apart from these very minor things, overall we had a lovely stay and I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights here and loved every minute of it. Location was perfect and the staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We stay in room 108 and had the most amazing views. Management were amazing, but the staff from housekeeping, pool and bar staff were so accommodating and nothing was too hard for them. 10 stars out of 5!!! So great!

We stayed 5 nights at Belvedere Suites and I was super impressed from the moment I checked in. Our room had a superb view and the hotel is very well located. Marina, Chris and Chris helped us with everything from restaurant recommendations, to activities, to finding our way around the island, They were there to answer every question and to attend to our every need (including calling a monastery I wanted to visit because we don't speak Greek). Moral of the story, Marina, Chris and Chris were switched on, super attentive, and helped us from a genuine place and with a big smile. Thank you for making our stay so memorable :)
