Hotels with pool on first line in Santorini

If I had to say anything negative (and it's probably only because we came in Oct when it was a bit cooler), it's that the "hot tub" is more like a barely temperate plunge pool

Surprised there are 2 showers in bathroom - basically couple can bathe together. View is fantastic, the jacuzzi is heated 24X7. in room dining offers the convenience of having a sunset view dinning and the food is good

The staff hires fantastic stsff. Food is prepared by outstanding chefs. Breakfasts are personally made for the client. They are delicious don't be scared to request personal likes. Fantastic private room and jacuzzi

The rooms were very nice, there is a step down from the upstairs BR down to the Steam room/Bathroom, only about 4 inches and I did manage to stumble over it twice. No incident, mind you, just a heads up

The best views of Santorini is from this hotel, overlooking the Caldera. There were a lot of photoshoot took place by the entrance of this hotel. The staff gave us a lemonade slushie refreshment when we got there

I spent the best quiet and relaxed days at this place, people who work there is just amazing, both receptionist very KIND! the pool is amazing, place is neat and clean! Yes its a little far from city centre but you can rent a car or scooter and there is no problem! Also they have wssp service all time so you can arrange your taxi service or tours, definitely they are very well organized and qualified...

The girls from the team were absolutely lovely: always smiling, genuinely kind, and ready to help us with anything we needed. They gave us great tips on what to see, which beaches to visit, and where to go for a drink

Great spot! Friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. Comfortable room and a well kept pool. Good restaurants nearby for dinner as the hotel restaurant wasn't open the night we were there.

We highly recommend this place to everyone: it has a truly romantic view of the caldera and is in a strategic location to reach Santorini’s best beaches (like Black Beach and Red Beach)

Great and helpfull staff. Rooms are very nice but couls use new AC's. Pool is great and so is the location. Breakfast was only bad thing, not so much to choose between and most stuff was dry.

The breakfast was nice and there is a small poolside bar ideal for lunch. The sun loungers are very comfy

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, where I enjoyed the beautiful scenery and vibrant atmosphere

We had a lovely time again and have booked again for next year hoping we do get the pool view this time after paying extra for it!!! The only thing is having to be out of your room at 11am when your flight is 12 hrs later it’s such a long time without a room and €120 is too much to pay on top of what you’ve paid already

Pool towels available at reception, nice pool bar, sunbeds aren't supposed to be reserved

We also enjoyed the small pool area with sunbeds and chairs. The staff were kind and welcoming, and helped us with whatever we needed

The hotel was a wonderful stay! The location is perfect – just a two-minute walk from the beach and very close to restaurants and shops, yet quiet and relaxed. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Chez Sophie a week or so ago. Fabulous hotel, the location was perfect and it was such a comfortable place to stay. Kamari is lovely and the people are so welcoming

The rooms are nice and clean with amazing views of the caldera. We enjoyed being right off of the Fira to Oia path, though the rooms still maintained complete privacy from the walkway

Easy to get to from the parking and drop off area. The hotel staff and front desk were great and very helpful and most of all the Caldera view from here was amazing. IMO better than Fira and Oia.

Our room was great - large, simply but adequately furnished, with a private terrace to enjoy that view and sunset! Breakfasts were good, Eddy and the team were great. The pool is larger than most, and rarely busy

Great comfortable accomodation and Denise was the best host. Close to black beach and street of great eateries. Breakfast was always good and the pool was a treat. Bus access to Fira about 15 mins walk . Top spot

We were greeted by Evaggelia Valvi one of the owners of the hotel, she got us reservations at a famous and beautiful restaurant over looking the Sea and she also got us to take a catamaran dinner cruise around Santorini, we had a great time thanks to her

There are plenty of Tavernas in easy walking distance. These were reasonably priced by british standards. There is a good bus service around the Island. We booked a catamaran trip to Oia to see the sunset

We've just had a lovely week's holiday at the Hotel Bella Santorini. Why on earth didn't we book 2 weeks! The hotel has been recently repainted inside and out. It was very clean and well kept

While we were at the restaurant one of the waiters told us that Evaggelia was also a famous traditional Greek singer, we looked her up on YouTube and sure enough we watched all her videos

The hotel is on the south of the Island which is quieter than the busy areas of Fira and Oia. This suited us perfectly as the Island is so small it's easy to get around

buffet breakfast: a lot of variety, even have Greek cuisine pastry 2 swimming pools with nice environments 1 min walk to Kamari Beach

Within walking distance to Kamari beach and town. The room was clean, everything worked well and the bed was comfortable. We arrived around 22:30hr and received a friendly welcome.

How could I be in the town at a cliffside hotel with once in a lifetime views for less than a large farm and far sea view? Overall, good if you want to come to Santorini and be away from literally everything (to the point where people raise eyebrows when you say you'll just walk to town)- bad if you want shopping, more than 2 restaurants, views of caldera, or to do anything without relying on a car

We had a free breakfast every morning and that was surprisingly good also

Relaxing by the pool in their neighboring Elysian Retreat is also included in your stay, although that requires a walk down- and later back uphill

It is in a farmland village about half a mile from the tourist areas or real towns and around two miles from the water. There is no cliffside or caldera drop view, only open land and sea in the far distance

Janis, Aphrodite and Stephanous were so great and spoiled us at the beach. We were there for a wonderful wedding in Greece and between events it was so relaxing being at Hotel Sunshine. Looking forward to coming back

We LOVED that we were right on the beach, walking out of the hotel to lounge in the sun was exactly what we wanted in our trip. Very relaxing with tons of shops and food options near by.

Very welcoming staff, great location on Kamari beach front, breakfast is buffet style and eaten on the outdoor terrace by the beach, comfy beds, good WiFi, would definitely return

Its only a B & B but hey only 5mins or less walk around the corner you will find the beach area and then be spoilt for choice as you wander along the front with it's never ending choice of restaurants, taverners, bars etc enjoy have a great time

Ideal location a few minutes away from the beach and endless food & drink options. Will definitely return if we come back to Santorini and recommend Hotel Matina to family & friends!

The rooms are provided with airco, fridge and balcony. The hotel is quiet and provides everything you need. The beach, shops and supermarket is at walking distance

We had to take a taxi to leave early in the morning, but they packed our breakfast so we could take it with us and booked a taxi for us! The swimming pool was really pretty and nice, so I went in every day during my stay

This is a really lovely, homely, clean hotel. Large rooms with great terraces, continental breakfast & a stunning pool area. Someone came to help us with our bags on arrival & departure

The bathroom was very small, but there was balcony. And, the pool and the view made up for the lack of space. The only issue I did have was that I noticed small ants in the room

Outside the garden and pool area were very clean and welcoming to swim and relax. Breakfast was so fresh and yummy and stuff members made sure no plate was left empty

The location , the bus stop right at the property the pool is georgus and the rooms are huge and very updated the reception guy is very professional and helpful the whole property is amazing

Overall a very relaxing place and easy to commute to other parts of the Island worth a visit and the extra touch of keeping our room until we left free of charge was very much appreciated

Caldera View was an amazing place to stay! Highly recommend for adults only. The breakfast was the same fare every day of our stay but was excellent, delicious & filling. The staff was very friendly & accommodating

The pool area is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing swim. Our room was cozy and comfortable, just what we needed after a day of exploring

The location is also very convenient – there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around the island. And just across the street, there’s a lovely restaurant with a stunning view of the sunset

This was my 3rd stay at Hippocampus. Absolutely amazing and will not stay anywhere else in Kamari/Santorini. Hotel is beautiful, lovely comfortable rooms, clean, gorgeous pools and friendly welcoming staff

This is great hotel very close to all services and attractions but still well maintained, nice and relaxing. Staff is great. Goos swimming pool area. Perfect camp base to visit the island. We loved staying here.

The family that run it make this 6 star in my opinion. Such lovely people and even the cleaners would meet you with a smile and a "good morning" - it felt perfect. The pools and recent work ARE 5 star

The entrance to the pool is from the terrace, incredibly beautiful and convenient. The location is also great: 2 minutes to the beach and restaurants/bakeries/souvenir shops/ stores. 25 minutes by car to the airport

Room was great, pool was very nice after a long day. Great to also meet travellers and sit around and talk and share a cold one. Location is superb, 100m from Black Beach which has lots of options for food, great place

It’s a really good hotel at just few meters to The Black beach one side and the other to main road, clean and cosy, water of the swimming pool very cold. The breakfast was tasty with enough variety home-cooked food

The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, there were several areas that needed improvement. The pools were okay – the water appeared green and murky, and the surrounding tiles looked neglected and in need of a deep clean

Had a very nice stay in the hotel, its located in Kamari, 3-5 min walk to the beach where you have many places to choose to stay and eat, the bus station is also close, nice and clean rooms, nice and help-full personnel

The breakfast is very good and healthy, they serv homemade gem and cake. The garden is marvelous (haven’t seen anything like this on the entire island), new pool and nice roof garden

Some rooms were very, very small, but overall, they were all very nice, with the basic necessities. It has a lovely pool, and the breakfast is basic but perfect for a 3-star hotel. It's 200 meters from Kamari Beach

Nice location , close to restaurants and beach but not on a main road to have noise of most of the cars

The bus stop is close to the hotel and costs 2 euros pp each way. All in all we had the best time and I can't wait to go back and would definitely stay at Hotel Andrea's again. Thank you for an amazing stay xx

We had a wonderful vacation at Andreas. It was not only about the clean room and the good breakfast, but also the warm atmosphere and, of course, the beautiful yard, where having breakfast felt truly special

There is a pool with some lounges that was very popular for the couple of days I stayed particularly as it was too windy to be at the beach. I recommend this hotel and would stay again

Peaceful small hotel close to popular kamari beach. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nearby there is a road going to airport approach lights. Suitable for plane spotting for Aviation entusiasts. Nice swimming pool

Owners are super friendly and attentive to your needs. Beach is about 15 minute walk and the bus is about 7 minute walk. Bus can take you to Fira and Eau. No food or drinks available at the hotel after breakfast

The fresh water pool is a delight, with sun all day and spectacular views of the sea and mountains. The location is perfect, set back for peace and quiet and only a five minute walk to where it's all happening

They have us an actual key to the room that would turn on the lights and keep ac flowing. And then a master key for the front door after 11. The staff was so welcoming felt like they welcomed me into their home

Pool and outside area were stunning, and with that the cocktail and snack bar were amazing. For the price of drinks you get more than what u order. Really all in together amazing and beautiful experience

Plenty of sun loungers - we always got one. The area by the pool was very nice. Snack bar and bar available - food from 1pm to 6pm like club sandwiches (9€) etc. Away from hustle and bustle yet bus stop around the corner

The service was impeccable: transfers, restaurants, beach clubs—everything arranged perfectly, with care and precision. The suite was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful touches

What distinguished this property is that the service went truly above and beyond: breakfast was fresh and delivered right to our room, and everything we needed like rides or afternoon coffee was addressed immediately

This was our sixth stay at The Tsitouras Collection, and once again, everything was flawless. We spent two nights in the beautiful House of Portraits, a refined two-bedroom suite full of art, history, and character

We stayed for 5 nights with 2 sets of friends and we wanted for nothing. Eleni, Mongi, Robert and the entire team anticipated everything we needed yet we felt we were the only people here

It also feels really special that it's run by a family. Eleni and George and all of the people made us feel at home and the location is fantastic too. It's close to town but removed enough to not feel touristy
