Hotel Hellas in Fira

Lovely beautiful care we received from Irene and some amazing views of the sea rooms are lovely glazed stone and have pretty lights inside. Great location would highly recommend 👌 :)

This was a last minute booking after our previous stay didn’t work out! We needed a room and booked late, however, the staff at Hotel Hellas was incredibly understanding and even stayed there late in order to accommodate our check in. The room fit 3 comfortably and was exactly what we needed. Great stay with amazing service.

Don't believe any bad reviews about this place. We were like many others relocated here after booking with ag suites. I'm glad we were. This is a beautiful little hotel. Bit old style, but really clean and comfortable and the pool is lovely!

The owners were lovely, our room was very clean and it was in a great location. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. There are nice restaurants close by and it's close to lots of the main attractions in Fira. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay in Hotel Hellas. The room was very clean. They gave us extra pillows when we asked for comfort. They upgraded our room. We had a really nice balcony and nice view. They had a nice pool. The owners were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us.

Hotel Hellas is a very nice place, new and comfortable, near to the Fira center (just 5 minutes of walk) but far away to the traffic and city noise center. Near to the hotel there is a free public parking (parking 6), never fully busy. In 20 minutes of walk Imerovigli can be reached to appreciate a beautiful sunset. Also the bus stop is just at 5 minutes of walk. Irene is the host, always available with her smile, to reply to all question and to help the guests to solve any issue. Swimming pool is a plus for this hotel, opened from 8 AM to 8 PM, very cleaned and quite. We received exactly the same beautiful room we have booked and saw on booking web site. All days, the staff change the towels and arrange the room. Thanks to Irene and her staff for their passion, commitment and professionalism. Next step as suggestion, add a breakfast room with breakfast service ;-) Go ahead with the same effort. See you next time ;-)

Our room was exactly as photographed. The accommodation is clean and no frills. There was a handy little balcony to sit out on in the evening and the lighting around the pool area does add a nice ambience to the hotel. They run an efficient operation and expected us upon arrival. The lady who runs the hotel is more friendly than the young girl who greeted us on the first day but all was fine. It did entertain us that there were disco lights in the room under the bed - they seem like an expensive luxury in a hotel of this calibre and may not get put to good use as this is a family orientated hotel. I did use the pool and that was a treat. If I was looking for a room for one or two nights in Santorini then I would stay again but perhaps I would look for somewhere slightly more comfortable if I were staying longer.

We arrived in Santorini and found that the agency had not made the reservation correctly at another hotel. At 11 at night we were on the street looking for a hotel and we saw each other on the street. We arrived at Hotel Hellas and everything was smiles. We chose the cheapest room, but Irene offered us a better room for the same price. The hotel is very clean and close to the center with a fantastic pool. It is one of those places where you are at home, comfortable. If I return to Santorini, I will return to this hotel and I recommend it because I cannot do anything other than thank Irene a thousand times for her attention and kindness when we were lost and for all the help her offered us. Llegamos a Santorini y nos encontramos con que la agencia no había hecho la reserva correctamente en otro hotel. A las 11 de la noche estabamos en la calle buscando un hotel y nos veíamos en la calle. Llegamos al Hotel Hellas y todo fueron sonrisas. Elegimos la habitación más barata, pero Irene nos ofreció quedarnos con una mejor habitación por el mismo precio. El hotel muy limpio y cerca del centro con una piscina fantástica. Es de esos lugares donde te encuentras en casa, en familia, a gusto. Si vuelvo a Santorini, volveré a este hotel y recomiendo porque no puedo hacer otra cosa que darles las gracias mil veces por su atención y amabilidad cuando nos encontrábamos perdidos y por toda la ayuda que nos ofrecieron.
