The facilities are awesome and clean, the customer service is exceptional and the breakfast 👌 wow! The room was comfortable and cozy. The pool are is comfortable as well with plenty of chairs and umbrellas

Luxury away from the crowds This was the perfect end to our Greek island hopping holiday. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and we couldn’t recommend the hotel enough

Theycan arrange transportation and services such as massages. Best part is after you check out you can still hangout around the property if you have a later departure time

There was plenty to choose from at breakfast with a large selection of items to satisfy our appetites. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Santorini

The room with its sea view was spacious and comfortable, the pool and pool bar were glorious and the staff friendly and helpful. We hope very much to be back!

Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. Very clean hotel with a short walk to beach and tons of shopping and dinning

We didn’t have to think for ourselves for once when planning activities or planning on where to go as the staff recommended and booked all our excursions for us

The rooms were spotless and the entire property smelled amazing. We will definitely be coming back as the North Santorini has our hearts

However, we experienced 2 minor inconveniences: 1) early check-in does not seem to be a thing here, it took several hours for our room to be turned over and ready (granted we arrived about half an hour prior to normal checkout and it was reportedly a busy logistical day for them, 2) the ants in the room, one night I found a bunch crawling over my shorts on the couch; another night we found a swarm...

From the from desk worker Georgia who greeted us like she was a family member who was happy to see us to the breath taking views to the amazing food and the incredible ambiance, this hotel has everything

I highly recommend this hotel for the quality of service as a former service/hospitality employee myself. The spa and gym facilities were beautifully maintained and super supportive of our much needed R&R

We highly recommend staying here, they have the best swimming pool and view in Santorini & their breakfast was delicious too :) There wasn’t anything to dislike! Exceptional & Pleasant stay, brilliant managers & lovely staff members 🙏🏾

The hotel has an amazing position, it’s very close to the city of Pyrgos and it’s close to the bus stops, making it easy to reach other parts of the island. The rooms were very pretty and clean, with a good room service

It was so nice it made it hard to leave and explore Santorini during the day. It was a bus ride away from the beach and the village. The drinks and service at the pool bar were amazing. Great views and excellent rooms!

Lastly every member of the staff of the hotel was very friendly and available, especially the two ladies at the reception: Biona and Jessie. We highly reccomend this hotel!

Location is good with easy access to local buses and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Had an issue with my bed which was resolved quickly once reported

My wife & I had a beautiful time staying here before and for our wedding day. The management team were very kind, accommodating and welcoming

  It’s quaint and a small (luxury) hotel, where you can relax without chaos! There is no sunset view of the domes,  Only small plus would have been if the hotel provided an hourly shuttle between Fira and Oia (the hotel is in between) as the bus only travels one way, which means you have to go to Oia first then to Fira, and then another bus to get to the hotel from Fira

Complimentary breakfast is excellent, albeit limited tables overlooking the ocean with shade, the service and food make up for it!  We were upgraded to a suite and received a bottle of rosé and water upon check in and, chocolate and more water at turn down service

The hotel is very nice, the environment and service are also very good. It is a good place for vacation and the scenery is super beautiful. I will introduce it to my friends next time. The breakfast is also very good

It was long and quiet, so it was great. It's a little far from the main town, but they provide a shuttle. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. A little out of the way so we hired a car while we were there and go out and about. It was out of season so a lot of places were closed for winter

We had a lovely holiday here, clean room friendly staff, good pool, nice breakfasts and short walk to a great town with loads of tavernas and bars. Beach great, rocky but beautiful. Prepare to haggle down subbeds

The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, there were several areas that needed improvement. The pools were okay – the water appeared green and murky, and the surrounding tiles looked neglected and in need of a deep clean

Along with a safety deposit box (at no extra charge), large bottle of water and a bottle of local wine. Also fresh flowers were set in the room for our arrival. Breakfast was beautiful and a good variety

Amazing location (close to Kamari beach, bus stop, etc), pool is fantastic, staff is incredibly helpful, they give you a welcome drink upon arrival and have lockers to store your luggage (and changing rooms/showers) if you arrive early, the rooms are spacious and immaculate-- I would live here if I could!

Just back from a 4 night stay at this fantastic hotel. The staff from the moment we arrived were outstanding. Greeting us at the front door to giving us a choice of 2 rooms

One block from the beach and bus stop to Fira. Half block to the restaurants and small supermarket. People working in this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. Room is big and has separate kitchen with sitting area

Breakfast could be better by variety and taste, but it is enough to start your day. No steps to enter this hotel and you can always ask for the first floor room if you have an issues with mobility

Pool area is beautiful and clean. Every day we saw somebody checking cleanliness of water in the pool and jacuzzi. Hotel really exceeded our expectations

The scenery is unbeatable. The advantage of this area is that there are not so many stairs like Fira and Oia Luggage needs to be moved up and down. The service staff are very friendly There are also many cute cats

The hotel is in a very good location, facing the sea, and you can watch the sunset while sitting in the house. The front desk service is meticulous

The view was amazing, this hotel's name is well deserved. The service was more than perfect, they were really nice and sweet and very helpful. Water was clean and filtered in the bathroom and didn't taste salty.

We liked everything about the property location, amenities, food, staff and service. From the time we entered the hotel we were treated well by Kris and Sofia. They were very friendly and helpful

Up on the cliffs looking out into the sea and to Oia. The views are unreal and first thing in the morning are second to none. Service is fantastic by the whole team from Jenny to the cleaning team - fabulous

The balcony had a dining table, sun loungers and a hot tub. This was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the fantastic sunsets. Unlike many of the suites in the area these rooms are not overlooked by passers-by

Regina Mare was everything we hoped for while visiting Santorini. Jenny and her staff were wonderful, they were so helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble

Location is away from all the hustle and bustle of cruise passengers visiting the island. 20 Minute scenic walk to Firostefani. 2 Euro public bus ride to Oia from the bus stop, 15 min walk away

Jenny shared a lot of tips for visiting the island, from great restaurants, to catamaran trips to using the public bus system. We had a fabulous stay and couldn’t recommend highly enough

Lovely breakfast delivered to your room daily as stated by others - lovely! No restaurant on site which doesn’t matter at all as there are restaurant close by for a meal later

The hotel also has a small swimming pool that was never too busy. Breakfast was continental style with a few hot dishes that provided a good choice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

They can book a variety of boat and bus trips if needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a small terrace with a hot tub, which was great after a busy day sightseeing

The breakfast was different everyday and a good selection too. Eleni thank you for the delicious food. Marina , Dora and Anna thank you for making our rooms nice and clean

The hotel is in a great area. In the middle of tourist attractions. You get a light breakfast daily. I loved our room very spacious and the view was breathtaking. .

Breakfast- mostly continental with lots of choice. Fresh fruit juices, coffee machine and hot food. Pool- probably one of the bigger pools on the island so needed after a day sightseeing

On the next day Theodosia was on the desk and was very helpful 👌 in her expertise on santorini and best way to get to our planned days. and recommended us to go to megalochori and what a spendid day that was

The receptionist couriered our iPad to Athens when we told her we had forgotten at the hotel. Overall, staff was super nice and caring. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel

We absolutely loved our 2 day stay at Aria Lito Mansion and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is located near the church tower in Fira and is connected to the beautiful narrow streets

The staff are very lovely- David and Konstantina and all the staff were excellent and were very helpful. We left something at the hotel and they contacted and sent it to us on a different island

We have access to the pool from 10 am to 10 pm, it is a small pool, but at this time of year (end October) it was empty and in the hot sun it felt nice. Overall very happy of our stay here, it was pleasant and calm

Located right at the beginning of the main street, easy 10 min walk to the center. Because it was at the beginning of the busy strip, we had access to some delicious restaurants that weren't packed

Have stayed at a few places in Santorini and this was by far the nicest in so many ways. The hotel has several indoor and outdoor lounge areas where you can enjoy the stunning views and take your own drinks

There are no hotels above or below so there's uninterrupted views of the ocean and no one looking down - or noise from nearby. The rooms are beautiful and have comfortable beds, and the staff were simply wonderful

We were just two, it is cozy and small but since we weren’t spending much time inside it was perfect for us. Breakfast is included and diner is offered almost all day

Very clean and well kept hotel. The staff is very friendly and always available. Cold breakfast is served and is pretty much the same every day. Nonetheless, it gives you all what you need to get through until lunch time

Just spent 2 weeks in Terra blue, the place is wonderful. The staff who work there are amazing, Vangelis, Maria and all the terra blue family are so welcoming and kind

Breakfast - same daily and a very small choice, and only fruit tea. Pool bar nice but over priced. Limited buses to come back from fira last one was 5pm so had to use taxis more which was €35 compared to €2 for bus

We also hired a scooter/Quad bike at the hotel which was fun and cost effective explored many places save time and money and do something different. All the attractions very between 20-25mins from the hotel

Overall a beautiful hotel and grounds and nice and quiet. In middle of very limited amenities. 1 small shop within walking distance which did also serve hot snacks drinks etc had a tv outside for sports

Maria at front desk amazing helpful and just so lovely ! Rooms need little tlc our shower was missing a glass and sink plug an issue. Great to have a kettle but no tea/coffee sugar milk supplied

This hotel was perfect for us! Only 1 flight of stairs that she used one time a day and that was to leave for outings. Otherwise the pool, restaurant/bar was on the same level as our room

Restaurants are a maximum of 10 minutes' walk away, but the service is amazing, and you won't have crowds coming into your hotel to ruin your zen. We stayed for 4 days, early April, at the beginning of the season

Beautiful hotel in Oia - amazing service and care for every guests' needs. Upon arrival we were wowed by the friendly welcome and immaculate public areas. The room was large and bed and bedding super comfortable

The suites are beautiful and you have a whole patio and hot tub to your own. My only constructive feedback is that I’d love if the restaurant had more Greek dishes. Anna was especially kind and helpful

We had an incredible stay at the Nobu resort. What really made it so wonderful was their staff and their customer service. They were always there and attentive to any needs or wants you may have

The only small issue here is the hiking or stair climbing from room to main road. The staff is super friendly and trained to perform with excellence from meeting point , check in to room service

This resort is next to Oia by walking 5-10 minutes along cliff top path. It has fantastic sea view from room built on the cliff. There were two pools in this resort

The Mystique Hotel in Oia Santorini is amazing. Ilias greeted us and was a great host. Konstantinos was awesome and took care of us by the pool every day. Be prepared to walk up and down steep stairs

the staff!! We divided our Santorini stay between 2 luxury hotels and the Mystique is definitely very tough to match

But the hotel has chosen to keep these rooms at a very warm 25 degrees Celsius (77 degrees Fahrenheit), which makes for a very unpleasant & hot experience when trying to sleep (or just sit on the couch) in the middle of the summer

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, central to shops & restaurants, 5 minute walk to Fira Town & bus stop, good breakfast, room spacious & cleaned every day, very reasonably priced for 4 night B & B, would highly recommend this to family and friends

A really lovely hotel, which feels like a sanctuary from the noisy bustle of Fira, although the location is very central. Simple, lovely room, which was spotless and comfortable

The only downfall, it was that the shower was very tiny and the curtain was sticking on you, resulting on water everywhere. However this was a minor issue comparing to the general experience

We were so thankful for this place! Even tho the view of the water was minimal and the shower drainage struggled a bit, we still loved our stay

Also the main bus station is only 5 minutes walking from the hotel making it a great choice if you want to visit other areas of the island. The room was very spacious, clean and had a very needed aircondition

Breakfast was good, the staff was so welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the location was great! It felt like the lady who owned the place actually wanted us to be there and enjoy our stay!
