Stay is good but room is really small for 2 person. Shower wasn’t great coz could not control the water temperature. Very helpful upon checked-in and out. The staff helped to area our luggage to the room

We did get a better room, but the bathroom didnt smell good so we changed again. Breakfast was ok, hardly any vegan options. The breakfast staff was more friendly. Villages surrounding the hotel are underwhelming

They just anticipated our every need and want. The dinner we were served was one of the best meals we have ever had, in the perfect setting, soft music, candlelight, and the sun setting over the sea

We returned to Restaurant after 2 days, as we enjoyed a lot. Excellent view almost 360 degrees, incl sunset. Top class food by any standards. Service very attentive and flexible to special wishes

The team made my birthday celebration a special surprise! The food at the hotel is so good and the prices are reasonable. The shuttle bus service is great and made our trips to Apia and Fira very easy

However, perhaps because it was Sunday or March, all the restaurants in the area were closed, so I had to get takeout from the supermarket for dinner. The jacuzzi was amazing, with a view from Thira to Oia

The jacuzzi was comfortable to bathe in the sun during the day, but depending on the weather, especially at night, the temperature may not be high enough

There were two blue domes right next to it, so you can take photos of them as you often see on guide maps. The shower had plenty of hot water

The location was quieter than Oia or Thira, so I slept well. The room was updated and comfortable

A very welcoming place and staffs. The moment we arrived they immediately came out to helped with the luggage from the cab. The breakfast here is unbeatable. Buffet and everyday new menus

We had our own Jacuzzi where we stayed that's so wonderful. The resort very close to everywhere. Whenever we sat on the pool they immediately served cold water bottle free of charge

When we arrived at the port the taxi driver we arranged had already gone but one phone call later to the reception and another taxi was there for us within minutes

The hotel provides drinking water bottles free of charge. They had toothpaste and toothbrush in the room. Also close to Carrefour at the front of the hotel. Thank you for a super amazing service

If you have elderly children or don’t like to walk, be sure to choose the Cliff Hotel carefully. Find the way to find the crash. Climbing uphill to the point of doubting life

I loved it! This was my favorite hotel during our 10-day trip. The staff was incredibly welcoming and reassuring. The cleanliness was also excellent. The view from the window of the Sunrise Suite I booked was incredible.

The hotel was excellent. The food was spectacular. The service from Polynthia at the front desk and Katerine in the restaurant made you feel like gods. I would definitely return.

This hotel doesn't seem to be popular among Chinese people, but the facilities and services are really good. The sisters at the front desk are very friendly

The service is good, but the hotel room type is not cost-effective. There are many options at the same price

The hotel is very clean, the waiters are very enthusiastic and greet guests with a smile, the restaurant is also very delicious, and seeing that we had several meals in a row, the chef sent us desserts, which made us happy!

The hotel is only 20-30 min from airport, the hotel admins were very helpful in obtaining visas for us, contacting us before our trip and offering a private airport shuttle at the same price as you could contract from airport (euro 70 round)

No complaints on amenities, everything was just wonderful and perfect. Breakfast is served with what would you select a day before from a nice menu. We also had over dinner at the restaurant, which was great

The hotel is located in the village of Imerovigli, sitting in between of Oia and the island capital, Fira, both within walking distance (hiking routes) or via shuttle bus (Eur 2 per person)

Nearby you can find also great restaurants, for steak or fish or anything else. We booked on the last week before the closure of the hotel at the end of season, October

From hotel you get perfect sunset views, sitting at the restaurant. We stayed at room delta, a nice cave room with private heating pool with whirlpool (jacoozi)

Views from hotel are just spectacular, you see the same beauty of white houses camped vertically, on top of each other on black rocks, famous Santorini caldera

This place is amazing from the welcome to the sad time you have to say goodbye. Food, rooms, staff can not do enough for you. Staying here is complete luxury and I can’t wait to go back again in a few years.

There are not enough good things to say about this place. We stayed in room 10 and will be returning one day. It's a bit of a hike to get down there but it is worth it 10x over

Pro tip: they carry your bags to and from the car if you just alert them to your schedule. Needed as it's a 3 min 45 second hike of all stairs, but that's Santorini and I would change a step

Our stay at the Altana was incredible. We stayed in the honeymoon suite towards the top of the hotel and had a spectacular view of every inch of the island. The staff were super friendly and helpful

The rooms were amazing, clean and the pool views were insane. If we are to come back to Santorini we would stay here every time. The complimentary breakfast on the private terrace was icing on the cake

Before our arrival, there was an overbooking error, and in a true act of good faith, Marios and Kristos upgraded us to a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom private villa for our entire stay

The service was superb, even tho we had a room with a jacuzzi, we could use one of the pools of other rooms, if they were not vacated. Everything was clean and neat, I would go again the next time I’m there.
