We were extremely disappointed with our selection of hotel. First, the rates we paid booking 5 weeks in advance were double what rooms cost once we got there. We were the few customers staying before closing for the season and everything was removed from the premises, from cushions, to the ability to sleep on a room not on the main street. Super loud, car racing on the main road outside our room. I expected much more curtesy for the price we paid. Overrated place for sure.

I really loved the hotel's ambiance. It was recommended by a friend in Greece, and I hope to bring my family here for vacation next year. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends; it's the best spot to watch the sunrise and sunset, I absolutely loved it. The breakfast was also very plentiful, but we had to get up early to take photos.

Traveled with 75 year old mother who doesn't do stairs well so this was an obvious concern traveling to Santorini. This hotel was perfect for us! Only 1 flight of stairs that she used one time a day and that was to leave for outings. Otherwise the pool, restaurant/bar was on the same level as our room. View is amazing! Large breakfast which is included. Lunch/dinner from the restaurant also very good. The hotel is away from the center of fira which was great. Very quiet. Free shuttle to Fira for shopping and restaurants. Five minute walk to pharmacy and bank ATM. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding staff and view of the Caldera! Hotel was clean and comfortable and beautifully appointed. Relaxed atmosphere made it very comfortable. But the staff was the real treat. So helpful and kind. Their excellence was only matched by the incredible views from every spot in the hotel! Loved it and highly recommend.

My first time to Greece and it started here. Continental breakfast was the BEST, I have ever had. No doubt I would book this again. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing and we enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was spectacular; the views were amazing, the food at the hotel was also amazing and I will definitely be coming back soon.

Recently stayed here with my sister. Ordered a Caesar salad with Parmesan during lunch and the Parmesan had mold on it. The kitchen said that is normal and it’s just the salad. Parmesan cheese should not have mold! Additionally I tried to leave for my flight at 630 am and the front gate was closed. When I tried to ask the front desk to open it, no one was there.
This hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel. Based on the service and amenities, it is a solid 3.5 star hotel. But, the view is absolutely beautiful. We stayed at other 5 star hotels in Mykonos for the same price that had superior service.

Visited the Lilium with my sister July 19th - 23rd and had room 102 pool level and what a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the location spectacular. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is excellent and the service and staff are so amazing, nothing is too much trouble. By far the best hotel service we have received. My wife and I spent 8 days in Santorini for our honeymoon. The front desk service was excellent. Maria at the front desk made our stay unforgettable, she helped us from reserving the best restaurants and activities to arranging transportation to see different parts of the island. The maids and waiters at the restaurant, we're all wonderful and friendly. The sea bass dish was amazing! The Holly Water at the bar was great! The views from this hotel are amazing, you don't even have to go anywhere else to see a beautiful sunset. Can't wait for our next trip back!
