Cilon Suites Santorini in Imerovigli

The location was perfect, but it was a bit hot because the air conditioning didn't reach the bedroom, and it was slightly inconvenient that the shower was separated from the sink. However, the staff were very attentive, so it was a pleasant trip.

The water was flooding, so I asked to change rooms, but they didn't change them. Still, the staff was very kind and the view was great, so I had a great time. It was really hard to find my way around. And the accommodation tried to scam me out of my taxi fare. ㅠㅠ

The location was quieter than Oia or Thira, so I slept well.
The room was updated and comfortable.
However, perhaps because it was Sunday or March, all the restaurants in the area were closed, so I had to get takeout from the supermarket for dinner.
The jacuzzi was amazing, with a view from Thira to Oia. There were two blue domes right next to it, so you can take photos of them as you often see on guide maps. The shower had plenty of hot water. The jacuzzi was comfortable to bathe in the sun during the day, but depending on the weather, especially at night, the temperature may not be high enough. I asked them to call a taxi to the airport, but I was surprised that it cost 45 euros (7,200 yen). There was no receipt.
In Santorini, when calling a taxi at the hotel, it seems that a VIP taxi is basically called unless you specify a normal taxi, so be careful. There were many normal taxis waiting at the airport.
I think the hotel is a hidden gem! I recommend it.

Good service, rich breakfast

We were met with our porter at our taxi drop off. He assisted with our luggages to our suite. The views were amazing. Centrally located. Stava gave us a tour of our suite and was very helpful during our stay. We ordered room service and promptly assisted by the room service attendant. I wish I could remember her name but she was so kind and helped with heating up my daughters spaghetti. When we checked out of our hotel at 05:00am, we were assisted again by our porter. Overall this was a 5 star experience. I really enjoyed my stay at Cilon Suites and highly recommend this property when in Santorini.

They are the best Hotel in Santorini! With a beautiful view and all of the staff are very friendly! Location is great, close to restaurants , only 15 mins walk to Fira! Room is clean, and breakfast is amazing! Definitely come back again:)

Conveniently located. Nice staff service during check in and check out. Breakfast was brilliant. Hopefully we can book a higher category room next time. The only demerit is too many little bugs in th room (not harmful).
