Kalisti Hotel & Suites in Fira

Hotel is good and value for location , its clean but somehow cold inside than outside ,

Had an issue out of the hotels control, the manager done he’s best to help us and compensated us with a great boat trip and airport transfer.
Perfect location very nice hotel.
Did think the drinks were overpriced though.

Food is soooo good and clean!! The hotel is very clean inside and outside the rooms! The staff are so friendly and they gave us great recommendations about where to go! Owner of the hotel Kostas is very welcoming he welcomed us at the stairs.

The property was very cute and quaint and very clean. Staff were incredible!

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, very close to Fira station, and right across the street is a large supermarket with cheap prices, making it easy to stock up on bottled water and snacks. Other aspects are fairly average. The room we checked into was very noisy due to its proximity to the road, so we immediately changed to a room further away from the main road. Another hotel was located opposite our window, and construction noise could sometimes be heard in the mornings. The most unbelievable thing about the hotel was the bathroom; there was no place to put toilet paper or shower gel, so the toilet paper was placed on the sink outside the door, meaning we had to open the door to use the toilet. Housekeeping is done daily, and we stayed for four days. The breakfast was quite substantial, with different options each day. Standing by the pool, you can see the sea. The price is reasonable for Santorini. The service could be more proactive and enthusiastic.

We liked it very much at the Kalisti hotel. Pool and surroundings were very good. Unfortunately, the pool bar closed very early in the evening. But very clean, the staff was also good.

You really get 5 star service if you book here. We are on our honeymoon and stayed two nights at the hotel, it was the most comfortable hotel in Santorini. Everything from the reception to the room service was excellent; especially Anna, she was very nice and helpful and the other staff were also very nice. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Also, the breakfast was really good. I recommend it to anyone who wants the best experience.
