Wow, what a view! We spent 2 nights in the double room which was much bigger than it looked online. We upgraded on the last night to the suite with the private jacuzzi and this was MORE than worth the cost (which I think they could charge double what they charge for this room). If you have an opportunity to spend even 1 night in this room, do it! The service from the entire team was exceptional...

Beautiful hotel!! Our hosts were very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed. They also had an amazing continental breakfast.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Kati Hotel in Santorini. Argyris, Tania, and Yiannis were incredibly helpful, and we appreciate all their assistance. A big thank you to Testso for carrying all our bags. Argie was also very helpful and explained the local shops and area very well. We would love to come back again. Amazing hotel! Location, pool, ambience, and the service from Gianni and his staff was excellent. It’s a small boutique hotel and very quiet but in a great location. The windows are double glazed so it is very quiet in the room. Fridge is a good size so you can buy drinks at the mini mart and stock up. Thoroughly recommend this hotel in Santorini.

A truly great hotel with views to match. The staff were extremely helpful, weather is was at breakfast or asking for directions or helping with our luggage they were always very helpful. The hotel was clean and very close to all the restaurants and shops. The main bus stop and taxi area all all within a 5 min walk. We loved our stay and sure to be back sometime in the future.

Modern well equipped room. Very clean and housekeeping came everyday to make beds/ change towels. Beds were very comfy. Shower was great- hot and powerful. Lovely roof terraces with great sunset views. Staff were all extremely friendly and very accommodating. There is a safe and mini fridge in the room too.

The accommodation was old, and the bathroom and shower were unclean. The blankets were fluffy. There was no hot water. The lights were flickering, but they didn't replace them. The hot tub was warm. The location was good, as it was close to the bus stop. The room was small.

A little hard to find because you can't drive up to the property. The Hostess was very helpful in all aspects. The mattress was too firm. Convenient location to food, shopping and the Caldera. Would recommend as very affordable.

We stayed our last night in Santorini at On The Rocks. The room had a loft bedroom with a window view of the Aegean Sea. The cave pool was fun, and Linda had a facial that she described as the best she’s ever had. The staff was fantastic and accommodating. We had a 3:30 ferry to Crete and they allowed a late checkout and arranged for a taxi to the port. Expect to climb stairs and hills when visiting...

Great service from the time we got picked up from the airport until the time we left. Daily breakfast is a plus, esp the Freddo cappuccino. Walkable to restaurants and a 24 hour market where they serve hot foods to snacks- this was beneficial esp when dealing with jet lag. Quiet and safe area, which is a treat after visiting Oia or Fira. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were clean and hygienic, and there were six of us staying for two days. On the day we left early, they thoughtfully packed us a road meal. The biggest plus is its proximity to Fira center, making it within walking distance to major attractions.

The location is convenient, right next to the bus station. It wasn't noisy from the street at night, but there was some noise from what sounded like an air conditioner or generator.

Ideal location; our room was beautiful and comfortable. However, the hotel is not luggage-friendly due to the lack of elevators and abundance of stairs - there were even steps in our room, and no one helped us with our heavy luggage. Soundproofing could be improved, and the room (curtains) could be darker during sleeping hours. But otherwise we enjoyed our hotel experience!

The apartment could not have been better situated. It was right in the. Entre of everything. We stayed three nights and found it comfortable for that length of time. The staff were all lovely and very helpful and it was kept spotlessly clean with clean towels every day. Tea and coffee in the room every day too. Would definitely use this place again.

The uphill climb is a bit far and tiring, but I think it's worth it. It takes about 15 minutes to come from the bus stop and 10 minutes to go down. Hotel was conveniently located near town center. However, there was no nearby parking available, and we had to walk a distance from the nearest public carpark with more available parking lots. The room was spacious for a triple room, but would have been better to have the sink located within the toilet itself instead of it being separated from the toilet (which had the shower and toilet bowl).

This place is a rip-off. It's smaller than my bathroom at home, and the bed is barely wider than a sofa. How can they charge 800 a night for a room like this? Don't they have a conscience? This guesthouse must have just opened because there's a strong odor. They charge for everything, and linens are only changed every three days. They don't even clean your room unless you ask.

This hotel is a bargain! Their communication before your arrival is outstanding, and as soon as you check in they're available with great advice on local attractions. My cruise to the volcano and hot springs was arranged, ticket printed on the spot. The breakfast is excellent, and the whole place is kept very clean.

The location and the sunsets are amazing! Our room was clean and spacious and we got every day free water bottles.

The pool was broken and I couldn't use it. They charge €10 if you leave towels on the floor and don't even give me a warning. They charged me €50 for the towels and for accidentally soiling the bed cover. They simply left a note under the door to go to reception and say I had to pay €50. They demanded cash, and I insisted and would only pay by card and invoice. Other than that, everything went well

We booked the hotel considering the location and the pool, but when we arrived, we were informed that the pool had been closed for over a year! I think this information should be provided at the time of booking, as it makes all the difference.

Just beneath fira, the market square, this hotel is 5min walk from supermarket, pharmacy and bus stand. Rooms are excellent, breakfast spreads are excellent. Very close to the Fira bus station. Great view of the caldera especially the sunset. Just 1 flight of stairs to get to the hotel itself. Great amenities and the staff are very nice and accomodating.

The hotel staff were fantastic in helping us with luggage up the staircase. We had a comfortable stay in a great spot.
