We needed a room and booked late, however, the staff at Hotel Hellas was incredibly understanding and even stayed there late in order to accommodate our check in. They welcomed us with drinks, and the manager at the reception was very accommodating. She explained everything about the island, offered us tours to the caldera, and even gave tips on places to visit by car along with other attractions around the island. Great location super close to the Fira square, amazing room with good AC unit, bed was super comfy, and the pool downstairs was clean and good to use to cool off, also good breakfast and coffee in the morning. This felt like a easy 3 star hotel for me and my family!

I’d give more than 1 star hotel, nice service provided. WiFi didn’t worked at all in my room and this was a problem as there’s not good service even for mobile data. My room was next to the breakfast room and was very noisy in the morning. Walls are very thing and you can hear everything. What needs improvement is the bathroom, shower very tiny, struggling to use, and the shower head should be changed...

Great Location, price and sevice. Sofia in reservation was helpful in organizing a late check in and transfer. When my connection was missed, she replied to me almost midnight. Stella at the front desk was wonderful. The view is spectacular and rooms quaint. Bathrooms are small and I got water everywhere but daily service helped. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Leta

I got a pool front room, very comfortable and the location is good. Near to fira main square.

Staff was amazing, rooms were absolutely fantastic and the breakfast was so yummy.

Continental breakfast was lovely. Always looked forward to it. The cleaning service was spot on, our room always smelt nice and fresh and clean. There is air condition which probably helps in the height of summer but we didn't use it when we stayed in October. We loved our stay and if we come back, will probably stay here again.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the hotel it self was beautiful and well kept , as far as being central, it's bang in the center of everything in the town. It's a really lovely place and I would highly recommend it

We absolutely loved our 2 day stay at Aria Lito Mansion and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is located near the church tower in Fira and is connected to the beautiful narrow streets. Beautiful room - large and had high ceilings and windows. You could walk out the front door to a lovely terrace. It had a small pool which was nice. Nice island stay Breakfast varied daily and was fresh and served with a friendly smile. Decent coffee and always some kind of eggs available with ham, fruit, cheese, juice, bread and coffee. We were in the annex and had an OK view of the outside street and the sea in the distance. Only real complaint: excess charges for transport from airport upon arrival and to ferry port later, but who goes to Santorini...
